Abstract
一种碎纸机刀片,它是采用圆形刀体外圆上设置的齿形刀锋与圆形刀体为一体结构,齿形刀锋为圆形刀体基材90°弯曲后形成的齿形刀锋的前刀面结构,齿形刀锋的前刀面宽度,大于刀体基材的厚度。圆形刀体90°弯曲的基材,一部分构成齿形刀锋的前刀面,一部分在刀体与齿形刀锋前刀面连接的外边圆上,构成连续弧形排屑面。它主要解决减少刀片材料消耗的技术问题,本实用新型的有益效果是,该刀片具有结构简单,加工容易,刀片耗材少,使用时纸屑排除通畅,降低产品制造成本,同时减轻碎纸机的整体重量。

本实用新型涉及一种办公用碎纸机刀片,特别是一种可减少刀片材料消耗的碎纸机刀片结构。
背景技术
目前,公知技术中,办公用碎纸机上使用的碎纸刀片是碎纸机经常更换的易损零件,在碎纸机上使用时,有左右对称两个刀片组成一组,多组刀片同时安装在驱动轴上,每组刀片之间要有一定的设计距离(既碎纸宽度),左右对称两个刀片背靠被对应安装,两个刀片的圆形刀体和齿形刀锋接触,现有技术为满足上述设计要求,一种是采用将刀体和齿形刀锋使用同一基材冲出,刀体和齿形刀锋同为基材厚度,使用该结构刀片耗材量大,增加制造成本,另一种是采用将刀体设计成曲面形状或局部加厚齿形刀锋部分,以达到降低刀片耗材,该结构刀片形状复杂,加工工艺复杂。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中刀片耗材量大,增加制造成本和异型刀片形状复杂,加工的技术不足,本实用新型设计一种碎纸机刀片,该刀片具有结构简单,加工工艺简单,刀片耗材少,纸屑排除通畅。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种碎纸机刀片,由圆形刀体,在圆形刀体的圆心设置有驱动轴安装孔,圆形刀体外圆上设置有齿形刀锋构成,圆形刀体外圆上设置的齿形刀锋与圆形刀体为一体结构,齿形刀锋为圆形刀体基材90°弯曲后形成的齿形刀锋的前刀面结构,齿形刀锋的前刀面宽度,大于刀体基材的厚度。圆形刀体90°弯曲的基材,一部分构成齿形刀锋的前刀面,一部分在刀体与齿形刀锋前刀面连接的外边圆上,构成连续弧形排屑面。圆形刀体上设置有环形凸起,带环形凸起的圆形刀体厚度与齿形刀锋的前刀面宽度相同。
本实用新型的有益效果是,该刀片具有结构简单,加工容易,刀片耗材少,纸屑排除通畅,降低产品制造成本和整机重量。

具体实施方式
参看附图,圆形刀体1外圆上设置的齿形刀锋2与圆形刀体1为一体结构,为保证齿形刀锋2有一定厚度,即齿形刀锋2的前刀面宽度,齿形刀锋2采用圆形刀体1基材90°弯曲后形成的齿形刀锋2的前刀面结构,齿形刀锋2的前刀面宽度,大于刀体1基材的厚度。
为使齿形刀锋2增加刚性和刀体1与齿形刀锋2前刀面连接的外边圆形成连续的排屑面,使纸屑排除通畅,圆形刀体190°弯曲的基材,一部分构成齿形刀锋2的前刀面,一部分在刀体1与齿形刀锋2前刀面连接的外边圆上,构成连续弧形排屑面。
为使刀体1增加刚性及左右对称两个刀片在安装使用时,两个刀片的刀体1和齿形刀锋2接触,防止夹纸,圆形刀体1上设置有环形凸起3,带环形凸起3的圆形刀体1厚度与齿形刀锋2的厚度尺寸应保证相同。即与齿形刀锋2的前刀面宽度相同。
圆形刀体外圆上设置的齿形刀锋2根据碎纸要求,可在圆形刀体外圆上对应或均部设置2-6各个。
本实用新型实施例采用上述结构,降低刀片材料消耗,减少碎纸机的使用和制造成本,刀片加工工艺简单,使用时纸屑排除通畅,同时减轻碎纸机的整体重量。

1一种碎纸机刀片,由圆形刀体,在圆形刀体的圆心设置有驱动轴安装孔,圆形刀体外圆上设置有齿形刀锋构成,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀体(1)外圆上设置的齿形刀锋(2)与圆形刀体(1)为一体结构,齿形刀锋(2)为圆形刀体(1)基材90°弯曲后形成的齿形刀锋(2)的前刀面结构,齿形刀锋(2)的前刀面宽度,大于刀体(1)基材的厚度。
2根据权利要求1所述的一种碎纸机刀片,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀体(1)90°弯曲的基材,一部分构成齿形刀锋(2)的前刀面,一部分在刀体(1)与齿形刀锋(2)前刀面连接的外边圆上,构成连续弧形排屑面。
3根据权利要求1或2所述的一种碎纸机刀片,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀体外圆上设置的齿形刀锋(2)对应或均部设置2-6个。
4根据权利要求1或2所述的一种碎纸机刀片,其特征在于:所述的圆形刀体(1)上设置有环形凸起(3),带环形凸起(3)的圆形刀体(1)厚度与齿形刀锋(2)的前刀面宽度相同。
