Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种利用臭氧气体的臭氧治疗器。提供由供应氧气的氧气供应箱(1)连接设置的臭氧发生器(2)、连接臭氧发生器并把臭氧供应到患处的供应管(3)、臭氧治疗之后回收残留臭氧的回收管(4)构成的普通臭氧治疗器(5),包括在供应管端部连接排管而紧密安置在患处的患处盖板(6)、在安置患处盖板的患处上附着的杀菌处理过且自由自在透过臭氧气体的耐臭氧一次性纱布(7)、在患处盖板外侧以圆屋顶形状形成而连通排管回收管的罩子(8),回收管是连通设有臭氧分解器(9)及风扇(11)的排气管(10)而构成。把臭氧气体直接喷射在身体患处后,利用臭氧氧化作用的杀菌力消毒伤口、止血、缓和阵痛,与伤口种类和患者身体部位无关地极大化臭氧治疗效果。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及利用臭氧气体的臭氧治疗器。更详细地说,提供把臭氧气体直接喷射在身体患处之后,利用臭氧氧化作用的杀菌力消毒伤口、止血、缓和阵痛,与伤口种类和患者身体部位无关地极大值化臭氧治疗效果,根据臭氧简单治疗而带来便利性,节约治疗时间以及治疗费用的利用臭氧气体的臭氧治疗器。
背景技术
通常臭氧对人体引起呼吸器疾病等,妨碍植物成长等,但是注意使用的话根据臭氧的强杀菌力可治疗病菌或细菌等的脚气等各种皮肤病,消毒因外伤的各种伤口以及具有止血作用缓和阵痛效果。从而作为治疗器广泛使用。
传统臭氧治疗器如图1所示,构成从注入口可插入手足等患处的密封体10,密封体10是双重结构,内密封体10b形成多个臭氧气体贯通孔10c,把内密封体10b和外密封体10a之间的空间分成两半之后,一侧空间是作为供应臭氧气体的供应流路12连通构成,另一侧空间是作为治疗后回收残留臭氧气体的回收流路14连通构成。上述臭氧气体的供应流路12和回收流路14连接臭氧发生器(因一般结构不另外图示)。密封体10注入口设有防止臭氧气体排出到外部的带子18,在密封状态下进行臭氧治疗。但是,密封体10里供应到必要以上臭氧气体时,密封体10内部被加压而频繁发生臭氧漏气的现象。根据密封体10和供应流路12以及回收流路14的封闭循环(Closed cycle)患处和密封体10内部生成湿气,妨碍臭氧的治疗效果。内密封体10b和外密封体10a之间的空间里填充臭氧气体而需要很多治疗时间。带子18妨碍血流改善而妨碍患处再生,缓慢治疗效果而恶化伤口。
此外,虽然开发了各种形态的臭氧治疗器,但是没有完全解决传统臭氧治疗器的问题。其结构复杂而导致用户的不便,提高治疗器的制造成本等。结构简单的治疗器因臭氧发生量少而治疗效果很差。一次性治疗器是因每次更换使用,治疗费用高并非经济。从而急需要开发解决上述问题的臭氧治疗器。
实用新型内容
为了这些,在本实用新型发明了解决如上述的传统臭氧治疗器问题的新结构的臭氧治疗器。
本实用新型是在连接臭氧发生器的供应管端部设置把臭氧发生器的臭氧气体直接喷射到患处,与治疗部位形状无关地紧密安置并自由变形的患处盖板。在上述患处盖板下部杀菌处理并自由自在透过臭氧气体的耐臭氧一次性纱布贴在患处。在患处盖板外侧具备圆屋顶(dome)罩子,把治疗后的残留臭氧气体回收到罩子上部的回收管。回收管前端设有臭氧分解器和分解臭氧通过风扇排气的排气管。
本实用新型的目的在于提供消毒身体患处、止血、缓和阵痛,与伤口种类和患者身体部位形状无关,治疗方法简单,缩短治疗时间,提高治疗便利性,从而极大值化臭氧治疗效果,节约治疗费用的利用臭氧气体的臭氧治疗器。

具体实施方式
图2是本实用新型实例的斜视图,图3是图示本实用新型提供的臭氧治疗器作用的截面结构图,通过这些如下详细说明本实用新型。传统技术的结构说明和本实用新型的机构说明中虽然有重复的符号,但是使用了另外的结构符号。
本实用新型提供由供应氧气的氧气供应箱1连接设置的臭氧发生器2和,连接上述臭氧发生器2并把臭氧供应到患处的供应管3和,臭氧治疗之后回收残留臭氧的回收管4构成的普通臭氧治疗器5,连接上述臭氧发生器2的供应管3端部固定设有把臭氧发生器的臭氧气体直接喷射到患处,并与治疗部位形状无关地紧密安置且自由变形的患处盖板6。患处盖板6的下部,即身体患处附着有杀菌处理且自由自在透过臭氧气体的耐臭氧一次性纱布7。这时,上述患处盖板6最好用硅树脂成型。
在上述患处盖板6外侧具备圆屋顶形状的罩子8,连接设置把治疗后的残留臭氧气体回收到罩子8上部的回收管4,上述回收管4前端设有臭氧分解器9,连通臭氧分解器9的排气管10设有排气的风扇11。
然后,在上述回收管4一侧贯通臭氧供应管3而连接罩子8内侧的患处盖板6,把部分回收管4构成为京钹形状的柔软(flexible)管。从而把回收管4自由自在地设置在身体的各患处上。
如上述构成的本实用新型的臭氧治疗器5身体各部位有伤口时,可进行臭氧治疗。
首先,在要进行臭氧治疗的身体患处上附着耐臭氧一次性纱布7。纱布7上部安置患处盖板6,罩子8以包围上述患处盖板6外侧的形态安置在患处周围。要参考的是,把上述罩子8安置在患处周围时,外部大气压应通到罩子8内部,为了防止无通气空间,可在罩子8上形成多个通气孔。
还有,起动连接氧气供应箱1的臭氧发生器2,通过供应管3把臭氧供应到密封患处的患处盖板6内部时,臭氧通过耐臭氧一次性纱布7供应到患处,从而进行臭氧治疗。
臭氧治疗中因患处盖板6漏出一些的臭氧通过在罩子8内部以京钹形状构成的回收管4,经过臭氧分解器9分解之后,通过设有风扇11的排气管10进行排气。治疗结束之后,在患处盖板6内部治疗患处之后剩下的臭氧转换为氧气为止,氧气从氧气供应箱1供应到患处。残留的臭氧以及漏出的臭氧如上述按顺序经过罩子8以及回收管4,设有风扇11的排气管10而被排气。起动风扇11时,外部大气压同时通过罩子8和患处之间的通气空间起作用。
工业应用性
如以上所述,在本实用新型提供的臭氧治疗器1把臭氧气体直接喷射到身体患处之后,利用臭氧氧化作用的杀菌力消毒伤口、止血、缓和阵痛,与伤口种类和患者的身体部位无关地极大值化臭氧治疗效果。根据臭氧简单治疗而提高便利性,节约治疗时间以及治疗费用,极大值化臭氧治疗效果等。其预想效果很可观的实用新型。
Claims (1)
1、一种利用臭氧气体的臭氧治疗器,其特征在于:由供应氧气的氧气供应箱(1)连接设置的臭氧发生器(2)和,连接上述臭氧发生器(2)并把臭氧供应到患处的供应管(3)和,臭氧治疗之后回收残留臭氧的回收管(4)构成的普通臭氧治疗器(5);
包括在上述供应管(3)端部连接排管而紧密安置在患处的患处盖板(6)和,
在安置上述患处盖板(6)的患处上附着的杀菌处理过且自由自在透过臭氧气体的耐臭氧一次性纱布(7)和,
在上述患处盖板(6)外侧以圆屋顶形状形成而连通回收管(4)的罩子(8)和,
上述回收管(4)是连通设有臭氧分解器(9)以及风扇(11)的排气管(10)而构成。
