本实用新型涉及化工设备，尤其是涉及用于丙烯酰胺水合液的闪蒸装置。
背景技术
目前用于丙烯酰胺水合液的闪蒸装置，其喷淋头为纵向设置在闪蒸罐内的喷淋管，工作时，加热后的丙烯酰胺水合液自喷淋管喷出，通过闪蒸罐顶部的抽气口将沸点较低的水蒸气、丙烯晴气体抽出，以达到提高丙烯酰胺水合液浓度目的。但该结构闪蒸罐所存在的不足主要为易发生丙烯酰胺水合液自聚结块现象，造成原料报废，甚至造成闪蒸设备无法工作，设备利用率低，维修量大。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单、工作效率高的丙烯酰胺水合液的闪蒸装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：

2、根据权利要求1所述的闪蒸装置，其特征在于：所述罐体(1)下部为侧锥体结构，在罐体(1)顶壁上设置有带有密封盖的维修口(7)。
