分体空调内外机铜铝端口非熔接复合连接管属空调制冷技术领域,用于空调室外机与室内机的连接上。
                           背景技术
一种解决铝管与铜接头连接产生电化腐蚀、易泄露、连接强度低的技术。
目前分体式空调室内外机连接普遍用铜管,为了解决对日趋紧张铜资源的节约与替代,因而采用铝材的替代更显迫切。单纯用铝管代替,由于铝管的强度与塑性都低于铜管,带来了连接强度降低;在移机重复连接的过程中,会造成铝管扩口龟裂;特别是截止阀及铜接头与铝管两种金属件相连接时,两种金属的接触面在空气中水分、二氧化碳和其他杂质的作用下极易形成电解液,从而形成以铝为负极、铜为正极的原电池,使铝产生电化腐蚀成为实施进程中的主要难点。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是针对以上问题而提供分体空调内外机铜铝端口非熔接复合连接管,以有效地提高铝管的连接强度,及铝管的连接寿命和可靠性。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括铝管,铝管的两端具有扩口,在扩口处非熔接复合有适当厚度的铜材料。采用本实用新型的技术方案,由于铜管的包裹,在铝管扩口一定连接范围内形成了铜铝管复合层,有效地提高铝管的连接强度及铝管的连接寿命和可靠性。

                       具体实施方式
参照附图1和2。它包括铝管1,铝管的两端具有扩口,在扩口处非熔接复合有适当厚度的铜材料2。
如图1所示,所述铝管的外壁至扩口处的内壁复合有适当厚度的铜材料。
如图2所示,所述铝管的内壁至扩口处的外壁复合有适当厚度的铜材料。
将适当长度与厚度的铜材料套在铝管上;用专机将铜管管壁折叠包裹住铝管;然后扩口形成了铜铝管层,在铜管的一端涂上防锈漆(或套上热塑套管)既完成工艺过程。

1、分体空调内外机铜铝端口非熔接复合连接管,其特征在于它包括铝管,铝管的两端具有扩口,在扩口处非熔接复合有适当厚度的铜材料。
