Abstract

无内胎车轮轮辋用型钢,涉及车轮轮辋结构,采用钢坯轧制而成。其结构是:在无内胎车轮轮辋的非轮胎配合面的各转弯受力部位的截面上,相应增加了厚度或凸块,特别是在弧形腿与胎圈座连接转弯受力部位的截面上增加了向外凸起的凸块;在非受力的部位相应减薄了截面的厚度。本实用新型既可降低加工轮辋的生产成本,又可提高轮辋生产效率,还有效增强轮辋强度,提高轮辋与轮胎的紧密配合度。

本实用新型涉及一种无内胎车轮轮辋结构。
背景技术
轮辋是无内胎车轮受力最大并与轮胎紧密配合的关键部位,也是无内胎车轮的主要易损件。现有无内胎车轮轮辋,是用平板经多次滚型加工而成;平板在滚制过程中因受设备、模具、工艺及材料性能等因素影响,必然造成轮辋体厚薄不等,尤其是轮辋体的各转弯受力部位明显变薄。其后果是:在车轮行驶过程中,轮辋体的各转弯部位极容易产生变形和断裂,轻则引起轮胎跑气,重则整个车轮报废,造成安全事故。况且,平板滚型所用的专用设备价位高且投资大,生产效率又低,加工成本居高不下。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,为克服上述缺陷,采用钢坯轧制工艺,提供一种加强型的无内胎车轮轮辋用型钢。
本实用新型的方案是:采用钢坯热轧工艺制造无内胎车轮轮辋用型钢;在确保无内胎车轮轮辋型钢与轮胎配合面的轮廓形状和尺寸符合国家标准的情况下,在轮辋型钢非轮胎配合面的各转弯受力部位的截面上相应增加厚度或凸块,特别是要在弧形腿与胎圈座的连接转弯受力部位的截面上形成向外凸起的凸块;在非受力的部位相应减薄截面的厚度。
本实用新型的优点是:
(1)、本实用新型加工轮辋使用的是通用设备,比用平板滚型加工无内胎轮辋所用的专用设备投资小;车轮轮辋的加工工艺简单,生产周期短,生产成本低;生产效率高,便于组织大批量生产。
(2)、本实用新型非轮胎配合面的各转弯受力部位的截面上,增加了相应的厚度或凸块,从而增强了轮辋的强度,轮辋在受力状态下不易出现变形、断裂现象;轮辋与轮胎的封闭性好,不跑气、漏气。
(3)、本实用新型减薄了轮辋非轮胎配合面上的非受力部位的截面厚度,从而减轻了轮辋的重量。

本实用新型是采用钢坯热轧工艺制造无内胎车轮轮辋型钢的:
实施例1:在钢坯轧制无内胎车轮轮辋型钢之时,在型钢非轮胎配合面,弧形腿(10)与胎圈座(9)、弧形腿(7)与胎圈座(8)的转弯受力部位(1)、(6)的截面上增加了向外凸起的半圆形凸块,转弯受力部位(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)的截面上相应增加了厚度,在非受力的部位相应减薄了截面的厚度。

Claims (2)

1.无内胎车轮轮辋用型钢,是采用钢坯轧制而成的,其特征在于:在轮辋型钢非轮胎配合面,弧形腿与胎圈座连接转弯受力部位的截面上增加了向外凸起的凸块,其余在各转弯受力部位的截面上相应增加了一定的厚度和凸块;在非受力部位相应减薄了截面的厚度。
2.按权利要求1所述的无内胎车轮轮辋用型钢,其特征在于:在轮辋型钢非轮胎配合面,弧形腿与胎圈座连接转弯部位的截面上增加的向外凸起的凸块的截面形状设定为半圆状、月牙状。
