背景技术
随着人类对保护生态环境及自身健康的日益重视,对电缆的环保性能提出了更高更全面的要求,但现在电缆中用量比较大的聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套电缆,聚氯乙烯中含有铅、镉、汞等物质,还有阻燃电缆的阻燃剂中含有多溴联苯、多溴二苯醚等物质,这些物质都对自然界产生了严重的污染,不适宜大量生产。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种具有优异性能,又符合环保要求的电缆。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括导体、填充物、包带和护套,在导体外包覆交联聚乙烯绝缘层形成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯绞合成缆芯,在缆芯外绕包包带,在包带外挤制聚烯烃护套。
本实用新型达到了环保要求,同时电缆废弃后可以回收再利用或掩埋、焚烧不会对环境产生危害。

具体实施方式
本实用新型在多根导体1外包覆交联聚乙烯绝缘层2构成绝缘线芯,绝缘线芯绞合构成缆芯,在多根缆芯之间设有填充物3,再绕包包带4,在包带4外挤制聚烯烃护套5。
