本实用新型公开了一种智能瓷波水龙头,包括水龙头本体及水流控制开关,水龙头本体内设有电器控制腔和加热腔,电器控制腔与加热腔以密封板隔开,电器控制腔内设有加热电路,加热腔内设有陶瓷氮化硅加热体,加热体与加热电路连接,其中,所述陶瓷氮化硅加热体为水电分离绝缘加热片,所述电热水龙头本体为全金属型,电器控制腔内设有绝缘水压开关,加热电路内设有电器开关,电器开关与绝缘水压开关末端连接,加热电路内设有温度控制器和防干烧装置,加热电路内还有漏电保护开关。本实用新型的金属智能瓷波水龙头结构简单,安全可靠,有很好的耐热性和耐候性,还可以避免温度过高,发热体干烧及漏电等现象。

本实用新型涉及一种智能瓷波水龙头,特别涉及一种全金属型智能瓷波水龙头。
背景技术
目前,人们普遍使用的水加热装置大多是利用电加热、燃气加热和太阳能加热,如电热水器、燃气热水器及太阳能热水器。这几种加热方式由于需要安装特定设备,且体积较大安装和使用不便且价格昂贵,所以其应用范围较窄。中国专利98241589.3公开了一种电热式水龙头。这种水龙头是在旋转阀门与出水管之间设有一加热腔体,加热腔体设有电极式加热器。为了防止发生漏电事故,整个水龙头由塑料制成。可是,由于塑料材料的热胀冷缩系数较大,在外界温度变化较大的情况下,容易出现水龙头内的电极式加热器由于受塑料材料热胀冷缩挤压而移位的现象,造成电极式加热器不能正常使用甚至损坏,使水龙头的加热功能失效。此外,由于塑料材料本身的耐热性和耐侯性较差,长时间使用后会出现水龙头的塑料材料脆化、老化,使水龙头的使用强度降低,水龙头在使用过程中容易损坏,因此缩短了水龙头的使用寿命。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,安全可靠的全金属型智能瓷波水龙头。
本实用新型的技术方案概述如下:
一种智能瓷波水龙头,包括水龙头本体及水流控制开关,水龙头本体内设有加热腔和电器控制腔,电器控制腔与加热腔以密封板隔开,电器控制腔内设有加热电路,加热腔内设有陶瓷氮化硅加热体,所述加热体连接在加热电路上,其中,所述陶瓷氮化硅加热体为绝缘加热体。
其中,所述陶瓷氮化硅加热体为水电分离绝缘加热片。
其中,所述水龙头本体为全金属型。
其中,所述电器控制腔内设有绝缘水压开关。
其中,所述加热电路内设有电器开关,电器开关与绝缘水压开关末端连接。
其中,所述加热电路内设有温度控制器和防干烧装置。
其中,所述加热电路内还设有漏电保护开关。
本实用新型的有益特点在于,通过对传统电热水龙头的改进,以陶瓷氮化硅发热体代替传统的电极式加热器,在水龙头加热过程中电路与水之间的绝缘性好,安全性高。并且以金属材料代替原有的塑料材料,由于金属热胀冷缩系数低,且耐热性和耐侯性好。此外,加热电路上还设有温控器、防干烧装置及漏电保护器,在水龙头的使用中避免温度过高、发热体干烧及漏电等现象。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述:
如图1及图2所示,水龙头本体1为全金属型,金属受外界温度变化的影响小,热胀冷缩系数低,且金属的耐热性及耐侯性优良。水龙头本体1内设有电器控制腔4及加热腔3,电器控制腔4与加热腔3以密封板5隔开,电器控制腔4内设有加热电路6,加热腔3内设有陶瓷氮化硅加热体7,陶瓷氮化硅加热体7为水电隔离式加热片,加热体7与加热电路6连接,电器控制腔4内设有绝缘水压开关9。加热电路6内设有电器开关8,电器开关8与绝缘水压开关9末端连接。水龙头工作时,当把水流控制开关拨到热水位置时,从进水口13进入的水流压力使绝缘水压开关9受压,绝缘水压开关9推动电器开关8,使其闭合,加热体7的加热电路6接通,加热体7开始对流经加热腔3的水进行加热,被加热的水从热水管流入水龙头,并经水龙头本体1上的出水口14流出。加热电路6上设有设定温度为80℃-120℃的温度控制器10,增强了加热过程中热水温度的稳定性,加热电路6上还设有防干烧装置11,当绝缘加热管6出现干烧现象时,防干烧装置11动作,切断加热电路6。此外,加热电路6上还设有漏电保护开关12,解决了使用过程中出现的漏电问题,确保水龙头使用的安全性。本实用新型的电热水龙头克服了原有电热水龙头的缺点和不足,使电热水龙头从技术上进一步提升。此外采用了金属结构增强了水龙头的耐用性。本实用新型采用水电分离的结构,提高使用的安全性和可靠性。

1.一种智能瓷波水龙头,包括水龙头本体(1)及水流控制开关(2),水龙头本体(1)内设有加热腔(3)和电器控制腔(4),电器控制腔(4)与加热腔(3)以密封板(5)隔开,电器控制腔(4)内设有加热电路(6),加热腔(3)内设有陶瓷氮化硅加热体(7),所述加热体(7)连接在加热电路(6)上,其特征在于,所述陶瓷氮化硅加热体为绝缘加热体。
2.如权利要求1所述的智能瓷波水龙头,其特征在于,所述陶瓷氮化硅加热体为水电分离绝缘加热片。
3.如权利要求1所述的智能瓷波水龙头,其特征在于,所述水龙头本体(1)为全金属型。
4.如权利要求1所述的智能瓷波水龙头,其特征在于,所述电器控制腔(4)内设有绝缘水压开关(9)。
5.如权利要求1所述的智能瓷波水龙头,其特征在于,所述加热电路(6)内设有电器开关(8),电器开关(8)与绝缘水压开关(9)末端连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的智能瓷波水龙头,其特征在于,所述加热电路(6)内设有温度控制器(10)和防干烧装置(11)。
7.如权利要求5所述的智能瓷波水龙头,其特征在于,所述加热电路(6)内还设有漏电保护开关(12)。
