Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种高倍率锂离子电池,至少在电池的两侧引出极耳,每侧一个正极极耳、一个负极极耳,正极极耳之间电连接、负极极耳之间电连接。可以在电池的三侧或四侧分别引出正、负极极耳。所述的正极极耳的带材采用铝或铝合金,负极极耳的带材采用镍、镍合金、镀镍、铜、铜合金、镀铜。所述的带材宽度在1-20毫米,厚度在0.05-2.00毫米之间。在放电的时候,可以降低集流体的电流密度,倍率放电性能好,可以进行大电流放电。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及锂离子电池,尤其是涉及一种高倍率锂离子电池。
背景技术:
近年来,随着电动工具、电动玩具、模型飞机、电动车的快速发展,作为高倍率锂离子电池,由于具有工作电压高、重量轻、体积小、无记忆效应、自放电小、循环寿命长等特点,正逐步取代传统的铅酸电池、镍镉电池、镍氢电池,特别是模型飞机已广泛采用高倍率锂离子电池。
上述这些设备的共同特点,就是瞬时或连续采用大电流工作,因此要求锂离子电池具有大电流放电特性,有的甚至要求20C、25C放电,随着科技的发展,将来还会要求更高的放电倍率。
目前的高倍率锂离子电池,都是从电池的一侧引出两个极耳,一个正极极耳、一个负极极耳。采用这种结构,特别是大容量的高倍率锂离子电池,因放电电流太大,集流体的电流密度也就越大,倍率放电性能就越差,不利于大电流放电。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种高倍率锂离子电池,集流体的电流密度小,倍率放电性能好,可以进行大电流放电。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种高倍率锂离子电池,至少在电池的两侧引出极耳,每侧一个正极极耳、一个负极极耳,正极极耳之间电连接、负极极耳之间电连接。
上述技术方案的进一步改进在于:
在电池的三侧分别引出正、负极极耳。
所述的在电池的四侧分别引出正、负极极耳。
所述的正极极耳的带材采用铝或铝合金,负极极耳的带材采用镍、镍合金、镀镍、铜、铜合金、镀铜。
所述的带材宽度在1-20毫米,厚度在0.05-2.00毫米之间。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型在电池的多侧引出极耳,每侧一个正极极耳、一个负极极耳,正极极耳之间电连接、负极极耳之间电连接,这样在放电的时候,可以将集流体分布,集流体密度小,倍率放电性能好,可以进行大电流放电。

实施例一
请参见图1和2:
按照图1的形状分别制作正、负极极片、隔膜,隔膜在长度和宽度方向上比极片的同方向长2-10毫米,然后用隔膜依负极、正极、负极的顺序依次叠好,焊上极耳,这样在电池的两侧各伸出一个正极极耳和一个负极极耳极耳,且正极极耳之间电连接、负极极耳之间是电连接的,然后用铝塑包装膜封好,如图2所示。
实施例二
请参见图3和4:

1、一种高倍率锂离子电池,其特征在于:至少在电池的两侧引出极耳,每侧一个正极极耳、一个负极极耳,正极极耳之间电连接、负极极耳之间电连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的高倍率锂离子电池,其特征在于:在电池的三侧分别引出正、负极极耳。
3、如权利要求1所述的高倍率锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述的在电池的四侧分别引出正、负极极耳。
4、如权利要求1或权利要求2或权利要求3所述的高倍率锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述的正极极耳的带材采用铝或铝合金,负极极耳的带材采用镍、镍合金、镀镍、铜、铜合金、镀铜。
5、如权利要求4所述的高倍率锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述的带材宽度在1-20毫米,厚度在0.05-2.00毫米之间。
