与煤气化炉配套的文丘里式合成气洗涤器，包括动力水喷嘴、合成气接受室、喂管、壳体组件及其上的耐蚀堆焊层、耳式支座，其特点在于：合成气接受室采用弯头形式，与壳体组件固定连接；动力水喷嘴沿合成气接受室出口的轴向接入，喷嘴口伸入喂管的锥型收缩段中；带锥型收缩段的喂管与壳体组件固定连接而且同轴，喂管长径比6～12，入口收缩段锥角为15～30°。本实用新型可以将合成气在洗涤的同时进行增压，适应压力偏低的合成气洗涤需要，设备结构简单、使用寿命长。

文丘里式合成气洗涤器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种与煤气化炉配套的文丘里式合成气洗涤器设备，其设备也可用于其它气体洗涤领域。
背景技术
目前，国内外采用的文丘里洗涤器的形式基本为两种，这两种洗涤器都是单纯的文丘里管与雾化喷嘴的简单结合。一种采用碗型喷嘴，其特征是采用普通的文丘里管做流通管道，喷嘴置于文丘里入口向下游喷出大扩散角的水雾，将被洗涤气体中的微粒冲击到壁面的水膜中。这种形式的文丘里洗涤器在固态含量杂质较高或含有粘稠、易结团杂质的气体处理中，洗后气体容易形成再次夹带或在壁面形成附着。另一种形式采用同样结构的文丘里式流通管道，但采用了喉部径向喷水形式，这种形式的文丘里洗涤器比较适合吸收气态杂质更适合用于可溶于水的气态杂质的吸收，但对含固态杂质的气体效果不佳。而且，这两种形式的文丘里洗涤器中，被洗涤气体只能由高压向低压端流动，限制了其使用范围，不适应与煤气化炉进行配套使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：克服现有文丘里形式洗涤器的不足，提供一种适合与煤气化炉配套使用的高综合性能的合成气洗涤器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：借鉴水力喷射泵的结构特点对文丘里洗涤器加以改造，设计了带有特殊的中央喂管结构的文丘里洗涤器，包括动力水喷嘴、合成气接受室、带锥型收缩段的喂管、壳体组件及其上的耐蚀堆焊层、耳式支座，其特点在于：合成气接受室采用弯头形式，与壳体组件通过法兰连接；动力水喷嘴沿合成气接受室出口的轴向接入，喷嘴口伸入与壳体组件固定连接的带锥型收缩段的喂管中。进气时，合成气将被导成与动力水同轴流动，不仅能由高压向低压端流动，而且可以由低压向高压端流动。喂管长径比为6～12，入口收缩段锥角为15～30°；壳体组件上暴露于工艺介质中的部位采用00Cr17Ni14Mo2堆焊层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是：
(1)由于设有特殊的中央喂管结构，形成了类似水力喷射泵的流动形态，提高了洗涤器对于固体杂质和气态杂质的洗涤效果，对防止洗后气体二次夹带及杂质黏液附着也具有明显效果。
(2)由于中央喂管中形成水力喷射泵的流动形态，使得被进入的合成气体在被洗涤的同时产生增压，可以保证气体可由低压端流向高压端。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型由动力水喷嘴1、合成气接受室2、带锥型收缩段的喂管6、壳体组件4及其上的耐蚀堆焊层3、耳式支座5组成。合成气接受室2采用弯头形式，与壳体组件4固定连接；动力水喷嘴1沿合成气接受室2出口的轴向接入，喷嘴口伸入与壳体组件4固定连接的带锥型收缩段的喂管6中；动力水喷嘴1与合成气接受室2的出口及带锥型收缩段的喂管6三者之间保证高的同轴度，动力水喷嘴1与带锥型收缩段的喂管6的轴向距离针对不同工况来确定，且采用可拆卸的结构；接受室2与壳体组件4固定连接，耐蚀堆焊层3设置在壳体组件4一切与磨蚀性合成气直接接触的部位。带锥型收缩段的喂管6的长径比为6～12，入口收缩段锥角15～30°，壳体组件4上暴露于工艺介质中的部位采用00Cr17Ni14Mo2堆焊层。设备布置方式为如图的竖直向下安装。

Claims (6)

1、文丘里式合成气洗涤器，包括动力水喷嘴、合成气接受室、带锥型收缩段的喂管、壳体组件及其上的耐蚀堆焊层、耳式支座，其特征在于：合成气接受室采用弯头形式，与壳体组件固定连接；动力水喷嘴沿合成气接受室出口的轴向接入，喷嘴口伸入与壳体组件固定连接的带锥型收缩段的喂管中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的文丘里式合成气洗涤器，其特征在于：合成气接受室采用弯头形式，将合成气导成与动力水喷嘴的喷水同轴流动。
3、根据权利要求1所述的文丘里式合成气洗涤器，其特征在于：带锥型收缩段的喂管与壳体组件同轴。
4、根据权利要求1所述的文丘里式合成气洗涤器，其特征在于：带锥型收缩段的喂管长径比为6～12。
5、根据权利要求1或4所述的文丘里式合成气洗涤器，其特征在于：带锥型收缩段的喂管入口收缩段锥角为15～30°。
6、根据权利要求1所述的文丘里式合成气洗涤器，其特征在于：壳体组件上暴露于工艺介质中的部位采用00Cr17Ni14Mo2堆焊层。
