Abstract

一种硅脂组合物包括占5-50重量百分比的硅油、占49.9-94.9重量百分比的导热性填充物以及占0.1-5重量百分比的偶合剂,该硅油在25℃时的粘度为50-50,000cs,该偶合剂为钛系偶合剂与铝系偶合剂中至少一种。该硅脂组合物的粘度低,其中填充物的固含量高,具有优良的热导效果。

硅脂组合物
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种硅脂组合物,特别涉及一种具有较好导热性的硅脂组合物。
【背景技术】
硅脂组合物一般由硅油及填充于硅油内的导热性填充物组成。其中,硅油的功能主要在于使发热组件与散热组件间能有效接触,换言之,除了作为热导填充物的载体外,硅油还能填充发热组件与散热组件间的空隙,降低发热组件与散热组件间的接触热阻。
硅脂组合物被广泛地应用于散热领域中,其导热性能的优质程度已成为业者使用其需要重点考虑的问题,各种不同成分的硅脂组合物也不断地发展改进,为了增加导热性能,需增加导热性填充物的固含量,但导热性填充物同时也提高了硅脂组合物的粘度,硅脂组合物粘度高则不易于填充发热组件与散热组件间的空隙,达不到更好的散热效果,故需加以改进。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有较好导热性的硅脂组合物。
该硅脂组合物包括占5-50重量百分比的硅油、占49.9-94.9重量百分比的导热性填充物以及占0.1-5重量百分比的偶合剂,该偶合剂为钛系偶合剂与铝系偶合剂中至少一种。
该硅脂组合物利用偶合剂来增加填充物在硅油中的分散性,藉以降低硅脂组合物的粘度并增加填充物的固含量,进而使硅脂组合物与发热组件及散热组件有效接触,降低发热组件与散热组件间的接触热阻,最终达到增强导热性的效果。

下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明。
本发明硅脂组合物包括硅油、导热性填充物以及偶合剂。
该硅油占该硅脂组合物总重量至少5%且至多50%,该硅油在25℃时的粘度为50-50,000cs。其主要成分为聚有机硅氧烷(organopolysiloxane)。该硅油主要功能在于使硅脂组合物与发热组件及散热组件有效接触,降低发热组件与散热组件间的接触热阻。
该导热性填充物占该硅脂组合物总重量至少49.9%且至多94.9%,该导热性填充物是平均径粒为0.5-10μm的金属粉与平均径粒为0.1-5μm的氧化物中至少一种,该金属粉可为铜粉、铝粉等,该氧化物可为氧化铝、氧化锌等。该导热性填充物作为一种导热介质在导热过程中起重要作用,其可增强硅脂组合物的导热性。
该偶合剂为钛系偶合剂与铝系偶合剂中至少一种,该钛系偶合剂包括三异硬酯酰基钛酸异丙酯(isopropyltriisostearoyl titanate),三(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)钛酸异丙酯(isopropyltris(dioctylpyrophosphate)titanate),三(N-氨乙基-氨乙基)钛酸异丙酯(isopropyltri(N-aminoethyl-aminoethyl)titanate),二(磷酸双十三酯基)钛酸四辛酯(tetraoctylbis(ditridecylphosphate)titanate),二(磷酸双十三酯基)钛酸四(2,2-二烯丙氧基甲基-1-丁基)酯(tetra(2,2-diallyloxymethyl-1-butyl)-bis(ditridecyl)-phosphite titanate),二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)氧代醋酸钛(bis(dioctylpyrophosphate)oxyacetate titanate),二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)钛酸乙烯酯(bis(dioctylpyrophosphate)ethylene titanate),三辛酰基钛酸异丙酯(isopropyltrioctanoyl titanate),异二异丁烯酰基异硬酯酰基钛酸异丙酯(isopropyldimethacrylisostearoyl titanate),三(十二烷基苯酰氧基)钛酸异丙酯(isopropyltridodecylbenzenesulphonyl titanate),二丙烯酰氧基异硬酯基钛酸异丙酯(isopropylisostearoyldiacryl titanate),三(二辛基磷酰氧基)钛酸异丙酯(isopropyltri(dloctylphosphate)titanate),三对异丙基苯甲基钛酸异丙酯(isopropyltricumylphenyl titanate),与二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)钛酸四异丙酯(tetraisopropylbis(dioctylphosphite)titanate)中的至少一种,该铝系偶合剂为烷基乙酰醋酸基二异丙醇铝(alkylacetoacetate aluminum di-isopropylate)。导热性填充物虽可增强硅脂组合物的导热性,但同时也提高了硅脂组合物的粘度,硅脂组合物粘度高则不易于填充发热组件与散热组件间的空隙,该偶合剂可增加填充物在硅油中的分散性,从而降低硅脂组合物的粘度并增加填充物的固含量,进而使硅脂组合物与发热组件及散热组件有效接触,发热组件与散热组件间的接触热阻,最终达到增强导热性的效果。
下面结合具体的实验数据说明本发明硅脂组合物与现有技术中硅脂组合物相比具有较小的热阻值。

由上表可以看出,本发明硅脂组合物与现有技术中硅脂组合物相比具有较小的热阻值。

Claims (7)

1.一种硅脂组合物,包括占5-50重量百分比的硅油、占49.9-94.9重量百分比的导热性填充物以及占0.1-5重量百分比的偶合剂,该偶合剂为钛系偶合剂与铝系偶合剂中至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的硅脂组合物,其特征在于:该硅油在25℃时的粘度为50-50,000cs。
3.如权利要求2所述的硅脂组合物,其特征在于:该填充物为金属粉与氧化物中至少一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的硅脂组合物,其特征在于:该金属粉的平均粒径为0.5-10μm。
5.如权利要求3所述的硅脂组合物,其特征在于:该氧化物的平均粒径为0.1-5μm。
6.如权利要求1至5项中任何一项所述的硅脂组合物,其特征在于:该钛系偶合剂包括三异硬酯酰基钛酸异丙酯,三(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)钛酸异丙酯,三(N-氨乙基-氨乙基)钛酸异丙酯,二(磷酸双十三酯基)钛酸四辛酯,二(磷酸双十三酯基)钛酸四(2,2-二烯丙氧基甲基-1-丁基)酯,二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)氧代醋酸钛,二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)钛酸乙烯酯,三辛酰基钛酸异丙酯,二异丁烯酰基异硬酯酰基钛酸异丙酯,三(十二烷基苯酰氧基)钛酸异丙酯,二丙烯酰氧基异硬酯基钛酸异丙酯,三(二辛基磷酰氧基)钛酸异丙酯,三对异丙基苯甲基钛酸异丙酯,与二(二辛基焦磷酰氧基)钛酸四异丙酯中至少一种。
7.如权利要求1至5项中任何一项所述的硅脂组合物,其特征在于:该铝系偶合剂为烷基乙酰醋酸基二异丙醇铝。
