一种用于储运罐车的加热底阀，属化工介质运输技术和阀门结构技术领域。解决常温下结晶的化学品，能方便卸料的问题。其特点是包含与阀体主法兰相连的放料阀体，其结构是：在紧挨主法兰下的放料阀体的中心，均匀围绕螺旋状通管，与放料阀顶端四周围绕的封闭隔层，由管连通，在隔层处接进气管，由螺旋状通管末端引出放气管。实施本发明后的积极后果是：当结晶了的化学品要卸料时，把蒸汽从进气口导入，经蒸汽内腔加热阀座等阀内零件，使结晶溶化，从而能顺利打开阀门卸料，多余蒸汽从蒸汽出口连通回路。并常温下高粘度油品等同类化学品的罐车运输创造了条件。

                         背景技术
随着我国化学工业的发展，化工介质的运输量大面广，各种化学品的罐车运输量越来越大，其中包括大量常温下结晶化学品的罐车运输。常温下结晶化学品的一个特性是在某一温度(约180℃)以下时就有结晶析出，逐步由液态变为结晶凝结。当其在罐车中充装运输时，罐体有保温层保护保证化学品处于液态，而安装于罐车底部的卸料内置式底阀由于与外露的卸料管道连接而无法保温，其阀体的外露部分处于常温下，且由于车辆运动散热快，所以其阀座处的物料就结晶凝结。当罐车到达目的地需要卸料时，就打不开底阀或者结晶的化学品拥堵在打开的阀口无法放料，往往要采取措施，费时费力且不安全。
                         发明内容
本发明是要提供储运常温下结晶的化学品，能方便卸料的一种用于储运罐车的加热底阀。
本发明采取的技术方案：一种用于储运罐车的加热底阀，包含与阀体主法兰相连的放料阀体，其方案是：在紧挨主法兰下的放料阀体的中心，均匀围绕螺旋状通管，与放料阀顶端四周围绕的封闭隔层，由管连通，在隔层处接进气管，由螺旋状通管末端引出放气管。
实施本发明后的积极后果是：当结晶了的化学品要卸料时，把蒸汽从进口导入，经蒸汽内腔加热阀座等阀内另件，使结晶溶化，从而能顺利打开阀门卸料。多余蒸汽从蒸汽出口连通回路。并常温下高粘度油品等同类化学品的罐车运输创造了条件。
