一种新型的电磁加热速热水龙头,电磁加热是公认节能的加热方式之一。现今市场上的即热速热水加热方式无可避免的存在不安全、热效率差、污染环境等问题,然而在速热水龙头上引入电磁加热后能一举解决以上问题。首先利用毛细水管将水流分流,再利用电磁加热系统加热毛细水管,从而达到水流的速热、安全、高效的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型电磁加热速热水龙头主要解决居家中厨房、卫生间等的即时生活热水,一举解决燃气热水器和电热热水器的弊端各取所长,使速热水龙头更加高效节能、安全可靠。 
背景技术
燃气速热热水器,投资成本较大,容易产生有害气体,若室内通风不畅极易造成人体中毒而发生危险,排出室外的气体严重影响室外环境,并且能源利用率较低。电热管式速热水龙头,因电热管直接与水流接触,且热管容易密封不良引起的漏电存在一定安全事故。本实用新型电磁加热速热水龙头旨在解决上述的能源利用率低下、存在一定安全隐患等问题。 
实用新型内容
电磁加热是公认节能的加热方式之一,现今市场上的即热速热水加热方式无可避免的存在不安全、热效率差、污染环境等问题,然而在速热水龙头上引入电磁加热后能一举解决以上问题。首先利用毛细水管将水流分流,增加水流流经的表面积,再利用电磁加热系统加热毛细水管,从而达到水流的速热效果。电磁加热速热水龙头主要由电磁加热系统加热毛细水管产生速热效果,并且电磁加热系统由水压压控开关控制启动。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,自来水自动流经分流管3、毛细水管1,当使用者打开阀门时,在水压的作用下启动水压压控开关4,继而使电磁加热控制器5工作。此时电磁线圈通过20-40KHz的电压,磁力线切割导磁、导电、导热的毛细水管1产生热量,从而迅速加热流经的水流。如图2(6)磁性材料层作用在于汇聚磁场并且调整线圈的电感量,使能效达到最佳效果。如图1(1)毛细水管的引入目的在于增加流经水流的加热面积,使水流能够迅速加热。因水流与电源没有直接的接触,可以防止发生触电的危险,并且通过水压压控开关控制电磁控制器,在停水的情况下无法启动电磁加热系统,可防止干烧能够保证使用者的安全用水。
