在印花机工作过程中会产生大量粉尘，如不及时有效的处理，大量粉尘漂浮在空气中，会被工人吸入体内危害健康，所以设计能除去印花机工作过程中会产生的粉尘装置是非常必要的。

本实用新型提供一种印花机的除尘装置，吸收印花机在工作中产生的大量粉尘。

一种印花机的除尘装置，包括有印花机，其特征在于：所述印花机的灰尘出口端上安装除尘管道，所述除尘管道上安装风机，所述除尘管道另一端连接收集箱的灰尘进口端，所述收集箱内放置有活性炭，所述灰尘出口端和灰尘进口端分别设在印花机和收集箱的顶端。

   本实用新型结构合理，能及时有效地吸收印花机在工作中产生的大量粉尘，避免了粉尘对人体的伤害。

参见图1，一种印花机的除尘装置，包括有印花机1，印花机1的灰尘出口端上安装除尘管道2，除尘管道2上安装风机3，除尘管道2另一端连接收集箱4的灰尘进口端，收集箱4内放置有活性炭5，灰尘出口端和灰尘进口端分别设在印花机1和收集箱4的顶端。在印花机1工作时，打开风机3，粉尘从印花机1中被吸入除尘管道2，活性炭5将粉尘吸附到收集箱4。

1.一种印花机的除尘装置，包括有印花机，其特征在于：所述印花机的灰尘出口端上安装除尘管道，所述除尘管道上安装风机，所述除尘管道另一端连接收集箱的灰尘进口端，所述收集箱内放置有活性炭。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种印花机的除尘装置，其特征在于：所述灰尘出口端和灰尘进口端分别设在印花机和收集箱的顶端。
