Abstract

一种内置式燃油过滤装置，属于内置式燃油过滤装置。该过滤装置有导杆、导筒、锁紧螺母和滤芯，在导杆上有导筒和锁紧螺母，导杆的二端分别连接有吸油盖总成和滤芯。在油箱体内安装燃油过滤装置，对燃油过滤起到很好的过滤屏障，能有效的把燃油箱里的杂质过滤在进入管路之前，避免给下一级粗滤之前的管路造成污染，使进入管路的燃油清洁，因此发动机的输出功率稳定，从而挖掘机的作业效率得到提高。该燃油过滤装置能够滤除燃油中的水或混在砂与灰尘，降低了喷油泵、柱塞套、喷油针阀的磨损，从而使喷射压力上升，燃油雾化效果好，提高了燃油的质量，使发动机的输出功率平稳，延长发动机的寿命，提高了高压油泵的寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种燃油过滤装置，特别是一种内置式燃油过滤装置。
                              背景技术
目前，挖掘机的燃油系统主要由燃油箱，滤清系统，进油管路，回油管路和发动机内部的燃油系统等组成，油的进油口一般布置在油箱的底部并靠近中部，在发动机通过吸油管吸油的过程中，烯油经过一级粗滤器进行过滤，经过滤的燃油输送到传输泵，所使用的过滤器的密度较粗，如果使用较细密度的过滤器，容易阻塞而导致阻力过高；如果燃油中含有水或混有砂与灰尘，则会加速喷油泵、柱塞套、喷油针阀的磨损，造成喷射压力下降，雾化不良，冒黑烟，发动机功率下降，因而造成挖掘机作业效率降低，特别是会缩短高压油泵的寿命。

本实用新型的目的是要提供一种挖掘机作业效率高的内置式燃油过滤装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该过滤装置有导杆、导筒、锁紧螺母和滤芯，在导杆上有导筒和锁紧螺母，导杆的二端分别连接有吸油盖总成和滤芯。
滤芯为柱体，滤芯内有金属骨架。
有益效果：由于采用上述方案，在油箱体内增加内置式燃油过滤装置，对燃油系统的过滤起到很好的过滤屏障，能有效的把燃油箱里的杂质等物质过滤在进入管路之前，避免给下一级粗滤之前这段管路造成污染，使进入管路的燃油清洁度得到有效控制，使发动机的输出功率稳定，从而挖掘机的作业效率得到提高，达到了本实用新型的目的。该燃油过滤装置能够滤除燃油中的水或混在砂与灰尘，大大降低了喷油泵、柱塞套、喷油针阀的磨损，从而使喷射压力上升，燃油雾化效果好，提高了燃油的质量，使发动机的输出功率平稳，延长发动机的寿命，大大提高了高压油泵的寿命。

                            具体实施方式
实施例1：该过滤装置有导筒2、导杆4、锁紧螺母5、吸油座6和滤芯8，在导杆4上有导筒和锁紧螺母，导杆的二端分连接有吸油盖总成1和滤芯8，在滤芯的底部有吸油座6。滤芯为圆柱体，用玻璃纤维折叠成圆柱体，滤芯内有金属骨架。
在油箱3底部焊接吸油座6，滤芯8安装在吸油座上，在吸油座上有燃油吸油管7，滤芯的上端连接导杆，导杆上端有导杆螺纹连接导筒2，导筒内置弹簧，然后通过油箱顶部吸油盖总成1压紧本燃油过滤装置；滤芯8用玻璃纤维按一定折高折叠成圆柱体，过滤面积大于2700cm2；过滤精度大于100μm；工作温度在-30℃～+100℃。
