Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种浮标用的作为锚缆的复合橡胶缆。
背景技术
当一些中小型海洋资料浮标以张紧式锚泊结构锚碇时,浮标的随波性能将受到影响,这时往往采用在浮标近段的锚缆中串接适当长度的弹性橡胶缆,使锚缆在浮标升沉时而涨缩,这是由于橡胶缆具有极好的弹性其伸长率达500%,使浮标的随波的性能处于最佳状态。但由于橡胶缆易于破损,特别是在回收锚系时因锚的抓力大,其破断时常发生而造成丢失,这是用户最为担心的事。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种复合橡胶缆,以弥补现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是在已有技术的基础上,仅仅将已有橡胶缆的外面套一根,其最大伸长量不大于橡胶缆极限伸长量的设计值。
本实用新型包括一根橡胶缆,其特征是它还包括套在外面的一根弹簧结构缆,且弹簧结构缆最大伸长量不大于橡胶缆极限伸长量。
所述的弹簧结构缆的中心为尼龙绳,尼龙绳被一硫化橡胶层所紧包并形成螺旋弹簧状。
显然,本实用新型大大提高了资料浮标海上作业的安全性而不易失落,减少了锚系对浮标性能的影响使浮标更接近自由状态,所测数据也更加真实可靠。

具体实施方式
如图1,本实用新型包括一根橡胶缆1,其特征是它还包括套在外面的一根弹簧结构缆2,且弹簧结构缆2的最大伸长量不大于橡胶缆1的极限伸长量。即弹簧结构缆2可以伸长至一条近似直线,但最大伸长量不大于橡胶缆极限伸长量的设计值。利用弹性极好的橡胶缆1外加装弹簧结构体的弹簧结构缆2。
如图2,所述的弹簧结构缆2是中心为尼龙绳4,尼龙绳4外硫化有一橡胶层3,且整体呈螺旋弹簧形状。
两缆按设计长度组成一体相并连再串接在锚系的近浮标端,浮标上升时则伸长,下沉时则缩回并下沉,浮标呈准自由状态运动。在回收时,弹性橡胶缆达到弹性限度内的设计长度(橡胶缆具有极好的弹性其伸长率达500%)时锚系额外增加的拉力则完全由弹簧结构承担,以达到保护的目的。即在海上布放,或回收浮标时,当水下锚等重物达到设计参数时,其超额拉力则由弹簧结构体的弹簧结构缆2承担。

Claims (2)

1.一种复合橡胶缆,包括一根橡胶缆(1),其特征是它还包括套在外面的一根弹簧结构缆(2),且弹簧结构缆(2)的伸长量不大于橡胶缆(1)的伸长量。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合橡胶缆,其特征在于所述的弹簧结构缆(2)的中心为尼龙绳(3),尼龙绳(3)被一硫化橡胶层(4)所紧包并成螺旋弹簧状。
