Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有吸附座的仪器底座。这种仪器底座例如在汽车上广泛用于临时支承通常称为PDA(个人数字助理)的微型计算机、移动式导航仪和移动电话。
背景技术
由申请人(DE 203 13 215 U1、DE 20 2004 020 393 U1)的早期研究中已经公开了利用井式立柱构成的这种仪器架,该立柱将吸附座与活节机构连接,通过该机构连接用于安装仪器架的装配板或者直接连接仪器架。这种井式立柱由于设置的高刚性并因此仪器底座的抗震性而具有优点。在此方面,井式立柱还容纳吸附座的操作机构,其中仅控制手柄从立柱探出。
在这种公开的设置中,井式立柱作为整体部件构成并与吸附座的连接件通过螺丝连接。井式立柱的底座在此紧贴在显著径向突出立柱底座的吸附座外壳的盖板上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,进一步改进这种结构的设计并在此方面以特殊的方式考虑将吸附座安装在挡风玻璃上,所述挡风玻璃作为完全光滑的平面用作最适合的安装位置,但在现代化的汽车上却又是非常倾斜的。
该目的依据本发明通过按权利要求1所述的设置得以实现。本发明具有优点的构成为从属权利要求的内容。
依据本发明,井式立柱由两个待相互连接的半壳构成,它们利用其下部边缘区域环绕嵌接吸附座外壳的底座边缘。
这样带来一系列优点:通过立柱半壳的下部边缘环绕嵌接吸附座外壳的底座边缘,而不是像传统结构中那样在上部贴靠在外壳上,由此提高了整个设置的稳定性以及给人一种更加封闭的外观。通过立柱由两个相互夹紧的半壳组成的结构,立柱可以形成一种香蕉状弯曲的形状,从而可以使仪器架更有利地设置在非常倾斜的挡风玻璃上。此外,包括待从上面安装在立柱上的活节机构在内的整个仪器底座的安装也更加简单和合理。

具体实施方式
图中所示的仪器底座由井式立柱1组成,它分布一在下部设置的具有操作机构3的吸附座2与一在上部设置在立柱上的具有装配板5的活节机构4之间。在装配板上安装仪器底座6,用于容纳微型计算机、导航仪或者移动电话并借助于活节机构4可以在所希望的任意位置上定位并固定在该位置上。
图3的分体图可以看出各部件的细节。
井式和香蕉状弯曲的立柱1由两个互补的半壳11和12组成。吸附座2包括吸附座外壳21以及从中向上延伸并因此整体构成的套筒22;吸附膜片23;以及操作机构3,该操作机构包括图1中可看到的与吸附膜片23中心区连接的杆31和与杆31借助于活节销活节连接的控制手柄32,该活节销穿过杆和套筒22的径向相对间隙延伸到控制手柄32的叉形末端内,该叉形末端利用偏心凸轮支承在吸附座外壳上。通过控制手柄在上下位置之间的回转,吸附膜片23可通过杆31在松开位置与工作位置之间移动。正如从图1同样可看到的那样,在套筒22内设置一个同样属于操作机构3的压簧33,它压在杆31的上端上并将其向下预张紧在吸附膜片23的松开位置内。
两个半壳11和12的装配组件13利用向下的轴颈14固定在套筒22的上端部内。装配组件13此外具有螺纹套管15,可从两个轴向端旋入夹紧螺栓16,该螺栓穿过两个半壳11、12的各一个延伸并如该实施例中所示具有例如滚花帽方式的转动手柄。取代滚花帽例如也可以具有如翼形螺栓上所公知的翼形帽。比外,装配组件13具有如图所示的圆盘形状,其中,圆盘圆周形成两个半壳11、12内壁的接触面。装配组件13因此共同与夹紧螺丝16同时用于安装井式立柱1彼此两个半壳11、12并用于将立柱1与吸附座2连接。为后一目的装配组件13的轴颈14可以粘贴、焊接、压入、防转动卡入吸附座2的套筒22内或者按照其他方式固定在里面。
如从图3可看到的那样,立柱1的半壳11、12在其彼此靠近的边缘上构成有互补的形锁合轮廓,从而它们在安装时彼此嵌接并形锁合地覆盖在其边缘上。两个半壳11、12的下部边缘在安装立柱1时环绕吸附座外壳21的下部边缘嵌接,其中这样进行设置,使这种环绕嵌接易于夹紧进行,从而保证立柱半壳下部边缘在吸附座上的固定配合,而且此外最好这样进行设置,使吸附座外壳的下部边缘向下超出半壳的环绕嵌接的边缘,从而在使用时将吸附座装入其吸附位置内时,立柱1利用其半壳的下部边缘直接贴靠在吸附膜片上并由此立柱通过吸附膜片直接支承在吸附座所固定吸附的保持面上,并因此保证特别稳定和防震地支承相应的仪器。
如进一步从图3和其他附图可看到的那样,立柱的两个半壳11、12的上部端区这样构成为使其本身之间容纳活节机构4的活节件41。在该实施例中,活节机构4作为双铰接活节由两个相互连接的可环绕彼此正交轴转动的单铰接活节构成。半壳11、12的上部端区因此具有各一个嵌入活节件41的轴套42内的轴颈17。此外,每个半壳11、12的端区环绕各自的轴颈17具有径向成型的齿圈18,它与活节件的轴套42各自端面上的互补齿圈形成一个棘轮机构。立柱1半壳11、12的上部端区因此与活节件41的轴套42形成铰接活节,所述铰接活节可环绕轴颈17的几何轴线转动并在其各自的转动位置上借助于互补的齿圈固定。在两个半壳的夹紧螺丝16固定夹紧的情况下产生这种铰接活节的固定。通过一定程度旋松夹紧螺丝16可以彼此松开半壳11、12的夹紧,从而活节件41可相对于立柱回转,其中,相互共同作用的互补齿圈18、43棘轮式上下重叠滑动,并在达到活节件所希望的回转位置后,铰接活节通过拧紧夹紧螺丝16重新固定。
与此正交的另一铰接活节通过在活节元件41上形成的、隔开的并具有对齐的各孔的连接板44和通过嵌接在该连接板之间的设置在装配板5上并同样具有对齐的孔的互补连接板51以及穿过定心孔并同时形成铰接轴颈的夹紧螺丝45形成。在拧紧夹紧螺丝45时,该第二铰接活节交错连接的连接板44、51被压紧在一起并由此该铰接活节在其各自的转动位置上固定。通过稍微松开夹紧螺丝45连接板44、51可以彼此相对转动。
不言而喻,活节机构4在所示的实施方式中作为双铰接活节的构成仅是一种可能的实施例,而活节机构4也可以其他方式构成,特别是作为球面活节机构构成。作为活节机构的活节件构成的半壳11、12的上部端区然后可以各自作为球形推力轴承构成,从而它们在本身之间可以夹紧容纳一个作为活节球体构成的活节元件。这种球形活节机构在各自所选择位置上的固定和为进行调整而松开活节机构然后可以相同方式通过夹紧或松开夹紧螺丝16完成。具有活节球体的活节元件然后可以直接与装配板5连接。作为球形活节机构构成的活节机构4也可以作为具有关节式活节元件的双球体活节由两个通过杆连接的活节球体构成,其中一个活节球体夹紧在半壳11、12作为球形推力轴承构成的上部端区之间,而另一个活节球体可以容纳在分配给装配板5的轴套件内。因此仪器位置可以特别广泛地进行调整。
正如从附图还可看到的那样,吸附座2的操作机构3包括控制手柄32在内完全处于由井式立柱1环绕的空腔内。立柱1在控制手柄32的区域内具有空隙,它通过图3中可看到的两个半壳11、12每个上的切口19形成。图1和2中也非常清楚地整体示出该空隙,通过该空隙可接触控制手柄32。
仪器架6借助于一个快速离合机构(未示出)可松开地与装配板5连接。这一点可以根据选择在装配板上很容易地安装和松开与各自仪器相配合的仪器架。但仪器架也可以例如通过螺丝连接与装配板固定连接,或者可以完全取消装配板并在具有连接板51的实施例中那样仪器架直接具有活节机构4的活节元件。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于微型计算机、导航仪和移动电话的仪器底座,包括吸附座(2);与吸附座连接的、其内部空间也容纳用于吸附座(2)的操作机构(3)的井式立柱(1);以及与立柱(1)的自由端连接的活节机构(4),通过该活节机构用于安装仪器架(6)的装配板(5)或者仪器架与立柱(1)直接活节连接,其特征在于,立柱(1)由两个互补的半壳(11、12)组成,所述半壳利用其吸附座侧的边缘环绕嵌接吸附座(2)并利用其相反的端区形成活节机构(4)的活节件(17),并且将活节机构(4)的活节件(42)夹紧嵌接在它们之间。
2.按权利要求1所述的仪器底座,其中,两个半壳(11、12)在其彼此靠近的边缘上相互覆盖或者彼此嵌接的边缘区形锁合地相互连接。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的仪器底座,其中,两个半壳(11、12)利用其吸附座侧的边缘环绕嵌接吸附座外壳(1)的靠近吸附膜片(23)的边缘。
4.按权利要求1-3之一所述的仪器底座,其中,两个半壳(11、12)借助于至少一个夹紧螺丝(16)可彼此相对夹紧。
5.按权利要求4所述的仪器底座,其中,两个半壳(11、12)借助于各一个夹紧螺丝(16)可夹紧在设置在立柱(1)内部并与吸附座(2)连接的装配组件(13)上。
6.按权利要求1-5之一所述的仪器底座,其中,吸附座(2)的操作机构(3)具有通过立柱(1)的空隙可接触的控制手柄(32),该空隙通过每个半壳(11、12)内相对置的切口(19)形成。
7.按权利要求1-6之一所述的仪器底座,其中,立柱(1)具有在两个半壳(11、12)之间的分界面上香蕉状弯曲的造型。
8.按权利要求1-7之一所述的仪器底座,其中,半壳(11、12)远离吸附座的端区利用由径向齿圈(18)构成,它们与设置在其间的活节件(42)的互补齿圈(43)共同作用。
