背景技术
当前,卷烟生产厂家所用香烟滤咀上的接装纸是涂布型、印刷型或烫电化铝或转移等,在接装纸的基纸上经涂布或印刷或烫金电化铝或转移而合成,这种接装纸已不能满足卷烟行业发展需要,特别不能满足消费者高雅新潮的需要,以及防止假冒伪劣的需要,尤其是高档烟、名牌烟的身价难以体现,另外,对卷烟降焦油没有效果,使用过的垃圾不能降解,污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种喷铝或镀铝印刷环保多功能卷烟接装纸,改变卷烟滤咀接装纸品种单一,色调不丰富等缺陷,为消费者提供时尚高雅的接装纸,具有防伪功能,同时可以通过激光打孔降低卷烟焦油含量,减少对人体伤害,不需转移工序,大大节省生产成本,另外可以完全降解,保护环境,符合国家烟草局环保发展要求。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该接装纸由多层复合而成,在接装纸基纸上覆合印刷层,印刷层上覆合喷铝或镀铝金属层,保护层覆合喷铝或镀铝金属层整体复合成接装纸,接装纸上分布激光孔。

如图1所示,该接装纸由多层复合而成,在接装纸基纸1上经复合介质粘胶覆合印刷层2,基纸包括所有满足接装纸工艺要求的如喷铝纸、转移纸或特种纸等;印刷层2包括所有适合于接装纸印刷工艺要求的纸,印刷纸上可印刷各种文字或图案,印刷层2上经复合介质粘胶覆合喷铝或镀铝金属层3,喷铝或镀铝金属层3包括所有适合于接装纸工艺要求的如转移或烫各种电化铝、凹凸、上光等纸,保护层4经复合介质粘胶复合喷铝或镀铝金属层3上整体复合或接装纸,激光孔5分布接装纸上。
该接装纸具有金属质感,动感强烈,印刷各种精美色彩、图案、文字,同时又有防伪、激光打孔降焦油、环保降解等功能,可广泛用在卷烟滤嘴上。

1.喷铝或镀铝印刷环保多功能卷烟接装纸,其特征在于:该接装纸由多层复合而成,在接装纸基纸(1)上经复合介质粘胶覆合印刷层(2),印刷层(2)上经复合介质粘胶覆合喷铝或镀铝金属层(3),保护层(4)经复合介质粘胶复合喷铝或镀铝金属层(3)上整体复合成接装纸。
