本实用新型涉及一种瓦楞纸板生产线上胶初复同步装置,具体地说是用于包装机械中瓦楞纸板生产线生产过程中,单面瓦楞纸板上胶后与面纸初复,属于包装机械领域。其主要采用墙板通过联系梁形成主框架,初复辊安装在墙板上,在墙板上分别安装初复调节辊、夹胶辊、滑块总成,上胶辊安装在滑块总成上,传动链轮安装在初复辊上。本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,合理;其集上胶初复于一体,可用于三层或多层瓦楞板的复合;结构轻巧、简易,便于操作调节;可直接安装于单面瓦楞机上,省去了原生产线的集纸架;通过上胶初复于一体的方式,改善了传统生产线上胶复合时容易产生胶水移位的现象,降低了上胶难度,并能降低生产成本。

本实用新型涉及一种瓦楞纸板生产线上胶初复同步装置,具体地说是用于包装机械中瓦楞纸板生产线生产过程中,单面瓦楞纸板上胶后与面纸初复,属于包装机械领域。
背景技术
本实用新型作出以前,在已有技术中,所有瓦楞纸板生产线在生产过程中是将已成型单面瓦楞纸板,经由集纸架集中输送至上胶机,其间集纸架有十多米长,高速机更是需要堆积几百米单面瓦楞纸板,在经由上胶机上胶后,再送入复合道,这给瓦楞纸板生产线增加了很多结构,如:七层瓦楞生产线需要三个集纸架,使生产线变得机构庞大、复杂,也给操作带来困难,且多层纸板同时上胶进入复合道,容易形成胶水移位,增加了上胶难度。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种集上胶与初复于一体的上胶装置,可直接安装于单面瓦楞机上,省去了原生产线的集纸架,能节约成本;能减少上胶后胶水移位,降低了上胶难度的瓦楞纸板生产线上胶初复同步装置。
本实用新型的主要解决方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型主要采用墙板通过联系梁形成主框架,初复辊安装在墙板上,在墙板上分别安装初复调节辊、夹胶辊、滑块总成,上胶辊安装在滑块总成上,传动链轮安装在初复辊上。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,合理;其集上胶初复于一体,可用于三层或多层瓦楞板的复合;结构轻巧、简易,便于操作调节;可直接安装于单面瓦楞机上,省去了原生产线的集纸架;通过上胶初复于一体的方式,改善了传统生产线上胶复合时容易产生胶水移位的现象,降低了上胶难度,并能降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面本实用新型将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
本实用新型主要由墙板1、联系梁2、初复辊3、初复调节辊4、传动链轮5、滑块总成6、上胶辊7、夹胶辊8等组成。采用联系梁2通过螺钉安装在墙板1上,初复辊3通过轴承安装在墙板1上,初复调节辊4通过滑块安装在墙板1上,夹胶滑块总成6通过螺钉安装在墙板1上,上胶辊7通过轴承安装在夹胶滑块总成6上,夹胶辊8通过滑块安装在夹胶滑块总成6上,传动链轮5通过平键安装在初复辊3上形成整体结构后,通过螺钉直接安装于单面瓦楞机上。
工作原理及工作过程:
本实用新型动力由单面瓦楞机上输入通过单机动力,带动传动链轮5,传动链轮5通过平键带动初复辊3,并由初复辊3上的齿轮经齿轮传动,分别传至初复调节辊、上胶辊。再由上胶辊7上的齿轮经齿轮转动传至夹胶辊8,从而完成整个运转过程。
本实用新型将单面瓦楞机所轧合成型的单面瓦楞纸板,经初复辊3与上胶辊7之间穿过来完成上胶过程,通过调节夹胶滑块总成6来调整间隙,保证瓦楞强度,在完成上胶过程后,再将上胶后的单面瓦楞纸板送入,初复辊3与初复调节辊4同时将面纸与成型单面瓦楞纸板或多层纸板同时送入,完成初复过程,通过调整初复调节辊来保证瓦楞不变形,完成初复过程的三层或多层瓦楞纸板,直接送入复合道,从而完成整个工作过程。

1、一种瓦楞纸板生产线上胶初复同步装置,包括墙板(1),其特征是采用墙板(1)通过联系梁(2)形成主框架,初复辊(3)安装在墙板(1)上,在墙板(1)上分别安装初复调节辊(4)、滑块总成(6)、夹胶辊(8),上胶辊(7)安装在滑块总成(6)上,传动链轮(5)安装在初复辊(3)上。
