本实用新型属于金刚石合成设备技术领域,特别涉及一种带有下凸型横梁的六面顶压机框架。
背景技术
六面顶压机是金刚石生产专用设备,为了保证压机的精度,设计中通常采用完全相同的六个铰链梁组装件通过销轴铰链连接而成,制造简单,安装方便。但是,这种连接方式由于销轴连接配合间隙的不可避免,压机的累计误差较大,每个活塞中心线的空间位置度会发生很大变化,同心度、垂直度相差较大,压机精度较低。为提高精度,人们设计出整体构造六面顶压机,但在使用过程中铰链梁之间的连接件仍然要承受较大的轴向力作用,力学性能差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种力学性能好的带有下凸型横梁的六面顶压机框架。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:六面顶压机框架,包括坑式压机基础,压机基础内腔前、后、左、右、底面设有与铰链梁底面或铰链梁后堵顶触的平面,压机基础顶部内侧设有水平卡槽,卡槽内安装底面中间为平面的横梁。
横梁主体为上开口的倒梯形,其两肩部水平外伸。
横梁两腰与底平面夹角为25-50°。
本实用新型中,横梁和压机基础连接共同组成六面顶压机框架,横梁可以在不受力的情况下,随便移进移出卡槽,便于压机的装卸、调整。上开口的倒梯形横梁在受到上活塞的推力作用时,推力经过两腰(斜梁)分解,成为水平和垂直分力,分别作用在压机基础的卡槽的立面和上平面上,由于卡槽的限制,横梁底部内部的力主要是压力,有利于横梁的受力稳定性和强度保证,力学性能好。本实用新型对构件强度要求低,设备投资少。本实用新型中,坑式压机基础前、后面可低于两侧面卡槽,也可以在前、后面与卡槽对应位置设置开口,以便横梁进入卡槽。

六面顶压机框架,包括坑式压机基础1,压机基础1内腔前、后、左、右、底面设有与铰链梁后堵5顶触的平面,压机基础1顶部内侧设有水平卡槽,卡槽内安装底面中间为平面的横梁2。横梁4主体为上开口的倒梯形,其两肩部水平外伸。横梁2两腰与底平面夹角为25-50°。本实施例中框架可与整体构造六面顶压机配合使用,3为缸梁一体铰链梁,4为活塞,铰链梁3与后堵5组成油缸,铰链梁3上设有油孔。

1、六面顶压机框架,其特征在于,包括坑式压机基础,压机基础内腔前、后、左、右、底面设有与铰链梁底面或铰链梁后堵顶触的平面,压机基础顶部内侧设有水平卡槽,卡槽内安装底面中间为平面的横梁。
2、如权利要求1所述的六面顶压机框架,其特征在于,横梁主体为上开口的倒梯形,其两肩部水平外伸。
3、如权利要求2所述的六面顶压机框架,其特征在于,横梁两腰与底平面夹角为25-50°。
