梳棉机在纺织行业中广泛应用，由于其加工产品的特点，梳棉机在加工过程中产生大量碎屑机灰尘，造成环境污染，影响工作人员健康，另一方面碎屑具有可再利用的价值，丢弃后造成了浪费。
发明目的：
本实用新型旨在提供一种梳棉机吸尘装置，回收梳棉机加工过程中的碎屑及灰尘，净化环境，降低浪费。
发明内容：
为了实现该实用新型的发明目的，本梳棉机吸尘装置是通过如下方案实现的。
一种梳棉机吸尘装置，其特征在于，所述的吸尘装置包括一个漏斗，大口朝上设置在刺毛辊下放，漏斗下口连接有输送管，与输送管连接设有集尘箱，集尘箱设有吸尘风机。
如上所述的吸尘装置，其特征在于，所述的集尘箱设有输出管。

具体实施方式：
如图1所示，一种梳棉机吸尘装置，设置在书面机底部的机架2之间，包括一个漏斗3，大口朝上设置在刺毛辊1下放，漏斗3下口连接有输送管4，与输送管4连接设有集尘箱5，集尘箱5设有吸尘风机7。所述的集尘箱5设有输出管6。梳棉机产生的碎屑与灰尘在吸风机7的作用下进入漏斗3，通过输送管4吸入到集尘箱5内。

1、一种梳棉机吸尘装置，其特征在于，所述的吸尘装置包括一个漏斗，大口朝上设置在刺毛辊下放，漏斗下口连接有输送管，与输送管连接设有集尘箱，集尘箱设有吸尘风机。
2、根据权利要求1所述的吸尘装置，其特征在于，所述的集尘箱设有输出管。
