目前,稠油开采时,井下注汽管线多数采用单套式聚四氟隔热节,这种隔热节隔热系数低,隔热效果差,不具有密封功能。

为了克服上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种高温膨胀隔热密封节这种隔热密封节,密封筒采用膨胀材料与聚四氟烧结,制成后具有高温膨胀功能,膨胀后紧贴在油管、接箍内壁,阻止接箍丝扣渗漏,隔热膜能防止热量向外层辐射,隔热材料用导热系数低的绝热材料,能最大限度阻止热量向外传导,隔热层外缠绕的隔热膜与隔热材料组成复式隔热层,具有导热系数低隔热效果好的特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种高温膨胀隔热密封节,由中心管、隔热材料、密封筒、隔热膜和滑套组成,其特殊之处是:中心管与滑套连接,中心管与滑套外层缠有隔热膜,隔热膜外层缠有隔热材料,隔热材料外层再缠有隔热膜,密封筒套在隔热膜外。
