Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种沼气池供气装置,包括池体、进料口、出料口、导气口及输气管,其特征在于:还包括串接于输气管上的增压气泵。使用增压气泵,可将气室内的沼气增压后,再提供给沼气燃具,解决了沼气池的气室气压较低时无法稳定供气的问题。一种改进是所述增压气泵采用交直两用气泵。这种结构保障了本装置在停电时或不通电的地区仍可照常使用。另一种改进是,所述池体由软质膜片材料制成。软质膜片材料制成的可移动式软体沼气池采用此结构,实现了稳定供气功能,为软体沼气池批量生产大面积推广创造了条件。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池供气装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的沼气发酵池,其供气原理是利用池内沼液液面与水压间的液面高差产生的液压差形成气室压力以向输气管供气。气温较高时其产供气稳定;当气温低产气少、或用气量过大、以及沼液量出料过多时都会导致沼气池气室气压较低的情况,此时即使气室内存有充足的沼气,也不能向输气管正常供气。
实用新型技术内容
本实用新型要解决的问题在于提供一种沼气池供气装置,使用该装置,可保障在沼气池的气室气压较低时,仍可为沼气燃具稳定供气。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:包括池体、进料口、出料口、导气口及输气管,其特征在于:还包括串接于输气管上的增压气泵。使用增压气泵,可将气室内的沼气增压后,再提供给沼气燃具,解决了沼气池的气室气压较低时无法稳定供气的问题。
作为本实用新型的改进,所述增压气泵是交直两用气泵。这种结构保障了本装置在停电时或不通电的地区仍可照常使用。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述池体由软质膜片材料制成。软质膜片材料制成的可移动式软体沼气池采用此结构,实现了稳定供气功能,为软体沼气池批量生产和推广创造了条件。
采用本实用新型,可为沼气燃具提供稳定的有一定压力的沼气气源,实现了稳定供气,解决了气温较低的季节导致不能供气(池内气压低),而需另行采用备用能源的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型一种实施例包括池体1、进料口2、出料口3、导气口4及输气管5,还包括串接于输气管5上的增压气泵6。使用增压气泵6,在池内气压较低时可将气室内的沼气增压后,再提供给沼气燃具7,解决了沼气池的气室气压较低时无法稳定供气的问题。
一种改进是所述增压气泵可以是交直两用气泵。这种结构保障了本装置在停电时或不通电的地区仍可照常使用。
如图1所示,作为本实用新型的改进,所述池体1由软质膜片材料制成。软体沼气池采用此结构,实现了稳定供气功能,为软体沼气池批量生产大面积推广创造了条件。
本实用新型不局限于上述实施例的具体结构,其它同类结构的等效变换均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。
