Claims (2)
- 太阳能供电的交流照明和旋转灯箱用的控制装置,其特征在于含有:太阳能电池板(A),输出为24伏直流电压;输入电压可调的三级稳压电路,由三个稳压电路芯片依次串联构成,所述稳压电路采用芯片MBR1045CT,第一个稳压电路的输入端同时和所述太阳能电池板的输出端和一个阻容值可调的电阻分流式并联电路相连,该电阻分流式并联电路的另一端接地;蓄电池(B),和所述太阳能电池的输出端共地,而另一端为输入/输出端,接所述三级稳压电路的输出端,并且对地接一个电容(c1);该蓄电池的一个夜间照明时用的输入端CH1经电阻后接所述太阳能电池的输出端;电压转换电路(L),采用芯片L7805C,其输入端和所述三级稳压电路的输出端相连,而输出为5V直流电压VCC;可调的阻容分压电路,接于所述三级稳压电路的输出端和地之间,该阻容分压电路依次由可变电阻和一个阻容并联支路串联构成,该支路并有一个电解电容,所述阻容分压电路的串接点即为该蓄电池的另一个夜间照明的输入端CH2;模/数转换器(D),采用芯片TLC0838CN,由所述VCC端供电,输入端与所述CH1、CH2端相连;控制器的(E),采用芯片AT89C55WD,由所述VCC端供电,该控制器(E)的采样、时钟以及数据信号;输入端分别和所述模/数转换器的相应输出端相连;时钟定时器(F),采用芯片PCF8583P,其SCLP信号、SDAP信号输出端分别与和所述控制器的相应输入端连接;直流电动机(G),一个电源输入端和所述三级稳压电路的输出端相连;电子开关(H),含有:三级管(Q1),其发射极接地,集电级经限流电阻(R10)后接所述三级稳压电路的输出端,在集电级和发射级之间反接有稳压管(D1);CMOS管(Q2)漏级接地,栅级接所述三级管(Q1)的集电级,源级经过正串的二级管(D2)后,接所述三级稳压电路的输出端;所述电子开关(H)的控制信号输入端接所述三级管(Q1)的基级,该基极经一个限流电阻(R7)后连所述控制器(E)的输出端LOAD1,所述电子开关(H)的输出端是CMOS管的源级,该源极同电机的另一输入端相连;
- 12伏直流电源(I),接地端与所述太阳能电池板共地,而输入端依次经过一个5至12V的DC/DC直流电压变换电路(K)以及一个反接的二级管(D5)后,与所述三级稳压电路的输出端相连;夜间照明启动电路,含有:开关三级管(Q3)基级经限流电阻(R8)接所述控制器(E)的控制信号输出端CHARD,在集电级和发射级之间反并了一个稳压管(D6);CMOS管并联电路,由两个CMOS管(Q4)(Q5)并联组成,该CMOS管的栅级接开关三级管(Q3)的集电级,漏级接地,源级接太阳能电池板(A)的正输出端;该源极同时经电阻(R1)后对地并联有电解电容C4和反向二极管(D7)、该开关三级管(Q3)的集电级还经过1个电阻(R9)接三级稳压电路的输出端;电子开关(N),含有:三级管(Q’1)其发射极接地,集电级经限流电阻后接所述三级稳压电路的输出端,在集电级和发射级之间反接有稳压管(D’1);CMOS管(Q’2)漏级接地,栅级接所述三级管(Q’1)的集电级,源级经过正串的二级管(D’2)后,接所述三级稳压电路的输出端;所述电子开关(N)的控制信号输入端接所述控制器(E)的一个交流电源启动输出端LOAD2,而所述电子开关(N)输出端是CMOS管的源级;逆变器(M),即AC/DC变换器,其一个输入端与所述三级稳压电路的输出端相连。
