本实用新型涉及化工设备,尤其是涉及用于丙烯酰胺水合液的闪蒸装置。
背景技术
目前用于丙烯酰胺水合液的闪蒸装置,其喷淋头为纵向设置在闪蒸罐内的喷淋管,工作时,加热后的丙烯酰胺水合液自喷淋管喷出,通过闪蒸罐顶部的抽气口将沸点较低的水蒸气、丙烯晴气体抽出,以达到提高丙烯酰胺水合液浓度目的。但该结构闪蒸罐所存在的不足主要为易发生丙烯酰胺水合液自聚结块现象,造成原料报废,甚至造成闪蒸设备无法工作,设备利用率低,维修量大。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单、工作效率高的丙烯酰胺水合液的闪蒸装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型可采取下述技术方案:
本实用新型所述的闪蒸装置,它包括罐体,开设在所述罐体顶壁上的抽气口和底部的出料口,以及设置在罐体上部侧壁上的进料口;在罐体内位于抽气口正下方设置有喷淋头,所述喷淋头通过管道与所述进料口相连通。
所述罐体下部为侧锥体结构,在罐体顶壁上设置有带有密封盖的维修口。

1、一种闪蒸装置,它包括罐体(1),开设在所述罐体(1)顶壁上的抽气口(2)和底部的出料口(3),以及设置在罐体(1)上部侧壁上的进料口(4);其特征在于:在罐体(1)内位于抽气口(2)正下方设置有喷淋头(5),所述喷淋头(5)通过管道(6)与所述进料口(4)相连通。
2、根据权利要求1所述的闪蒸装置,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)下部为侧锥体结构,在罐体(1)顶壁上设置有带有密封盖的维修口(7)。
