本实用新型公开了一种自保温隔热墙体,包括钢筋混凝土梁柱和砌体墙,其中砌体墙由泡沫混凝土保温砌块通过微晶无机保温砂浆砌成,砌体墙相对钢筋混凝土梁柱外凸,钢筋混凝土梁柱外有用无机保温砂浆覆盖而成的外保温层,该保温层填平钢筋混凝土梁柱相对砌体墙下凹的厚度。本实用新型可使墙体不产生冷热桥,保温隔热效果非常好,砌体墙不必另做外保温层,既节约成本、缩短工期,又保证环保节能达标,而且本实用新型非常有利于墙砖或玻璃等的牢固粘贴,具有很好的装饰性能,施工容易,结构简单。

本实用新型涉及一种自保温隔热墙体。
背景技术
为发展节能型建筑物,各种轻质保温隔热新型墙体应运而生。但迄今为止,已公开的各种保温隔热墙体均存在结构复杂并且外装饰和保温两难全的问题,如中国专利200420064726.3号公开的外保温隔热墙体,为了达到良好的保温性,在墙的砌体外另加保温层等,不仅结构复杂而且由于基层外的层数多了,装饰层用瓷砖或玻璃就不易粘牢,容易引发安全事故,特别是高层建筑,因此其外装饰只能用涂料。200420080498.9号公开的一种加气混凝土自保温隔热墙体,其保温隔热效果较好,但砌块之间的砂浆由于不保温,将形成冷(热)桥,因此需要外部的保温层进一步隔热保温,其装饰层也只能采用涂料,因此无法保证墙体装饰的持久性和视觉效果。而且该专利结构相当复杂,推广应用难度较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温隔热效果好、能用墙砖做外饰且结构简单的自保温隔热墙体。
本实用新型自保温隔热墙体包括钢筋混凝土梁柱和砌体墙,其中砌体墙由泡沫混凝土保温砌块通过微晶无机保温砂浆砌成,砌体墙相对钢筋混凝土梁柱外凸,钢筋混凝土梁柱外有用无机保温砂浆覆盖而成的外保温层,该保温层填平钢筋混凝土梁柱相对砌体墙下凹的厚度。
本实用新型的砌体墙由于采用的砌块和使用的砂浆均是保温的,因此不产生冷热桥,保温效果非常好,不必另做外保温层,既节约成本(30%以上)、缩短工期,又保证环保节能达标,而梁柱本身具有足够的厚度,加上其表层也覆盖有一层保温砂浆,因此足可保证梁柱与砌体墙有着同样好的保温效果。本实用新型的砌体墙外由于没有其它层结构,而梁柱上的保温层最多也只需做到15mm厚,非常有利于墙砖或玻璃等的牢固粘贴,因此本实用新型除了具有很好的保温性和结构简单的优点外,还具有很好的装饰性能,可以做任何外墙装饰。

具体实施方式
图1和图2反映了本实用新型的具体结构,从图中可以看出本实用新型自保温隔热墙体包括钢筋混凝土梁柱1和砌体墙2,其中砌体墙2由泡沫混凝土保温砌块3通过微晶无机保温砂浆4砌成,泡沫混凝土保温砌块3有专业厂家制作,这种砌块具有很好的保温隔热性,而且原料来源广泛、价格低廉,它是以普通水泥、黄砂、发泡剂和水为原料,用机械搅拌方式引进气泡而制成。此泡沫混凝土强度较高,抗压强度1.5~5MPa,抗折强度0.15~1.7MPa。微晶无机保温砂浆4也有专业厂家生产,它是由经过特殊处理的高强度微晶、无机轻质材料、水泥和多种添加剂按科学比例混合而成的轻质颗粒状组分,采用国际先进的干粉生产技术自动化生产。微晶无机保温材料导热系数较低而强度较高,其导热系数仅为0.94w/(m·k),抗压强度为5MPa,剪切粘结强度为1.84MPa。砌体墙2相对钢筋混凝土梁柱1外凸15mm,这是为了在钢筋混凝土梁柱1外表覆盖一层保温层5,该保温层将钢筋混凝土梁柱1相对墙2的下凹填平,由于钢筋混凝土梁柱1比砌体墙2厚很多,保温层5有15mm厚,足可使梁柱与墙达到基本相同的保温效果,保温层5采用可以采用无机保温砂浆的任意一种,如XR无机保温砂浆、微晶无机保温砂浆等。本实用新型墙体已经彻底消除了冷热桥,无需再采用外保温措施即可达到国家节能标准,并且本发明在外装饰时非常有利于牢固粘贴墙砖,因此本实用新型不仅保温隔热效果好、施工容易、结构简单,而且保持了传统墙体良好的装饰性。

1.一种自保温隔热墙体,其特征在于该墙体包括钢筋混凝土梁柱(1)和砌体墙(2),其中砌体墙(2)由泡沫混凝土保温砌块(3)通过微晶无机保温砂浆(4)砌成,砌体墙(2)相对钢筋混凝土梁柱(1)外凸,钢筋混凝土梁柱(1)外有用无机保温砂浆覆盖而成的外保温层(5),该保温层填平钢筋混凝土梁柱(1)相对砌体墙(2)下凹的厚度。
