技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工程塑料管材,尤其涉及一种采用无规共聚聚丙烯树脂,即PP-R和铝箔的玻纤稳态复合管。
背景技术
现有技术的聚丙烯塑料复合管一类是稳态复合管。如中国专利CN2568914一种耐高温稳态复合管,它是由内、外层耐高温塑料管聚丙烯或聚醚、聚甲醛、氟塑料、聚砜类耐高温塑料,内、外胶层,中间金属层组成,其中金属带与内管、外管之间采用胶连接,金属带紧紧裹紧在内层耐高温塑料管的胶层上。这种复合管材料可以用于高温输送、液态、气态及腐蚀性介质,但机械性能、耐热性能有待提高,收缩率及热变形比较大,生产成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是克服上述技术的不足,从而开发一种具有更高的强度和耐热性,更低的收缩率的玻纤稳态PP-R复合管。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种玻纤稳态PP-R复合管,其特征在于:所述的复合管的管壁具有铝箔层,在铝箔层内面依次有无规共聚聚丙烯中间层,玻纤层,无规共聚聚丙烯内层,在铝箔层外面有无规共聚聚丙烯外层;所述的铝箔层与无规共聚聚丙烯中间层和铝箔层与无规共聚聚丙烯外层之间有粘结剂。
因此,本实用新型的有益效果在于:玻纤稳态PP-R复合管是在稳态PP-R管的基础上开发出的新型管材,它将稳态PP-R管内管的纯PP-R料,改为:PP-R+玻纤+PP-R,使其除了具有稳态PP-R管所有优良性能外,其机械性能、耐热性能显著提高,收缩率及热变形大幅降低,也降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
实施例:如图1、图2所示,复合管有内层和外层,中间有铝箔层。内层由无规共聚聚丙烯中间层12,玻纤层2,无规共聚聚丙烯内层11组成,采用三台挤出机通过三层共挤模具挤出内管(PP-R/玻纤PP-R/PP-R),然后通过成型系统在内管外侧包覆内侧带胶(单面胶)的铝箔层3,使之粘合;在铝箔层3外面有外层,外层为粘结剂(热融胶)和无规共聚聚丙烯外层13,即用两台挤出机通过两层共挤模具挤出粘结剂(热融胶)和外层PP-R。从而生产出新型管材—玻纤稳态PP-R管。

1.一种玻纤稳态PP-R复合管,其特征在于:所述的复合管的管壁具有铝箔层,在铝箔层内面依次有无规共聚聚丙烯中间层,玻纤层,无规共聚聚丙烯内层,在铝箔层外面有无规共聚聚丙烯外层;所述的铝箔层与无规共聚聚丙烯中间层和铝箔层与无规共聚聚丙烯外层之间有粘结剂。
