Abstract

本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在自行车左脚蹬上安装电流谐波发生器转子,在电机左盖上安装霍尔传感器,当脚蹬旋转时霍尔传感器根据旋转磁场的变化向电机控制器输出正弦波(即谐波)形数字信号,驱动电动机运转,谐波驱动电动机与脚蹬同步运转,最理想地满足了电动自行车设计要求。本实用新型结构简单、工作可靠、效率高、体积小、成本低。

背景技术
目前的谐波减速电动自行车仅机械传动系统中采用先进的谐波减速机构,电动机仍然采用普通的直流无刷电动机。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双谐波电动自行车,将普通直流无刷电机改变为专门为电动自行车设计的谐波驱动电动机,以满足电动自行车设计的需要。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:在自行车左脚蹬上安装电流谐波发生器转子,在电机左盖上安装霍尔传感器,当脚蹬旋转时霍尔传感器根据旋转磁场的变化向电机控制器输出正弦波(即谐波)形数字信号,驱动电动机运转。
本实用新型的有益效果是,谐波驱动电动机与脚蹬同步运转,最理想地满足了电动自行车设计要求,结构简单、工作可靠、效率高、体积小、成本低。

具体实施方式
当自行车脚蹬蹬踏时,电流谐波发生器转子(3)产生旋转磁场,霍尔传感器(2)将旋转磁场的变化传送到电机驱动控制器(1),电机驱动控制器(1)向谐波驱动电机(4)发出正弦波(即谐波)形数字信号,驱动电动机运转。

  1. [1]一种双谐波电动自行车,由双谐波电动自行车驱动机构总成和自行车体组成,其特征是:双谐波电动自行车驱动机构放置在自行车中轴部位,取代自行车的中轴、脚蹬和大链轮驱动自行车运行。
  2. [2]根据权利要求[1]所述的双谐波电动自行车,其特征是:双谐波电动自行车支架五通内孔直径扩大为90mm。
