本实用新型涉及一种越坎式挖掏器，它由金属筒、活动盖、越坎板、定位器和蘑菇柄顶构成。其特征在于金属筒口部上方置有活动盖，口部两侧置有越坎板，尾部置有蘑菇柄顶，筒内底部置有定位器，后钢绳穿过蘑菇柄顶直通圆眼进入金属筒内与活动盖内环相扣，前钢绳与活动盖外环相扣，前钢绳向前拖动时越坎板引道过坎，后钢绳向后拖动时，活动盖自动关门，金属筒圆弧尾引道筒体滑过沟坎，保证挖掏器前后畅通，蘑菇顶下沿设置的向下环形槽为倒凹形，保证了挖掏器挂勾的次次对挂准确性，从而使挖掏器顺利上车卸载。

技术领域：
本实用新型属于地下排水管道疏通装置，具体涉及一种越坎式挖掏器。
背景技术：
2005年申请的挖掏式管道疏通机，专利号为ZL200520050796.8，有许多优点。但由于挖掏器口部和尾部过钝，遇到管道内部对接处有落差时前进和后退有困难；挖掏筒内没设定位器，在挖掏过程中，盖板经常卧底，挖泥不满；尾部半月环不能全方位对挂滑动总成上的挖掏器挂勾，上车卸载困难。
发明内容：
为了解决以上存在的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种新型的越坎式挖掏器，该挖掏器在管道中无论前进和后退都能越坎，而且盖板始终朝上，保证了挖泥速度和质量，蘑菇顶向下环形槽为倒凹形360°，可以任意挂勾，保证了挖掏器准确上车卸货。
本实用新型要解决以上技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种越坎式挖掏器它由金属筒、活动盖、越坎板、定位器、蘑菇柄顶构成。所述金属筒口部上方两侧设有轴套与活动盖后部横轴两端套连；所述三角形越坎板置于金属筒口两侧；所述定位器置于金属筒内底部，斜面朝外；所述蘑菇柄顶置于金属筒尾部中央；后钢绳经蘑菇柄顶直通圆眼、金属筒内与活动盖内圆环连接，前钢绳与活动盖外圆环连接。
有意效果：
该挖掏器设有定位器，越坎板保证了挖掏器盖板始终朝上打开，越过管道中的沟坎向前挖掏，由于蘑菇柄顶设置为向下环形槽为倒凹形360°，可以任意挂勾，保证了挖掏器准确上车卸货。

参图1，一种越坎式挖掏器，设置有金属筒1、活动盖2、越坎板3、定位器4、蘑菇柄顶5。所述活动盖2内面后部置有的横轴14两端与金属筒口上方两侧轴套6套连，2片越坎板3与金属筒1口两侧连接，定位器4与金属筒1内底部连接且斜口向外，蘑菇柄顶5与金属筒1圆弧形尾部中央连接，钢绳12穿过蘑菇柄顶直通圆眼9与活动盖内圆环连接，钢绳13与活动盖外圆环7连接。
所述排列有若均匀出水孔的金属筒口上部两侧置有轴套6，尾部成带眼的圆弧形底。
所述两块三角形越坎板3相对向内圆弧，板上可设置为光板或有若干圆眼，所述两片三角形越坎板3置于金属筒1口部两侧，形成后下斜坡，过坎时前锋在上先行搭桥，引道筒体1过坎，所述定位器4设置为带有一定重量的金属条，前部设置成斜面，置于金属筒内，斜面向外，减少砂石进筒的阻力。

工作原理：
前钢绳13拖动挖掏器向前运动时，在具有重量的定位器4的作用下，金属筒1自动翻滚到活动盖2朝上打开筒口，向前挖掘遇到管道中沟坎时，越坎板3尖锋搭桥先行引导筒体1过坎，金属筒1内挖满泥后，后钢绳12向后拖动，活动盖2自动关门带动挖掏器后退，遇到沟坎时，金属筒1圆弧尾又自动搭桥滑过坎沟，顺利回归，当挖掏器上行至行车时，因蘑菇顶10下环形槽8为倒凹形360°，任一角度可以挂勾，保证了挖掏器挂勾对挂的准确性，同时保证挖掏器次次上车卸载。

1.一种越坎式挖掏器，它由金属筒(1)、活动盖(2)、越坎板(3)、定位器(4)和蘑菇柄顶(5)构成，其特征在于所述金属筒(1)口上方两侧置有轴套(6)与活动盖(2)内面后部横轴(14)两端套连，所述三角形越坎板(3)置于金属筒(1)口部两侧，所述定位器(4)置于金属筒(1)内底部且斜口朝外，所述蘑菇柄顶(5)置于金属筒(1)尾部中央。
2.根据权利要求1所述的越坎式挖掏器，其特征在于所述金属筒(1)尾部设置成带眼的圆弧形底。
3.根据权利要求1所述的越坎式挖掏器，其特征在于所述三角型越坎板(3)为2片，相对向内圆弧，板上可设置为光板或若干圆眼。
4.根据权利要求1所述越坎式挖掏器，其特征在于所述定位器(4)设置为金属条，且一头设置为斜面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的越坎式挖掏器，其特征在于所述蘑菇柄顶(5)，顶(10)为平顶，顶(10)大柄(11)小，顶(10)和柄(11)内置有直通圆眼(9)，柄(11)的外圆和顶(10)的内圆设有向下环形槽(8)为倒凹形。
