Abstract

本发明涉及一种线缆连接器。包括一插接部及一线缆本体;其中插接部具有复数个传输端子,线缆本体则包括:复数个传输通道分别电性连接每一传输端子、复数个接地导线布设于每一传输通道间、以及一第一导电遮蔽单元黏合包覆每一传输信道及接地导线,其中所述传输信道及接地导线介于第一导电遮蔽单元及传输端子具有一未被包覆之区域,在区域中至少一传输信道之成对讯号彼此绞绕,以微调相互间的阻抗值,再以一第二导电遮蔽单元黏合覆盖该区域,使每一传输通道间不会相互干扰,以确保线缆本体内之每一传输通道的阻抗匹配。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线缆连接器,特别是一种适用于低电压差动信号之高频信号传输的线缆连接器。
现有技术
按一般电讯线缆于传输电讯电流时,由于信号发射端与接收端不会拥有相同的电位,使两端的设备存在一电位差而形成噪声电压,该噪声电压会朝向信号线绝缘层之外排挤,即直接穿透绝缘层外侧,与周遭电路的信号产生电磁互感之干扰作用,如此将会影响整体线路之传输信号质量,即所谓的电磁波干扰(EMI,Eelctromagnetic interference),因此如何排除电磁波干扰成为现今电讯线缆维持传输质量所必需要面临的课题。
目前降低设备EMI普遍采用的一种方法是使用差动传输方式,其中低电压差动信号(Low Voltage DifferentialSignaling,LVDS)的传输方式,由于具有低电源电压需求的优势,因此可产生相对更快速、稳定的信号。
近年来,为了满足不断提高的数据传输频率,在设备中,通常使用扁平状电缆进行两板端间的信号传送,遮蔽扁平状电缆的方式主要包括金属铝箔及金属编制物方法,如此即为信号电流提供低电感的对地返回通路,藉以减少噪声对信号的干扰。
一般扁平状线缆具有复数组传输信号对,为避免因弯折造成裁切错位或长短不一之情形,进而影响传输质量,该数组传输信号对系由两片双面各具有导电层及黏着性胶料之带体对向贴合定位所述传输信号对,如申请人申请案号为094106716之前案所揭露之第二遮蔽单元;惟将该扁平式线缆与插接端制造加工过程中,仍会因碰触致使每一信号传输对的阻抗匹配产生偏差,故若直接调整黏着性带体之相对位置,会使信号传输对间因相互干扰产生牵一发而动全身般的误差。
因此,如何解决上述之技术弊端,而提供一种更具竞争效益之[线缆连接器],即为本案发明人之研发动机所在。
发明内容
本发明系提供一种线缆连接器,其主要目的系为了避免线缆本体内之每一传输信道间于制造加工过程中,因碰触致使相互干扰所产生的阻抗匹配误差。
为了达到上述之目的,本发明主要系将一第一导电遮蔽单元黏合包覆复数个传输信道及接地导线时,皆预留一未包覆之区域,且在该区域中至少一传输信道之成对信号线间彼此绞绕,藉以微调每一传输信道之信号线间的阻抗匹配至最佳化,之后再以一第二导电遮蔽单元黏合覆盖该区域,使每一传输通道间不会因调整而相互干扰影响,以确保线缆本体内之每一传输通道的阻抗匹配。

具体实施方式
为使审查员能了解本发明之技术内容及所能达成之功效,现结合附图和实施例做详细说明:
请参阅图1所示,为本发明试举实施例,其主要包括:一插接部1及一线缆本体2所组成,线缆本体2包括:复数传输通道3(transmission channel)、复数条接地导线4布设于每一传输通道3间、一第一导电遮蔽单元5黏合包覆每一传输信道3及接地导线4;且该插接部1具有复数个传输端子11,即所述传输端子11分别配列于插接部内,藉以电性连接每一传输通道3。
请参阅图2所示,为本发明第1图于插接部与线缆本体间连接之局部放大图,其中每一传输通道3皆包含有成对之信号线31、32,以提供信号传输端子11所连接之电路设备的电流往返路径,形成传输差动非归零编码信号之传输对(transmission pair),其中为了避免线缆本体2内之每一传输通道3间的阻抗匹配于制造加工过程中,因碰触致使相互干扰所产生之误差,该第一导电遮蔽单元5并未完全包覆遮蔽接地导线4及传输信道3,即每一传输信道3与接地导线4介于该第一导电遮蔽单元5及传输端子11间具有一未被包覆之区域6,如此即可各自微调每一传输信道3之信号线31、32间的阻抗值后,再以一第二导电遮蔽单元7包覆遮蔽该区域。
请参阅图3所示,系为线缆本体未被第一导电遮蔽单元5遮蔽面之剖面示意图,其中每一信号线31、32各于其导电层33外部相对第二导电遮蔽单元7披覆有一绝缘层34,藉以有效隔离传输信号与电压噪声,且该第一导电遮蔽单元7系为两金属不织布71、72,其对应内层等缘设有导电胶黏层73,用以黏合包覆每一信号线31、32外部之绝缘层34及接地导线4,且该接地导线4为裸露导线,藉以增加接地效果。
请对照参阅图2、3所示,本发明于制作时,系先将所述传输信道3之信号线31、32及接地导线4依序黏附于第一导电遮蔽单元5内,且该第一导电遮蔽单元5黏附每一传输信道3及接地导线4时,皆预留一未包覆之区域6,以将其一金属不织布71之导电胶黏层73贴合该第一导电遮蔽单元5,使所述复数通道3由被第一导电遮蔽单元5引出后,分别规则排列于两金属不织布71、72间,且在该区域6中至少一传输信道3之成对信号线31、32间可彼此绞绕,藉以依需求各自微调每一传输信道3之信号线间的阻抗值,俟调整至最佳化后,再以另一金属不织布72之导电胶黏层73与金属不织布对向贴合包覆所述信号线31、32未被包覆之区域6及接地导线4。
其中所述传输信道3的成对信号线31、32之导电层33系依序电性连接该插接端1之每一传输端子11,并以一金属壳体8设置于插接部11上邻接该未被包覆的区域6,藉以遮蔽所述传输端子11以及所述信号线之导电层33,其中藉由该第二导电遮蔽单元7对向贴合传输信道3与接地导线4介于第一导电遮蔽单元5与金属壳体8间之区域6,使每一传输通道3间不会因调整而相互干扰影响,以确保线缆本体2内之每一传输通道3的阻抗匹配。
每一传输信道3之信号线31、32介于第一导电遮蔽单元5间的绝缘层53外系可各包覆第三导电遮蔽单元9(如图3所示),其中所述之第三导电遮蔽单元9为单面导电之金属铝箔麦拉或其它具挠性之金属薄箔,且该第三导电遮蔽单元9非导电面具有绝缘胶黏层91,藉以黏合定位该信号线31、32之绝缘层34,例如:该绝缘胶黏层系可为热塑性胶料,俾将该热塑性胶料布设于该铝箔麦拉之非导电面,形成具有自黏胶带之铝箔麦拉后,再将以该绝缘胶黏层为内侧面,利用螺旋缠绕或包合的方式将信号线紧密束缚,且于缠绕后立即加热将热熔胶融化,使信号线之绝缘层与该热塑性胶料黏合成一体。
以上所述者,仅为本发明试举较佳实施例,并非用以限定本发明实施范围,即凡依本发明申请专利范围所作之均等变化与润饰,在不脱离本发明之精神和范围下,皆仍应属本发明所涵盖之专利范围内,合予陈明。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器,包括:
一插接部,具有复数个传输端子;
复数个传输通道,分别与所述传输端子电性连接,且所述传输通道皆包含成对之信号线;
复数条接地导线,布设于每一传输通道间;
一第一导电遮蔽单元,黏合包覆每一传输通道及接地导线之一部分,其特征是:所述传输通道及接地导线介于该第一导电遮蔽单元及传输端子间具有一未被第一导电遮蔽单元包覆之区域,且在该区域中至少一传输通道之成对信号线彼此绞绕;及
一第二导电遮蔽单元,黏合覆盖该区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,所述第一导电遮蔽单元为导电胶布。
3.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,所述第二导电遮蔽单元由具有导电黏胶层之金属不织布对向贴合而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,还包括一金属壳体,其设置于插接部上该区域,且该金属壳体遮蔽所述传输端子。
5.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,每一信号线皆具有外部绝缘层。
6.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,每一接地导线为裸露导线。
7.如权利要求4所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,所述第二导电遮蔽单元黏合包覆于第一导电遮蔽单元与金属壳体间之所述区域。
8.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,还包括复数个第三导电遮蔽单元,其分别黏合包覆位于第一导电遮蔽单元内之每一传输通道。
9.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于:所述第三导电遮蔽单元为单面导电,且于另一面相对于传输通道布设有绝缘黏胶层。
10.如权利要求8所述的线缆连接器,其特征在于,所述第三导电遮蔽单元为金属铝箔麦拉。
