Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种用膨润土制成的用于地铁工程、垃圾填埋工程防水的新型复合防水毯。该防水毯由土工布、膨润土、非织布纤维、聚乙烯膜和热熔胶组成,在下层的土工布和上层的非织布纤维之间填充膨润土并用水性胶粘剂粘接。由于膨润土和水发生反应发生水化膨胀形成胶质膜,该胶质膜具有很强的防水性能。为达到更好的防水效果,本实用新型在上层的非织布纤维上用热熔胶粘合一层聚乙烯膜。

新型复合防水毯
(一)技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种防水毯,尤其是一种用膨润土制成的用于地铁工程、垃圾填埋工程防水的复合防水毯。
(二)背景技术:
在地铁工程或垃圾填埋工程施工过程中,需要做防水处理,如果防水处理不当或达不到工程质量要求则会直接影响整个工程的质量和寿命。目前常用的防水方法有沥青防水、涂膜防水和薄板防水等。以上这些防水方法使用的化学添加剂、沥青、高分子材料、塑料、橡胶都是对人体有害对环境有污染的物质,而且防水性能并不很理想。
公告号为CN2516629Y的专利公开了一种防水毯,该专利提到在聚丙烯织布和非织布纤维之间填充膨润土,将上层的非织布纤维通过膨润土用针压的方式用编织线连接在下层的聚丙烯织布上。由于用针压的方式会留有针孔,而且水容易顺着编织线渗漏,所以防水效果并不是很理想。
(三)发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用膨润土制成的防水性能持久、防水性好、无毒无害,对环境无污染的复合防水毯。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术内容是:在下层土工布和上层非织布纤维之间填充膨润土,并用水性胶粘剂粘接,由于膨润土和水发生反应发生水化膨胀形成胶质膜,该胶质膜具有很强的防水性能。为达到更好的防水效果,本实用新型在上层的非织布纤维上用热熔胶粘合一层聚乙烯膜。

(五)具体实施方式
本实用新型结构如图1所示,是由土工布5、膨润土4、非织布纤维3、聚乙烯膜1和热熔胶2组成,在下层的土工布和上层的非织布纤维之间填充膨润土,并用水性胶粘剂粘接。再在非织布纤维上用热熔胶2粘合一层聚乙烯膜。

1、一种新型复合防水毯,由土工布(5)、膨润土(4)、非织布纤维(3)、聚乙烯膜(1)和热熔胶(2)组成,其特征在于:在下层的土工布(5)和上层的非织布纤维(3)之间填充膨润土(4)并用水性胶粘剂粘接,非织布纤维(3)上用热熔胶(2)粘合一层聚乙烯膜(1)。
