Description

具有开卷活塞和带有至少一个硫化的紧固件的卷边气囊的空气弹簧
本发明涉及一种具有开卷活塞(Abrollkolbe)和卷边气囊(Rollbalg)的空气弹簧,该卷边气囊由橡胶或类似橡胶的材料制成,其中至少气囊的、在分配给开卷活塞的开孔对面的开孔用紧固件密封地被封闭,并且紧固件具有平的连接区域和朝向卷边气囊的锥体区域,所述平的连接区域带有至少一个空气接口和外缘,其中卷边气囊在外缘的朝向卷边气囊的面上在沿着锥体区域的硫化区域内与紧固件固定硫化在一起。
卷边气囊的紧固件的作用是,使卷边气囊固定在汽车的、主要是载货汽车的车身上。在此,紧固件此外必须与卷边气囊密封地隔绝。卷边气囊的对面末端例如与锥形底座一起密封地固定在开卷活塞上或者可以具有第二紧固件、例如压力盘(Spannteller),所述压力盘或者固定硫化在卷边气囊上或者通过拉紧螺杆或在卷边气囊上的另一紧固件可以密封地固定在活塞上。

这种形式的固定具有这样的缺点:
-对于空气接口和另外的接口要求复杂的焊接过程,
-在锥形环和圆盘之间在点状焊接的情况下可能形成不希望的缝隙,橡胶在硫化过程中通过该缝隙可能流入气囊内部,
-密封控制是必需的,以便检查在连接处焊缝的质量,
-锥形盘必须被保护不受腐蚀。
此外空气接口实施为旋转部件并因此是成本高的。
本发明基于这个任务,即创造一种在文章开始处所描述的那种空气弹簧,其卷边气囊具有至少一个硫化的紧固件,该紧固件可以在无复杂的焊接操作的情况下生产,没有缝隙并且对于该紧固件不要求密封控制。
通过以下方式解决该任务,即在卷边气囊上硫化的至少一个紧固件与所有由热塑性或热固性塑料形成的接口一起完整地被实施为顶板。
这种实施有这样的优点,即顶板在一个工序中、优选在塑料注塑过程中可以在不用焊接的情况下生产。因此可以取消密封控制。不需要附加的防腐蚀。
在本发明的一个改进方案中,所述顶板在其内部具有由金属形成的加固填充物。
加固填充物可以有益地加固顶板防止破裂或变形。
在本发明的另一个扩展方案中,附着剂在顶板的硫化区域内被实施为热塑性材料,其可以直接在顶板的制造过程中作为第二成份一起被涂覆。
这具有这样的优点,即带有附着剂的顶板不需要额外的费用多的涂层。
这类的根据本发明的紧固件简单地并且低成本地制造,因为完全取消了焊接过程并且塑料是一种简单待处理的、较轻的并且耐腐蚀的材料。可以取消昂贵的额外处理、诸如涂层或密封控制,通过以下方式,即顶板不再具有缝隙,则明显降低了硫化差错的风险。
下面根据附图详细阐述本发明的实例。
该图示出了具有开卷活塞1、由弹性材料形成的卷边气囊2、和由热塑性塑料形成的顶板3的空气弹簧的上面部分。
所述卷边气囊2借助于锥形底座5密封地固定在开卷活塞1的锥形接口6上。
所述顶板3具有空气接口7。此外,在空气接口7上布置了外螺纹8,借助于所述外螺纹8空气弹簧可以被固定在未示出的汽车车身上。
在顶板3的底面9上布置了与顶板3的外缘11相隔(beabstandet)的环10,其具有锥形截面。
在顶板3的底面9的锥形环10的外围上,卷边气囊2在硫化区域12内固定地且密封地硫化在顶板3上。
包括空气接口7和锥形环9在内的顶板3在塑料注塑过程中由热塑性塑料(例如PA 6.6 GF)制造。在此,未指出的附着剂在硫化区域12内作为第二成份同时被涂覆。

Claims (3)

1.具有开卷活塞(1)和卷边气囊(2)的空气弹簧,所述卷边气囊(2)由橡胶或类似橡胶的材料形成,其中至少所述卷边气囊(2)的、在分配给开卷活塞(1)的开孔对面的开孔用紧固件(3)密封地被封闭,并且所述紧固件(3)具有平的连接区域(4)和朝向卷边气囊的锥体区域(10),所述平的连接区域(4)带有至少一个空气接口(7)和外缘(11),其中在外缘(11)的朝向卷边气囊的面上,所述卷边气囊(2)在沿着紧固件(3)的锥形区域(10)的硫化区域(12)内与紧固件(3)固定地硫化在一起,
其特征在于,
在卷边气囊(2)上硫化的至少一个紧固件与所有由热塑性或热固性塑料形成的接口(7)一起完整地被实施为顶板(3)。
2.按照权利要求1的空气弹簧,其特征在于,所述顶板(3)在其内部具有由金属形成的加固填充物。
3.按照权利要求1或2的空气弹簧,其特征在于,附着剂在所述顶板(3)的硫化区域(12)内作为热塑性材料被实施,所述热塑性材料作为第二成份直接在顶板(3)的生产过程中一起被涂覆。
