背景技术
当前,卷烟生产厂家所用香烟滤咀上的水松纸都是涂布型、印刷型、烫制型等,是用21-28g厚纸作为基纸,经印刷或涂布烫金电化铝而合成,这种水松纸已满足不了卷烟行业的发展,特别是不能满足消费者高雅新潮的需要,尤其是高档烟、名牌烟的身价难以体现。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:设计一种转移镀铝镭射印刷烫金卷烟水松纸,改变卷烟滤咀水松纸品种单一,色调不丰富的缺陷,为消费者提供一种时尚高雅的品味。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:该水松纸由多层复合而成,在基纸的表面上有一层有机涂料,在涂料表面粘金属化铝膜,在铝膜上有一层保护胶膜。
这种水松纸,具有金属质感,动态感强,印刷有各种色彩、图案、文字,同时又有防伪功能,可广泛用在卷烟滤咀上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,以20-45g的原纸作为水松纸的基纸1,在基纸的表面涂履一层复合介质粘胶2,在胶2上粘履经过镀铝转移、镭射印刷、烫电化铝形成的金属化镀铝层3,在镀铝层3的外表面有一层保护层4。
