本实用新型涉及一种装饰板，特别是一种装饰用的不锈钢塑板。
背景技术
目前常用的不锈钢装饰用板一般采用不锈钢单层结构或者采用不锈钢与其他材料的双层结构，如CN2618752公开的一种用于装饰的纳米膜抗污彩色不锈钢板材、CN2806412公开的不锈钢装饰板和CN2247596公开的一种用于装饰的彩色不锈钢板材，这样结构的缺点是：不耐冲击强度：无论单层结构还是双层结构的不锈钢装饰用板，由于受热膨胀系数不同，很容易产生变形，所以都不能很好的保证装饰板表面的平整度；通体采用不锈钢制造或者采用不锈钢与其他材料制造耗费大量的不锈钢，不能有效的节省成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不锈钢塑板，克服现有不锈钢装饰用板平整度不好以及不耐冲击强度的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种不锈钢塑板，包括不锈钢板层、塑料板层和金属板层，所述的不锈钢板层位于上表面层，所述塑料板层位于中间层，所述金属板层位于下表面层；所述不锈钢板层、金属板层与塑料板层通过黏结材料复合连接成一体，在不锈钢板层与塑料板层及金属板层与塑料板层之间分别形成有黏结膜层。金属板层可以采用铝或其他金属制造。
本实用新型所述的不锈钢塑板的有益效果为：不锈钢塑板表面仍然具有不锈钢性能，它的三层结构可以合理的抵消变形应力，保证不锈钢塑板的平整度，同时可以提高不锈钢塑板的耐冲击强度；不锈钢塑板的中间层为塑料板层，可以节省材料成本。

如图1-2所示，本实用新型所述的不锈钢塑板，包括不锈钢板层1、塑料板层2和金属板层3，不锈钢板层1位于上表面层，塑料板层2位于中间层，金属板层3位于下表面层；所述不锈钢板层1、金属板层3与塑料板层2通过黏结材料复合连接成一体，在不锈钢板层1与塑料板层2及金属板层3与塑料板层2之间分别形成有黏结膜层4。
本实用新型所述的不锈钢塑板的不锈钢板层1、塑料板层2和金属板层3可以合理的抵消不锈钢板层1与塑料板层2产生的变形应力和塑料板层2与金属板层3产生的变形应力，保证不锈钢塑板的平整度。
