本实用新型涉及一种过滤洗涤振动干燥机。主要用于有混悬液的物料的过滤、洗涤、振动和干燥。适用于化工、医药等领域的要求洁净的原料过滤与干燥。属干燥设备技术领域。
背景技术
目前，化工、医药等领域的要求洁净的原料的过滤与干燥的完成形式是：一种方式是原料在结晶罐中结晶后，采用过滤器过滤，滤饼再传到干燥器内干燥。这中间存在污染过程，影响物料的品质。另一种方式是采用三合一设备过滤洗涤干燥，但三合一设备存在干燥时间长的缺点，同时，三合一设备的尾料处理是不可解决的难题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种操作步骤少，可以避免污染、干燥时间短、物料品质好的过滤洗涤振动干燥机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种过滤洗涤振动干燥机，它包括筒体和支架，筒体装置于支架上，筒体外设置有加热夹套，筒体顶部设置有真空粉尘捕集器和进料口，筒体内壁下半部轴向复置有过滤板，过滤板底部引出母液收集管，筒体外壁底部装置有振动电机，筒体一侧设置有箱门，箱门上设置有出料口。
工作原理：
物料从进料口进入到筒体内，在母液收集管处抽真空，将物料中含有的溶媒分离抽走；洗涤液从进料口进入筒体洗涤物料，洗涤液从母液收集管处抽走；当筒体内无液体时，在筒体内加空气或氮气吹扫带走物料里残余的溶媒，当物料里的溶媒含量达到一定程度后，开动振动电机，在加热夹套内通入蒸汽或热水，干燥物料，物料在逐步的干燥过程中，在振荡力的作用下，逐步散结开形成粉末状或颗粒状；待物料合格后，打开出料口将物料振出，筒体内的粉尘由真空粉尘捕集器。
本实用新型整个过程在自控状态进行，无需人员操作，降低了劳动强度；因筒体内无其他转动或摩擦部件，从而杜绝污染物料，且因筒体内的物料处于流化干燥状态，干燥时间短，增大了干燥效率。
本实用新型的有益效果是，提高了干燥效率，保证物料的分离干燥过程不受污染。

参见图1～2，本实用新型为一种过滤洗涤振动干燥机，主要由支架10、筒体3、过滤板8、振动电机1和真空粉尘捕集器4组成。所述筒体3卧式装置于支架10上，筒体3外设置有加热夹套9，筒体3顶部设置有真空粉尘捕集器4和进料口5，筒体3内壁下半部轴向复置有过滤板8，过滤板8底部引出母液收集管2，筒体3外壁底部装置有振动电机1，筒体3一侧设置有箱门6，箱门6下部设置有出料口7。
