Abstract

一种水下增氧机由潜水电机、空气室、空心叶轮、空心水叶和进气管组成,利用装有空心水叶的空心叶轮与潜水电机的配合,使空心水叶在水中高速划水时,尾部开口处产生负压,通过两个进气口及空气室,把水面上的空气吸入水体中,不再需要推动水流来获取高速流,降低功耗,提高水产养殖的经济效益。本实用新型设计合理,结构简单,节能效果显著,大大降低了用户的生产成本,宜推广使用。

本实用新型属于水产养殖的设备,特别是一种水下增氧机。
背景技术
现有水下增氧机是以高推比水叶制造高速水流,在小区域内形成高速流,使叶轮尾部产生负压,继而吸入空气,从而使水产养殖池增氧。这种增氧机把有用功基本上耗在制造高速水流上,浪费掉有限的机械能,使用户生产成本大增,不宜推广使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种水下增氧机,利用装有空心水叶的空心叶轮与潜水电机的配合,使空心水叶在水中高速划水时,尾部开口处产生负压,通过两个进气口及空气室,把水面上的空气吸入水体中,不再需要推动水流来获取高速流,降低功耗,提高水产养殖的经济效益。
本实用新型由潜水电机、空气室、空心叶轮、空心水叶和进气管组成,潜水电机(1)安装有空气室(2),空气室(2)两侧对称有进气口(3)、(4),进气口(3)、(4)与进气管连接,空气室(2)与空心叶轮(5)对接,空心叶轮(5)上安装有空心水叶(6),潜水电机(1)有轴与空心叶轮(5)相联,空心水叶(6)与空心叶轮(5)相通。
本实用新型设计合理,结构简单,节能效果显著,大大降低了用户的生产成本,宜推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型除潜水电机(1)和进气管可购到外,空气室(2)、空心叶轮(5)、空心水叶(6)均可用钢材或塑料加工而成,空心水叶(6)背面开有空气口(7)与空心叶轮(5)连通。按图装配,并把活动进气管与空气室(2)的两个进气口(3)、(4)对接。潜水电机(1)有轴与空心叶轮(5)相联。将本实用新型固定在距离水底0.5-1.5米之间,接通电源,便可开动。开始时因浸泡在水中,增氧机所有进气空间充满了水,当潜水电机(1)带动空心叶轮(5)、空心水叶(6)高速转动时,空心水叶(6)作高速划水运动,此时,空心水叶(6)尾部开口处与水体发生了很大的相对运动,并产生很大的负压,增氧机空间内的水体迅速过来补充,而水面上的空气也跟着流入,形成水面、空气室、空心叶轮(5)、空心水叶(6)、水体的空气流动,大大增加水产养殖水体的含氧量,用户用很少的电能,就能提高水产养殖的经济效益。

1、一种水下增氧机由潜水电机、空气室、空心叶轮、空心水叶和进气管组成,其特征是潜水电机(1)安装有空气室(2),空气室(2)两侧对称有进气口(3)、(4),进气口(3)、(4)与进气管连接,空气室(2)与空心叶轮(5)对接,空心叶轮(5)上安装有空心水叶(6),潜水电机(1)有轴与空心叶轮(5)相联,空心水叶(6)与空心叶轮(5)相通。
2、据权利要求1所述的水下增氧机,其特征是空心水叶(6)背面开有空气口(7)与空心叶轮(5)连通。
