Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种平面显示装置,其包括一显示本体、一支撑架及一底座。该支撑架与该显示本体枢接,并具有一螺帽。该底座具有与其一体成型的螺栓,该螺帽与该螺栓配合固定该支撑架于该底座上,进而固定该显示本体。平面显示装置的支撑架与底座拆卸与组装较为方便,且在组装及运输过程中,节省空间。

本实用新型是涉及一种平面显示装置。
背景技术
目前平面显示装置是由显示本体与支撑该显示本体的支撑架组成。为了配合使用者,支撑架和显示本体通常由枢接方式连接,其枢接处设置有可以使显示本体旋转的结构,此结构可便于使用者在一定范围内调整显示本体与支撑架的倾斜角度,以调整至最佳视角。
请参阅图1,是一种现有技术平面显示装置的立体示意图。该平面显示装置1包括一显示本体12、一支撑该显示本体12的支撑架13及一底座17。该支撑架13立于该底座17上,且与该底座17一体成型。
该显示本体12与该支撑架13枢接,其枢接轴(未标示)水平,该显示本体12可绕该枢接轴旋转,以使该显示本体12呈各种倾斜角度显示。
该平面显示装置1的该支撑架13与该底座17的一体化设计,虽使该平面显示装置1摆放平稳,但该底座17与该支撑架13不能拆卸,在组装及运输过程中,很不方便,且占用较大空间。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术平面显示装置支撑架与底座不可拆卸,在组装及运输过程中占用较大空间的问题,有必要提供支撑架与底座可拆卸的平面显示装置。
一种平面显示装置,其包括一显示本体、一支撑架及一底座。该支撑架与该显示本体枢接,并具有一螺帽。该底座具有与其一体成型的螺栓,该螺帽与该螺栓配合固定该支撑架于该底座上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型平面显示装置的螺栓与支撑架上螺帽配合固定支撑架,进而固定显示本体,支撑架与底座拆卸与组装较为方便,且在组装及运输过程中,节省空间。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2,是本实用新型平面显示装置一较佳实施方式的立体示意图。该平面显示装置2包括一大体呈矩形的显示本体22、一支撑架25及一底座27。该支撑架25支撑该显示本体22,该底座27支撑该支撑架25。该显示本体22可为液晶显示器。
该显示本体22包括一显示面221及一与该显示面221相对的背壳222。该背壳222的下部边缘的中间位置处设有一凸出端226,该凸出端226通过一枢轴227与该支撑架25枢接。
请一并参阅图3,是该平面显示装置2的支撑架25与底座27的立体分解示意图。该底座27的上表面具有一圆柱形底盘272,该底盘272上包括一螺栓271,该底盘272与该螺栓271轴心相通,其底面(未标示)直径大于该螺栓271的底面(未标示)直径。该螺栓271的表面具有螺纹结构。该底盘272的边缘设有一方形缺口274。该螺栓271、该底盘272及该底座27三者一体成型。
请一并参阅图4,是图3所示该支撑架25反转后的立体示意图。该支撑架25大体为圆筒形,其包括一筒壁250、一螺帽251、一轴套257及多个支撑肋258。该轴套257设置于该支撑架25的一端且与该显示本体22的枢轴227相对应。该螺帽251设置于该支撑架25的远离该枢轴227的另一端,且与该底座27的螺栓271相对应。该多个支撑肋258设置于该螺帽251与该筒壁250之间。
该螺帽251的内部具有螺纹结构。该筒壁250邻近该螺帽251端设有一可上下移动的定位臂256,该定位臂256的端部设有一与该底盘272的方形缺口274相对应的方形定位销2560。
该底座27的螺栓271与该支撑架25的螺帽251配合,以固定该支撑架25于该底座27上。该底盘272的缺口274收容该支撑架25的定位销2560,使该支撑架25于预设的位置处停止转动。
该平面显示装置2的螺栓271与支撑架25上螺帽251配合固定该支撑架25,进而固定显示本体22,不但使支撑架25与底座27拆卸与组装较为方便,且在组装及运输过程中,节省空间。

Claims (10)

1.一种平面显示装置,其包括一显示本体、一支撑架及一底座,其特征在于:该支撑架与该显示本体枢接并具有一螺帽,该底座具有与其一体成型的螺栓,该螺帽与该螺栓配合固定该支撑架于该底座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该显示本体为液晶显示器。
3.如权利要求1所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该平面显示装置进一步包括一壳体,该壳体固定该显示本体。
4.如权利要求3所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该壳体的下部边缘的中间位置处设有一凸出端,该凸出端设有一枢轴。
5.如权利要求4所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该支撑架的一端设有一轴套,该轴套收容该枢轴。
6.如权利要求5所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:支撑架呈筒形,其包括一筒壁与多个支撑肋,该支撑肋设置于该螺帽与该筒壁之间。
7.如权利要求6所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该筒壁邻近该螺帽一端设有一可移动的定位臂。
8.如权利要求7所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该定位臂的端部设有一定位销。
9.如权利要求8所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该底座包括一圆柱形底盘,该底盘与该螺栓轴心相通且其底面直径大于该螺栓的底面直径。
10.如权利要求9所述的平面显示装置,其特征在于:该底盘的边缘设有与该定位销相对应的缺口。
