Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种从气流中分离灰尘的分离装置。本发明,特别地但并不仅仅涉及一种适合气旋式真空吸尘器(cyclonic vacuumcleaner)使用的分离装置。
背景技术
众周所知,具有气旋式分离装置的真空吸尘器用于分离气流中的灰尘。人们也知道这种分离装置由两个有序排列的旋流器(cyclones)组成,上游旋流器(upstream cyclones)工作效率设置的相对较低,下游旋流器(downstream cyclones)工作效率相对较高。在上游旋流器的出口位置设置一个被称为套筒的部件通过证明是非常有好处的。戴森技术有限公司制造并销售的吸尘器中已经采用了在真空吸尘器中设置该出口套筒的技术。
套筒通常由具有多个孔或通孔的挡壁构成,该孔或通孔在上游侧与上游旋流器中的分离室(separating chamber)的相通。因此,套筒的通孔形成分离室的出口。
传统分离装置所遇到的问题在于,含有灰尘空气的从套筒中吸过,可能会在套筒的内表面产生空气涡流,该涡流可能导致灰尘仍被气流重新带走或聚集在套筒的表面。
发明内容
本发明提供一种分离装置,包括分离室以及套筒,该套筒在分离室上形成出口,该套筒包括挡壁,该挡壁具有多个通孔,进一步包括至少一个在该挡壁的内表面呈放射状向内延伸的挡板(baffle),该挡板直接设置于通孔的下游。
通过设置了内部的挡板或鳍片,该档板或鳍片将气流导向套筒的中间区域,从而降低气流的冲突。将挡板直接设置在通孔的下游,因 此,在气流流出套筒时,挡板对气流起到更有效的作用。
优选地,在套筒的挡壁的内表面上设置多个挡板,挡板在挡壁内表面呈放射状向内延伸。
设置至少一个挡板,使其与分离装置的另一部件相连的元件协同工作,例如旋流器组件,从而在预定位置和/或方向装配该部件。这些特征有助于分离装置的制造过程。装配线上的操作员可以使用这些特征将组件调整到套筒的正确方向。

具体实施方式
图1a和图1b显示根据本发明的具有手柄组件的真空吸尘器,一般指定其为参考数字1。直立的真空吸尘器1具有主体2,其包含一个电机壳3,支撑轮4和灰尘分离装置5。真空吸尘器1具有吸尘器头6和手柄组件7。如实施例所示,灰尘分离装置5包括气旋组件装置(cyclonic arrangement)。
气旋式分离装置5包括一个上游旋流器8,以及一个下游旋流器组件9,该下游旋流器组件包括9a到9g多个下游旋流器。上游旋流器8主要包括圆柱形筒10(cylindrical bin),该圆柱形筒具有封闭的底11。圆柱形筒10具有进口12用以使脏空气进入到上游旋流器8的内部。根据上游管道13(upstream ducting)设计进口12的形状、安装位置及结构使之与该上游通道相通,其中管道13携带有来自吸尘器头6的含有灰尘的空气并将其输送到分离装置5。
圆柱形筒10的底11可通过铰链与圆柱形筒的剩余部分相连,使之在需要清空时能进一步到达圆柱形筒的内部。可以设置允许打开底11机构,从而能够排空尘土。
在上游旋流器8的上部设置一个套筒,套筒14具有一个穿孔部分15,使得空气从上游旋流器8的内部传送到与下游旋流器组件9相连的气流通道中。
下游旋流器组件9包括从9a到9g的7个相同的下游旋流器,7个下游旋流器沿中心纵轴等角度的排列,该纵轴与上游旋流器8的纵轴一致。从9a到9g中的每个旋流器以螺旋的方式设置有各自的进口,这样将强制进入9a到9g每个下游旋流器的气流沿着在各自的旋流器内沿着的螺旋通道流动。
下游旋流器9的最上端在内部凸出形成一个收集器16,收集器在下游旋流器组件9的表面向上延伸。收集器16的上面支撑一个手柄17,整个气旋式分离装置5通过手柄可移出气旋。手柄17的上面设置有一个挂钩18,用于将分离装置5连接于直立主体2。设置有出口19,用于将清洁后空气导出气旋式分离装置5。设置与配置出口19,使其与下游管道20协同工作,用以将清洁后空气输送到电机壳3。
使用时,通过操控手柄组件7在需要清洁的地面上移动吸尘器1。在主体2内安装有通过电动机(未示出)驱动的吸气扇(未示出),此处通过吸尘器头6将气流吸进吸尘器1中,然后将气流传送到分离装置5。在分离装置5中,将空气传送到上游旋流器8并使之沿螺旋路径流动,从而将分离出来的灰尘积在圆柱形筒10中。然后,经过初步清洁的空气通过套筒14从上游旋流器8中输出,并且在下游旋流器组件9中将细小的灰尘分离出来。然后,通过管道将清洁后的空气输送到电机,用于使其冷却,然后,在空气排出之前通过最后的过滤器(未示出)排放到大气中。
图2、3、4进一步描述了套筒14的结构。根据本发明,挡壁21 的内表面的套筒14具有从其上悬伸的鳍片或挡板22。在图2、3、4所示的实施例中,设置有22a到22f和23等多个鳍片或挡板。挡板22、23呈放射状从挡壁21内壁向里凸出,并靠近套筒14的穿孔区15。挡板22、23围绕套筒14的内表面规则排列,其位置与各自的风口24相临近。这些风口用于确定下游旋流器组件中相应旋流器下端的位置,在说明书的后面将详细描述。在该实施例中,挡板22、23与套筒14为一体成型。
从穿孔区15进入到套筒14气流具有切线速度,如图5a、5b所示。图5a所示的是现有技术中套筒中的典型气流。明显地,气流的切线速度易于在套筒14的挡壁21的内表面形成漩涡气流。这些漩涡气流然后会与从穿孔区15进来的气流相遇,从而导致气流紊乱进而在套筒内表面形成漩涡气流。这些紊乱的漩涡气流导致细小的灰尘仍存在于气流中,从而在邻近漩涡气流的挡壁区域堆积。因此,细小的灰尘易于沉积于套筒中并堵塞套筒通孔。
根据本发明的分离装置,如图5b所示,具有切线速度的气流在流出穿孔区15时受到挡板22a到22f和23的阻挡。这些鳍片或挡板用于引导气流的切线速度部分指向套筒的中心,并使之进入到与下游旋流器组件9的端部相通的中心管道。因此,气流沿一个更加螺旋的路径流动,从而降低了气流互相冲击和逆转影响的可能性。先前遇到的漩涡气流因而被减少,从而使气流更加平稳的流动到下游旋流器的进口。因此,鳍片或挡板用于减少灰尘在套筒内的沉积。
根据本发明另一方面,设置一个与22a到22f不同形状的挡板23:该挡板较短,向挡壁内部的轴向延伸也不如其它挡板长。设置了该较短的挡板23,在制造过程中有助于分离装置的装配。设置较短的挡板与旋流器组件9中的一个协同工作,从而根据套筒预定的位置和方向确定下游旋流器的安装位置。
图6、7进一步显示了下游旋流器组件9。旋流器组件9包括9a到9g七个相同的旋流器,这些旋流器沿一个中心孔26排列,形成与各个旋流器进口相通的管道一部分。9a到9g中的每一个下游旋流器都是圆锥形,位于其最底部的底端较小,而顶端较大。9a到9g中的每一个下游旋流器的纵轴都向上游旋流器8的纵轴倾斜,倾斜角度值优选 为7.5°。
在旋流器组件9中的一个下游旋流器的外壁上设置一个类似鳍片的元件27。设置元件27与套筒上的短挡板23配合工作,并抵靠该短挡板安装,这将使旋流器组件安装在套筒的一个特定方向上。如果使用者想把旋流器组件9在不同的方向装配到套筒,这使旋流器组件围绕其轴向方向旋转,鳍片元件27将会与一个大挡板22的上表面接触。因此,旋流器组件9将不位于预定的位置,取而代之的是位于较高的位置。旋流器组件9上面的边缘28与套筒14的上表面壁的存在间隙。这提示操作者旋流器组件9不能正确地与套筒适配。然后,该子组件(sub assemble)直到通过围绕旋流器的轴向方向旋转至正确方向,从而纠正旋流器组件的错误方向时,才能提、与分离装置5的其它部分相连。
当旋流器组件安装的方向正确时,旋流器组件在套筒中的位置较低。旋流器组件9的边缘28与套筒壁的上表面齐平。类似鳍片的部件27安装在套筒挡壁的内表面21的短挡板23,从而形成一个整体轮廓。其它的每一个旋流器的外壁具有一个短鳍片29a到29f,在将组件被安装在一起时,这些鳍片被各自挡板22a到22f的上表面所支撑。设置套筒当壁上表面的腿30竖直向上,用以与旋流器组件9中的座(socket)(未示出)相匹配。旋流器较低的、较窄的一端适配于套筒14上设置的相应的孔24中。
为方便正确地将旋流器组件9安装到套筒14中,在套筒上设置箭头31作为标记符号。这提示操作人员,通过使用箭头31对旋流器组件9的鳍片部件27,从而使组件自动地安装到各自相对正确的位置。
本发明有助于阻止在套筒的内部沉积灰尘。该种沉积的灰尘可能堵塞套筒上的孔或使灰尘重新进入到气流中。此外,由于用户不能接触旋流器组件和套筒上端之间的区域,因此不容易轻易地被移除。根据本发明的分离装置,将灰尘传送到下游旋流器,在此将其从气流中有效的分离出来并收集到收集室中,从而用户可以容易地将灰尘清除掉。
在不脱离本发明的范围内,本发明可以有很多变形。如挡板不必设置到靠近下游旋流器组件的进口的位置,也不必沿套筒内表面有规 则的排列。挡板的数目也不必与旋流器的数目相同。
挡板向套筒凸起的长度可以不相同,凸起也不用仅呈放射状。可以进一步成型挡板的轮廓,用以有助于将气流引导到与每个旋流器上的进口管道相通的中心区域中。
可以设置多于一个的挡板与更多的旋流器组件中的类似鳍片组件协调工作,用于确定旋流器组件装配的正确位置。当然,本发明不仅限于确定旋流器组件的位置:本发明也可以用于确定其它组件在套筒上的位置。
套筒上的挡板可以与设置在其它组件的上的槽、挂钩或其它机构协同工作,从而替代鳍片部件。
挡板可以与套筒成为一整体或单独制造。类似地,旋流器组件中的鳍片部件可以与其一体成型或者作为另外附置。
本发明描述了立式气旋式真空吸尘器,但它可以同样地适用于柱式吸尘器或任何其它包含分离装置的家用设备。其它的变化对于本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
Claims (11)
1.一种分离装置,其包括分离室、套筒和中心管道,该套筒在分离室形成出口,该套筒包括挡壁,该挡壁具有多个通孔,其特征在于所述分离装置还包括,设置在该挡壁的内表面呈放射状向内延伸的至少一个挡板,该挡板直接地设置于所述通孔的下游,其中,在使用时,所述呈放射状向内延伸的至少一个挡板朝所述中心管道引导气流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分离装置,其中,所述挡板设置为与所述分离装置的下游旋流器组件相连接的元件协同工作,用以在预定的位置定位该下游旋流器组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分离装置,其中,在所述套筒的挡壁的内表面上设置多个挡板。
4.根据权利要求2所述的分离装置,其中,所述预定位置包括预定方向。
5.根据权利要求2所述的分离装置,其中,所述下游旋流器组件包括多个相同的旋流器。
6.一种包括如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的分离装置的家用设备。
7.一种包括如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的分离装置的气旋式真空吸尘器。
8.一种制造分离装置的方法,包括以下步骤:
a)形成套筒和中心管道,所述套筒包括挡壁,该挡壁上具有多个通孔;以及
b)在该套筒的挡壁的内表面上形成呈放射状向内延伸的至少一个挡板,将该挡板直接设置于所述通孔的下游;
其中,在使用时,所述呈放射状向内延伸的至少一个挡板朝所述中心管道引导气流。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,设置所述挡板,使其与下游旋流器组件相连接的元件协同工作,该方法进一步包括,集合所述元件与挡板的步骤,用以在预定的位置定位该下游旋流器组件。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述预定位置包括预定方向。
11.根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述挡板与所述套筒是一体成型。
