背景技术
铁路敞车是指不设车顶，供运输各种无需严格防止损坏的车辆，用来装运散粒货物如煤、矿石、沙子等及木材、钢材和集装箱。车门是铁路敞车重要部件之一，它有二个重要作用，一是方便装卸货物；二是对装运散装货物起一定密封作用。但是，现有铁路敞车车门在车辆实际运用中存在如下问题，由于车门没设密封装置，并且车门门板边缘与侧墙护板存在限度允许8mm的间隙，对装运散粒货物易损失，尤其是粒度小于8mm更易漏损。如果车门门板变形及侧墙护板变形使车门与侧墙护板间隙超过8mm，就造成货物严重损失，使产品成本增加，同时严重污染铁路沿线两侧的周边环境。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了上述存在的缺陷，目的是为铁路敞车货运，能有效防止货物损失，降低产品成本，不污染铁路沿线两侧的周边环境，提供一种铁路敞车车门密封装置。

铁路敞车车门密封装置加设在敞车侧墙护板及地板上三个部位，将两侧的圆钢2与敞车侧墙护板固定连接，底部的圆钢2与地板连接，使敞车车门关闭时由硬接触变成软接触。
当敞车侧墙护板与车门门板局部变形时，橡胶管软接触密封装置仍起密封作用，可以大大减少甚至杜绝由于敞车侧墙护板变形和车门门板变形引起的漏料现象。

1.一种铁路敞车车门密封装置，其特征在于：铁路敞车车门密封装置由形状为U型的圆钢(2)和密封橡胶管(1)构成，在U型的圆钢(2)其中的一个圆钢外部加装密封橡胶管(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁路敞车车门密封装置，其特征在于：所述的铁路敞车车门密封装置加设在敞车侧墙护板及地板上三个部位，将两侧的圆钢(2)与敞车侧墙护板固定连接，底部的圆钢(2)与地板连接。
