一种电池回收机,主要设有一机台,机台外部设有电池投入口、显示面板、数个控制钮、取物口及取币口,机台内设有储币槽、投扔机构、探针模块、储存机构及一倾斜坡道,该探针模块设于投扔机构上,该探针模块并连接一侦测电路,该侦测电路与显示面板以及储币槽连结,该投扔机构下方设有储存机构及倾斜坡道,该倾斜坡道与取物口连通,该储存机构由数个储存格组成;藉此,利用该投扔机构将电池夹置,通过探针模块与电池充电端接触,以便于侦测电路检测该电池并判断回收价值,且将结果显示于显示面板,确定回收时,该投扔机构将电池投入储存机构中,该储币槽将钱币落于取币口处。

技术领域
本实用新型有关一种电池回收机,适用于各类手持式、可移植性电子产品之电池回收机或类似的结构。
背景技术
电池为一种可供携带式的能源,所以许多的电器设备在设计上都有支持电池的使用,以利使用者在户外时仍然可以藉由电池的装设而使用该电器,可知电池的使用是极为广泛而方便。
习用的电池都是属于消耗品,但近年来,随着科技的发展,充电电池的蓄电量已大为提升,故不论是一般电池或为充电电池,在能源用尽后或无法再蓄电时便随之丢弃,若将废旧电池混入生活垃圾一起掩埋,渗出的汞及重金属物质会渗透土壤、污染地下水,进而进入鱼类身体、农作物中,间接威胁到人类的健康。对自然环境胁最大的五种物质,电池就包含了三种:汞、铅、镉,其废弃电池中之电解液随时间流出,且电池于日常生活中使用频繁,累积数量惊人,对环境之影响甚大。
有鉴于此,本发明人希望能提供一种电池回收机,以提供消费大众使用,为本实用新型所欲研创的动机。
发明内容
本实用新型之主要目的,在于提供一种方便电池回收、防止环境污染的电池回收机。
为达上述目的,本实用新型所设计的电池回收机,主要设有一机台,机台外部设有电池投入口、显示面板、数个控制钮、取物口及取币口,机台内设有储币槽、投扔机构、探针模块、储存机构及一倾斜坡道,该探针模块设于投扔机构上,该探针模块并连接一侦测电路,该侦测电路与显示面板以及储币槽连结,该投扔机构下方设有储存机构及倾斜坡道,该倾斜坡道与取物口连通,该储存机构由数个储存格组成。
藉此,利用该投扔机构将电池夹置,通过探针模块与电池充电端接触,俾利侦测电路检测该电池并判断回收价值,且将结果显示于显示面板,确定回收时,该投扔机将电池投入储存机构中,该储币槽将钱币落于取币口处。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1、图2,本实用新型之电池回收机,设有一机台1,该机台1外部设有显示面板11、数个控制钮(包括确认钮111及取消钮112)、电池投入口12、取币口13以及取物口14,该机台1内部则设有一投扔机构15、一储币槽16、一探针模块17、一储存机构18及一倾斜坡道19,其中该电池投入口12正对投扔机构15,该探针模块17设于投扔机构15上,且该探针模块17与显示面板11连接,该储存机构18与倾斜坡道19设于投扔机构15下方,同时该倾斜坡道19一端与取物口14连通。
请参阅图3,本实用新型的投扔结构15主要设有一平台151,该平台151底部设有一凹槽,且平台151上活动枢设一L形座152以及固设有二马达155、157,该二马达155、157的马达轴各结合一马达轴齿轮156、158,而该L形座152设有一可上下升降的压板153,以形成一可供夹置使用的夹具,又该L形座152一侧连设有一齿轮154,同时该齿轮154并与马达轴齿轮156啮合且受马达155控制;再者,该平台151叠置于传动机构159上,该传动机构159设为一具阶级部的板体,该板体顶面设有一凸轨160,而阶级部顶面则设有锯齿轨道161,且板体底部二侧各设有一马达162,该马达162的马达轴并结合一马达轴齿轮163,该传动机构159并跨设于另一传动机构164上,该传动机构164为二平行杆体,且二平行杆体之底缘设有锯齿轨道165,该锯齿轨道165并与马达轴齿轮163相互啮合;藉此,以令平台151可于二传动机构159、164进行前后左右二维平面移动,且该L形座152可通过齿轮154及马达轴齿轮156产生旋转偏摆。
该探针模块17主要设有数个探针172,该些探针172活动结合于一座体171上,该座体171设于上述L形座152上,该些探针172可设成针状或片状,本实施例以片状探针为例说明之,请同时参阅图4、图5,将每一探针172穿入一顶部设有穿孔的套筒173,再将一弹簧174置于探针172的下方,再一并将内部设有探针172及弹簧174的套筒173与座体171结合,并将每一探针172与侦测电路并联连设,该侦测电路再与控制IC连接。
该侦测电路主要用于侦测电池2剩余的性能,同时该侦测电路并将侦测结果显示于显示面板11,而该控制IC并与储币槽16以及投扔机构15连设,其中该控制IC于接收到确认讯号时,控制储币槽16落下符合显示面板11显示之钱币。
请同时参阅图6,该储存机构18由多个整齐排列、且具底板的储存格构成,该通道181的下方并设有一倾斜坡道19,该倾斜坡道19另一端延伸至取物口14。
如此,当电池2由电池投入口12投入后,电池2落至投扔机构15之L形座152上,并通过压板153压合夹置,令电池2的充电端与探针模块17之探针172相互接触,通过侦测电路检测电池2性能,同时该显示面板11显示电池2的检测结果以及回收之价格;确定回收时,按压机台1外部之确认钮111,该储币槽16则落下显示面板11所显示之等量钱币,同时该投扔机构15之L形座152则通过二传动机构159、164的移动,并藉马达轴齿轮156控制齿轮154旋转偏摆,而将L形座152所夹置之电池2投扔至储存机构18的储存格之中,方便业者回收;不回收时,按压机台1外部之取消钮112,使投扔机构15之L形座152通过二传动机构159、164移动至储存机构18前方,并藉马达轴齿轮156控制齿轮154旋转偏摆,而将L形座152所夹置之电池2投扔至通道181中,令电池2藉倾斜坡道19滑落至取物口14,方便使用者取回。
综上所述,本实用新型确可达到实用新型之预期目的,提供一种方便各种不同厂牌、不同形式的电池可被成排夹置存放,以组成方便使用者购买的电池回收机,具有实用价值无疑,依法提出新型专利申请。

Claims (2)

1.一种电池回收机,主要设有一机台,机台外部设有电池投入口、显示面板、数个控制钮、取物口及取币口,其特征是,机台内设有储币槽、投扔机构、探针模块、储存机构及一倾斜坡道,该探针模块设于投扔机构上,该探针模块并连接一侦测电路,该侦测电路与显示面板以及储币槽连结,该投扔机构下方设有储存机构及倾斜坡道,该倾斜坡道与取物口连通,该储存机构由数个储存格组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池回收机,其特征是,该储存机构由数个具底板的储存格组成,该储存机构前方设有一通道。
