Abstract

一种直线振动筛,是针对现有技术在加大振动加速度后使用寿命急剧缩短的问题而研制的。它由电机驱动装置、筛箱、箱式块偏心振动器、安装梁、筛箱横梁、筛箱侧板、筛板和减震弹簧支撑装置组成。由于采用了双“工”字形截面的安装梁和矩形截面的筛箱横梁的新技术,从而改善了振动筛筛箱的结构,使振动筛的整机具有结构强度和抗疲劳强度高、使用寿命长、筛分效率和处理量高的特点,可广泛应用。

技术领域  本实用新型属于振动筛分机械领域中具有整机结构强度和抗疲劳强度高、使用寿命长的一种直线振动筛。
背景技术  为了提高振动筛的筛分效率和处理量,一般采用加大振动加速度的方法,现有直线振动筛其安装箱式振动器的安装梁为单“工”字形截面梁,筛箱横梁为圆管梁,在加大振动加速度后,容易发生安装梁、圆管梁开焊、断裂等现象,使用寿命急剧缩短。
发明内容  本实用新型是针对现有技术的不足而设计的一种可提高振动筛的结构强度和抗疲劳强度、延长使用寿命、提高筛分效率和处理量的振动筛。
本实用新型是通过以下措施实现的。振动筛由电机驱动装置、筛箱、箱式块偏心振动器、安装梁、筛箱横梁、筛箱侧板、筛板和减震弹簧支撑装置组成。其工作原理是:电机驱动装置驱动箱式块偏心振动器,带动安装在减震弹簧支撑装置上的筛箱工作。振动筛的筛箱由安装梁、筛箱横梁、筛箱侧板和筛板组成。为了提高振动筛的结构强度和抗疲劳强度,延长使用寿命,提高筛分效率和处理量,特将安装梁的截面由单“工”字形改为双“工”字形,箱式块偏心振动器安装其上;将筛箱横梁的截面由圆管梁改为矩形,筛板安装其上。安装梁、筛箱横梁与筛箱侧板采用冷铆接,增加了筛箱的联接强度和整体刚度。
振动筛的筛箱横梁的截面可以是方形梁。振动筛的筛板的层数由一层到多层。
本实用新型的优点是,由于采用了双“工”字形截面的安装梁和矩形截面的筛箱横梁的新技术,从而改善了振动筛筛箱的结构,使振动筛的整机具有结构强度和抗疲劳强度高、使用寿命长、筛分效率和处理量高的特点,可广泛应用。

具体实施方式  下面结合附图说明本实用新型的一个实施例。
本实用新型的筛箱1由安装梁4、筛箱横梁5、筛箱侧板6和筛板7构成;筛箱1安装在减震弹簧支撑装置8上,箱式块偏心振动器3安装在安装梁4上。由电机驱动装置2驱动箱式块偏心振动器3,带动筛箱1工作。

1.一种直线振动筛,由电机驱动装置、筛箱、箱式块偏心振动器、安装梁、筛箱横梁、筛箱侧板、筛板和减震弹簧支撑装置组成,其特征是:安装梁的截面为双“工”字形;筛箱横梁的截面为矩形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种直线振动筛,其特征是:筛箱横梁的截面可以是方形梁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种直线振动筛,其特征是:筛板的层数由一层到多层。
