本实用新型涉及一种节能建筑墙体用的新型保温砌块。
背景技术:
现有的砌块有空心砌块和复合砌块。复合砌块以封闭式孔洞填充保温材料为主。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种由混凝土和高效保温材料组成的新型复合砌块,可以提高墙体热阻值。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
新型保温砌块,其组成包括:砌块,所述的砌块两侧设有开放式孔洞,所述的开放式孔洞内置放高效保温板,所述的砌块上设有一组封闭式孔洞,所述的封闭式孔洞内装有保温材料。
上述的新型保温砌块,所述的高效保温板和所述的保温材料为板状、粉沫状、发泡状、絮状物体或浇铸后凝固物。
这个技术方案有以下有益效果:
1.本实用新型设置了开放式孔洞,延长了冷桥的路线,并减少了冷桥的含量,进一步解决了原有砌块设计不足的问题。
2.施工时,将高效保温板置放在开放式孔洞中,使砌体竖缝冷桥被隔断。
3.本实用新型在封闭式孔洞内加入的保温材料,保证了砌块的整体热工性能。
4.该砌块中的保温材料可以是苯类、酚醛、尿素氮、聚氨酯、植物秸秆发泡体、岩棉、泡沫玻璃、珍珠岩等高效保温材料。
