本发明涉及一种防滑手套涂层生产方法。
背景技术:
现有的防滑手套生产中,其防滑涂层通过喷胶等方式生产,工具相对复杂,且工作效率低,产品质量难于控制。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种工作效率高、加工方便的防滑手套的网状防滑涂层加工方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种防滑手套的网状防滑涂层加工方法,其特征是:依次包括下列步骤:
(1)模具准备:将丝网绷于外框中,在丝网一侧表面上胶,形成胶板,再在胶板上制出与手套外形配合的网状漏空部位,制得模具;
(2)刮胶:模具的胶板面向上,需上胶的手套放于模具下方,将防滑胶放在胶板上,用刮刀刮防滑胶,防滑胶通过胶板的网状漏空部位流到手套表面,形成网状防滑涂层。
多个模具间隔装于一个转盘的外缘。胶板的厚度为0.8~1.2厘米。
本发明工作效率高、加工方便,形成的防滑涂层均匀,质量好。

具体实施方式:
一种防滑手套的网状防滑涂层加工方法,依次包括下列步骤:
(1)模具准备:将丝网1绷于外框2中,在丝网1一侧表面上胶,胶采用SAATIChem牌感光胶(或其他感光胶)形成胶板3,胶板3的厚度为0.8~1.2厘米。再在胶板3上通过常规感光冲洗方法制出与手套外形配合的网状漏空部位5,制得模具4;
本步骤也可采用普通PVC胶等胶制成胶板,再在胶板上通过刀刻、刮等方法制出与手套外形配合的网状漏空部位,制得模具;
(2)刮胶:多个模具4间隔装于一个转盘6的外缘,模具的胶板面向上,需上胶的手套放于模具下方,将防滑胶放在胶板上,用刮刀刮防滑胶(PVC胶或其他常规防滑胶),防滑胶通过胶板的网状漏空部位流到手套表面,形成网状防滑涂层。

1、一种防滑手套的网状防滑涂层加工方法,其特征是:依次包括下列步骤:
(1)模具准备:将丝网绷于外框中,在丝网一侧表面上胶,形成胶板,再在胶板上制出与手套外形配合的网状漏空部位,制得模具;
(2)刮胶:模具的胶板面向上,需上胶的手套放于模具下方,将防滑胶放在胶板上,用刮刀刮防滑胶,防滑胶通过胶板的网状漏空部位流到手套表面,形成网状防滑涂层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防滑手套的网状防滑涂层加工方法,其特征是:多个模具间隔装于一个转盘的外缘。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的防滑手套的网状防滑涂层加工方法,其特征是:胶板的厚度为0.8~1.2厘米。
