一种汽车用检测进气岐管气体温度和压力传感器装置。本实用新型涉及一种气体温度压力传感装置,在下壳体内固定有电路板,其上有压力芯片IC,压力芯片IC的第2脚与端子相接,压力芯片IC的第3脚与端子接地,压力芯片IC第4脚与端子输出端相接,热敏电阻安装在下壳体进气口处,热敏电阻两脚分别与端子的接线片和接线片相接,下壳体顶端部位扣接上盖。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理,由于引入了热敏电阻,而使此传感器能同时进行压力和温度的测量,使发动机结构更加紧凑。由于采用了高精度的压力芯片和热敏电阻,故测试结果准确。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气体温度压力传感装置,尤其是检测汽车进气岐管绝对压力和温度的传感器装置。
背景技术
目前,作为电喷汽车喷油电子控制系统中主要部件:进气压力传感器、进气温度传感器,其功能是给微型控制系统(ECU)提供进气温度和进气压力的电信号,微型控制系统(ECU)通过程序计算发动机的进气量,再根据其它传感器的信号计算相应喷油量。所以进气压力传感器和温度传感器测试的结果准确度直接影响发动机的工况。市场上使用两个传感器,缺点是占用了发动机的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、设计合理的汽车用检测进气岐管气体温度和压力的传感器装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:在下壳体内固定有电路板,其上有压力芯片IC,压力芯片IC的第2脚与端子相接,压力芯片IC的第3脚与端子接地,压力芯片IC第4脚与端子输出端相接,热敏电阻安装在下壳体进气口处,热敏电阻两脚分别与端子的接线片和接线片相接,下壳体顶端部位扣接上盖。
本实用新型的优点是:
(1)结构简单、设计合理,由于引入了热敏电阻,而使此传感器能同时进行压力和温度的测量,使发动机结构更加紧凑。
(2)本实用新型由于采用了高精度的压力芯片和热敏电阻,故测试结果准确。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1-图3可知,本实用新型是在下壳体5内固定有电路板4,其上有压力芯片IC3,压力芯片IC3的第2脚与端子1相接,压力芯片IC3的第3脚与端子1接地,压力芯片IC3第4脚与端子1输出端相接,热敏电阻8安装在下壳体5进气口7处,热敏电阻8两脚分别与端子1的接线片1-1和接线片1-2相接,下壳体5顶端部位扣接上盖2。
下壳体5下端部位设有密封圈6。
本实用新型压力芯片是利用半导体的压电效应制成的硅片,硅片的一面是负压区,另一面作用的是进气岐管压力。在进气岐管内气体压力的作用下,硅片将产生变形,使硅片的电阻值发生变化,从而使电桥电压变化。由于该电压很小,故电路中由混合集成电路将该信号进行放大处理后,才提供给微电脑电路。热敏电阻是由对温度非常敏感的半导体陶瓷质工作体构成的元件,本传感器使用NTC型热敏电阻,当进气温度低时,热敏电阻的电阻值大,传感器输入ECU的信号电压高,ECU控制发动机增加喷油量,反之减少喷油量。此热敏电阻20℃精度为2%,大大提高了测量结果的真实度。

Claims (2)

1.一种汽车用检测进气岐管气体温度和压力传感器装置,包括下壳体(5)、电路板(4)组成,其特征在于:在下壳体(5)内固定有电路板(4),其上有压力芯片IC(3),压力芯片IC(3)的第2脚与端子(1)相接,压力芯片IC(3)的第3脚与端子(1)接地,压力芯片IC(3)第4脚与端子(1)输出端相接,热敏电阻(8)安装在下壳体(5)进气口(7)处,热敏电阻(8)两脚分别与端子(1)的接线片(1-1)和接线片(1-2)相接,下壳体(5)顶端部位扣接上盖(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用检测进气岐管气体温度和压力传感器装置,其特征在于:下壳体(5)下端部位设有密封圈(6)。
