本实用新型涉及玻璃刀具,特别是一种金刚石涂层玻璃刀。目前使用的玻璃刀具多为硬质合金材料制成,由于玻璃较硬,对刀口部分磨损较大,造成刀具使用寿命短。本技术方案是在现有硬质合金刀具材料的基础上,在其刀口的表面涂有金刚石涂层,涂层的厚度在0.2-20微米之间,这样刀口部分的硬度得到大大提高。由于本实用新型在刀口部分增加了金刚石薄膜涂层,整个刀具的强度得到很大提高,并且增加金刚石涂层的玻璃刀轮可以根据需要磨削刀口,因此刀口更加锋利,切割效率和刀具使用寿命得以成倍提高。

一、技术领域:本实用新型涉及玻璃刀具,特别是一种金刚石涂层玻璃刀。
二、背景技术:目前使用的玻璃刀具多为硬质合金材料制成,由于玻璃较硬,对刀口部分磨损较大,造成刀具使用寿命短。而提高硬质合金的性能变的越来越难,因此目前所能解决的办法是增加刀具的刀口部分夹角。
三、发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种提高使用寿命的金刚石涂层玻璃刀。
其技术方案是在现有硬质合金刀具材料的基础上,在其刀口的表面涂有金刚石涂层,涂层的厚度在0.2-20微米之间,这样刀口部分的硬度得到大大提高。
由于本实用新型在刀口部分增加了金刚石薄膜涂层,整个刀具的强度得到很大提高,并且增加金刚石涂层的玻璃刀轮可以根据需要磨削刀口,因此刀口更加锋利,切割效率和刀具使用寿命得以成倍提高。

五、具体实施例:
参照附图,在现有硬质合金刀具材料的基础上,在其刀口1的表面涂有金刚石涂层2,涂层2的厚度在0.2-20微米之间,这样刀口部分的硬度得到大大提高,夹角可以缩小在60-120度角之间。
