Abstract
本发明公开了一种手机防盗的方法,其包括以下步骤:A.预先设置手机的防盗功能,包括设置报警号码和报警消息;B.开机后,启用手机的防盗功能,检测用户是否合法,若不合法,则自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码;C.远程备份存储在被盗手机中的用户信息。本发明的手机防盗的方法在手机丢失之后还能保证用户信息的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种手机防盗的方法。
背景技术
目前手机偷盗现象已成为严重的社会问题。手机被盗,不仅造成手机本身的财物损失,而且可能被盗打电话,导致电话费的损失;同时因为手机内存储有用户信息,犯罪分子很可能会利用这些信息进行犯罪活动。目前手机防盗多采用密码的方式,如通过开机密码防盗,即由手机用户预先设定开机密码,手机必须先输入开机密码才能够开机。当然目前还有其他的一些防盗方法,如在手机中预先设置用于报警的信息,手机在登录移动网络后对当前用户进行合法性检测,判断是否是一个合法用户,如果是则进入正常工作状态,否则,手机就发送报警消息到预设的号码中。
例如:公开日为2005年11月9日,公告号为CN1694548的中国专利文献公开的一种手机防盗的方法,该方法采用手机在丢失后自动拨打防盗电话或发送短信到用户事先设定的防盗电话上;手机接收并解码执行用户使用防盗电话发送的控制命令,实现对手机的锁定。但是其除了进行报警外,无法进行手机上用户信息的保护,失主原来手机上的用户信息也还是会被非法用户继续盗取。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种在手机丢失之后还能保证用户信息的安全性的手机防盗的方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种手机防盗的方法,其包括以下步骤:
A、预先设置手机的防盗功能,包括设置报警号码和报警消息;
B、开机后,启用手机的防盗功能,检测用户是否合法,若不合法,则自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码;
C、远程备份存储在被盗手机中的用户信息。
所述步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制或被盗手机自动将存储在被盗手机中的用户信息备份到网络上,或另一预设的手机中。
所述步骤A还包括设置身份验证信息,所述步骤B进一步包括以下步骤:
B1、开机后,防盗功能开启;
B2、检测用户的身份验证信息是否正确,若正确,则启动正常通讯功能,若不正确,则执行步骤B3;或通过手机自动读取手机卡的信息,判断手机卡是否合法,若合法,则启动正常通讯功能,若不合法,则执行步骤B3;
B3、自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码。
当所述步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制存储在被盗手机中的用户信息的回传时,所述步骤C进一步包括以下步骤:
C1、报警号码的用户收到所述报警消息后,向手机发送携带身份验证信息的控制短信或网络命令包;
C2、手机接收到所述短信或网络命令包后,手机检测所述身份验证信息是否正确,若正确,则根据控制短信或网络命令包的命令执行操作。
所述步骤A进一步包括以下步骤:
A11、打开防盗设置功能;
A21、设置防盗相关参数,包括设置报警号码和报警消息;
A31、将防盗相关参数保存到单独的存储区中。
在所述步骤A11之前还包括步骤A10,生成用于加密防盗相关参数的密钥,所述步骤A31是将防盗相关参数通过步骤A10所生成的密钥来对防盗相关参数进行加密保存到单独的存储区中;在所述步骤B中,在开机后,启用手机的防盗功能之前还包括步骤B210:判断手机机身是否合法。
所述步骤A10进一步包括以下步骤:
A101、初始化;
A102、对MD5验证码后的数据作MD5输出并赋值;
A103、获取手机机身号;
A104、对手机机身号作MD5输出;
A105、取手机机身号的MD5码前64位作第一层DES加密的密钥;
A106、取手机机身号的MD5码后64位作第二层DES加密的密钥;
A107、将所述两层加密的数据写入单独的存储区中。
所述步骤B210进一步包括以下步骤:
B211、从单独的存储区读数据,若失败,则关机结束,若成功,则执行步骤B212;
B212、获取手机机身号;
B213、对手机机身号作MD5输出;
B214、取MD5码的后64位作第二层解密;
B215、取MD5码的前64位作第一层解密;
B216、判断结构长度是否一致,若不一致,则关机结束,若一致,则执行步骤B217;
B217、对MD5验证码后的数据作MD5输出;
B218、比较MD5输出码和MD5验证码,若不同,则执行步骤B3,若相同,则返回验证通过,启动正常通讯功能。
当所述步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制存储在被盗手机中的用户信息的回传时,所述步骤C进一步包括以下步骤:
C11、启动防盗程序,其进一步包括以下步骤:
C111、报警号码的用户向手机发送调用防盗程序的信息;
C112、手机接收到所述信息后,判断此信息是调用防盗程序的信息,且是由报警号码发送的,则开始调用防盗程序;
C21、防盗程序把用户信息传送到防盗服务器;
C31、根据身份信息下载用户信息到手机,备份手机的用户信息。
步骤C31所述的身份信息为手机机身号,所述步骤C21进一步包括以下步骤:
C211、防盗程序拨号并且连接到防盗服务器后,调用底层提供的获取手机机身号的接口,然后把手机机身号发送到防盗服务器;
C212、防盗服务器接收到手机机身号后,判断是否存在以手机机身号命名的文件夹,若不存在,则创建以手机机身号命名的文件夹,然后执行步骤C213,若存在,则直接执行步骤C213;
C213、防盗服务器给手机回传信息,手机收到防盗服务器的回传信息以后,防盗程序把要上传的用户信息压缩;
C214、压缩完成后,防盗程序把用户信息发送给防盗服务器,防盗服务器将用户信息存储在以手机机身号命名的文件夹中。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明的手机防盗的方法检测到用户的身份验证信息不正确时自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码,并远程备份存储在被盗手机中的用户信息,因此在手机丢失之后还能保证用户信息的安全性;另外,由于本发明将防盗相关参数保存到单独的存储区中,因此能防止手机被盗后,盗贼以升级、刷机的方法对防盗相关参数进行破坏;由于本发明的防盗相关参数通过利用手机机身号产生的两层加密的密钥来对防盗相关参数进行加密保存到单独的存储区中,因此能防止以非法手段修改防盗相关参数。

A、预先设置手机的防盗功能,包括设置报警号码和报警消息等;
B、开机后,启用手机的防盗功能,检测用户是否合法,若不合法,则自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码;
C、远程备份存储在被盗手机中的用户信息,包括以下情况:所述步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制或被盗手机自动将存储在被盗手机中的用户信息备份到网络上,或另一预设的手机中。
请参阅图2,本发明第一实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤A进一步包括以下步骤:
A1、打开防盗设置功能;
A2、设置防盗相关参数,包括设置身份验证信息、报警号码和报警消息等;
A3、保存设置。
请参阅图3,本发明第一实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤B进一步包括以下步骤:
B1、开机后,防盗功能开启,此时手机自动隐藏防盗设置功能,当然也可以不隐藏防盗设置功能;
B2、检测用户的身份验证信息是否正确,若正确,则启动正常通讯功能,若不正确,则执行步骤B3;或通过手机自动读取手机卡的信息,判断手机卡是否合法,若合法,则启动正常通讯功能,若不合法,则执行步骤B3;
B3、自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码;该报警消息不会在手机的已发短信中显示,同时不会收到短信已发送信息。
请参阅图4,当步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制存储在被盗手机中的用户信息的回传时,本发明第一实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤C进一步包括以下步骤:
C1、报警号码的用户收到所述报警消息后,向手机发送携带身份验证信息的控制短信或网络命令包;
C2、手机接收到所述短信或网络命令包后,手机检测所述身份验证信息是否正确,若正确,则根据控制短信或网络命令包的命令执行操作;所述操作包括手机中的用户信息的回传和销毁等,以达到手机中的用户信息保护的作用,或销毁手机中的所有用户信息,让手机无法开机从而丧失使用功能。
请参阅图5,本发明第二实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤A进一步包括以下步骤:
A11、打开防盗设置功能;
A21、设置防盗相关参数,包括设置身份验证信息、报警号码和报警消息等,也可以不设置身份验证信息;
A31、将防盗相关参数保存到单独的存储区中,从而避免了手机在格式化磁盘后防盗相关参数丢失,防盗功能失去作用。所述单独的存储区可为EEPROM(Electrically-Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,可擦可编程只读存储器)或手机内置存储器中分隔出来的独立只读存储区。
请参阅图6,本发明第二实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤A11之前还包括步骤A10,生成用于加密防盗相关参数的密钥,其进一步包括以下步骤:
A101、初始化;
A102、对MD5验证码后的数据作MD5输出并赋值;
A103、获取手机机身号(CDMA手机机身号简称ESN号,GSM手机机身号简称IMEI号);
A104、对手机机身号作MD5输出;
A105、取手机机身号的MD5码前64位作第一层DES加密的密钥;
A106、取手机机身号的MD5码后64位作第二层DES加密的密钥;
A107、将所述两层加密的数据写入单独的存储区中。
步骤A31是将防盗相关参数通过步骤A10所生成的两层加密的密钥来对防盗相关参数进行加密保存到单独的存储区中。
请参阅图7,若步骤A21设置身份验证信息,则本发明第二实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤B进一步包括以下步骤:
B11、开机后,检测是否启用防盗功能,若否,则进入正常开机流程,若是,则提示输入身份验证信息,然后执行步骤B12;
B12、检验身份验证信息是否正确,若正确,则进入防盗模式,可以正常使用手机,也可以接收指令短信并执行,若错误,则进入被盗模式;
B13、自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码,且不被盗贼察觉,被盗模式为只有拨号盘可以使用,可以接收指令短信并执行,盗贼也不会察觉,其它应用都不能使用,用户指令包括销毁手机资料,锁定卡,锁定手机,关机,呼叫转移,上传资料,转发新短信,取消转发新短信等。
请参阅图8,若步骤A21不设置身份验证信息,则本发明第二实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤B进一步包括以下步骤:
B21、开机后,防盗功能开启,此时手机自动隐藏防盗设置功能,当然也可以不隐藏防盗设置功能;
B22、手机自动读取手机卡的信息,判断手机卡是否合法,若合法,则启动正常通讯功能,若不合法,则执行步骤B23;
B23、自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码,且不被盗贼察觉,被盗模式为只有拨号盘可以使用,可以接收用户指令短信并执行,盗贼也不会察觉,其它应用都不能使用,用户指令包括销毁手机资料,锁定卡,锁定手机,关机,呼叫转移,上传资料,转发新短信,取消转发新短信等。
请参阅图9,本发明第二实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤B,在开机后,启用手机的防盗功能之前还包括步骤B210,判断手机机身是否合法,即判断手机机身的手机机身号是否与单独的存储区中存储的手机机身号相同,其进一步包括以下步骤:
B211、从单独的存储区读数据,若失败,则关机结束,若成功,则执行步骤B212;
B212、获取手机机身号;
B213、对手机机身号作MD5输出;
B214、取MD5码的后64位作第二层解密;
B215、取MD5码的前64位作第一层解密;
B216、判断结构长度是否一致,若不一致,则关机结束,若一致,则执行步骤B217;
B217、对MD5验证码后的数据作MD5输出;
B218、比较MD5输出码和MD5验证码,若不同,则执行步骤B3,若相同,则返回验证通过,启动正常通讯功能。
请参阅图10,当步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制存储在被盗手机中的用户信息的回传时,本发明第二实施例手机防盗的方法的步骤C所述的远程控制存储在被盗手机中的用户信息的回传进一步包括以下步骤:
C11、启动防盗程序;请参阅图11,其进一步包括以下步骤:
C111、报警号码的用户向手机发送调用防盗程序的信息;
C112、手机接收到所述信息后,判断此信息是调用防盗程序的信息,且是由报警号码发送的,则开始调用防盗程序
C21、防盗程序把用户信息传送到防盗服务器,请参阅图12,其进一步包括以下步骤:
C211、防盗程序拨号并且连接到防盗服务器后,调用底层提供的获取手机机身号的接口,然后把手机机身号发送到防盗服务器;
C212、防盗服务器接收到手机机身号后,判断是否存在以手机机身号命名的文件夹,若不存在,则创建以手机机身号命名的文件夹,然后执行步骤C213,若存在,则直接执行步骤C213;
C213、防盗服务器给手机回传信息,手机收到防盗服务器的回传信息以后,防盗程序把要上传的用户信息(联系人和日程)压缩成zip包,在压缩文件之前先判断手机是否有SD卡,如果有并且容量大于2M,则在SD卡上压缩,如果容量小于2M,则在UserDate区里压缩;如果没有SD卡,则直接在UserDate区压缩;
C214、压缩完成后,防盗程序把用户信息以zip包的形式发送给防盗服务器,防盗服务器将用户信息存储在以手机机身号命名的文件夹中。
C31、根据身份信息(如手机机身号)下载用户信息到手机,备份手机的用户信息:
后台通过客服人员来处理备份数据包,首先客户提供手机机身号,客服人员登录后台管理系统,通过手机机身号查找服务器上是否有该客户备份的数据包。如果有,则将其下载,然后转如下一步处理,如果没有,则告知客户备份数据包不存在,无法取回丢失手机中的数据。
备份手机的用户信息分为两种情况:第一种情况是用户又一次购买了手机制造商的手机;第二种情况是用户只想通过网页能够察看自己的用户信息。
第一种情况只需要把用户信息(联系人和日程的zip包)通过后台管理程序,即对已经上传给服务器的数据进行处理的程序,下载到新的手机的存储器上,例如SD卡上,然后调用SD卡的备份与恢复程序则以恢复自己以前的用户信息。
请参阅图13,第二种情况包括以下步骤:
C411、通过后台管理程序把用户信息下载到手机的存储器上,例如SD卡上;
C412、通过SD卡的备份与恢复程序把用户信息恢复到手机上;
C413、通过无线备份程序,把用户信息备份到无线备份的服务器上。
本发明所述的身份验证信息可为防盗密码、指纹密钥等。本发明也可在手机被盗后用户通过发送Email或用户通过因特网登录网络控制端来控制远程备份存储在被盗手机中的用户信息。
以上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本发明的保护范围,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (11)
1、一种手机防盗的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、预先设置手机的防盗功能,包括设置报警号码和报警消息;
B、开机后,启用手机的防盗功能,检测用户是否合法,若不合法,则自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码;
C、远程备份存储在被盗手机中的用户信息。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制或被盗手机自动将存储在被盗手机中的用户信息备份到网络上,或另一预设的手机中。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A还包括设置身份验证信息,所述步骤B进一步包括以下步骤:
B1、开机后,防盗功能开启;
B2、检测用户的身份验证信息是否正确,若正确,则启动正常通讯功能,若不正确,则执行步骤B3;或通过手机自动读取手机卡的信息,判断手机卡是否合法,若合法,则启动正常通讯功能,若不合法,则执行步骤B3;
B3、自动将所述报警消息发送到所述报警号码。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:当所述步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制存储在被盗手机中的用户信息的回传时,所述步骤C进一步包括以下步骤:
C1、报警号码的用户收到所述报警消息后,向手机发送携带身份验证信息的控制短信或网络命令包;
C2、手机接收到所述短信或网络命令包后,手机检测所述身份验证信息是否正确,若正确,则根据控制短信或网络命令包的命令执行操作。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A进一步包括以下步骤:
A11、打开防盗设置功能;
A21、设置防盗相关参数,包括设置报警号码和报警消息;
A31、将防盗相关参数保存到单独的存储区中。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:所述单独的存储区为电可擦除可编程只读存储器EEPROM、可擦可编程只读存储器EPROM或手机内置存储器中分隔出来的独立只读存储区。
7.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤A11之前还包括步骤A10,生成用于加密防盗相关参数的密钥,所述步骤A31是将防盗相关参数通过步骤A10所生成的密钥来对防盗相关参数进行加密保存到单独的存储区中;在所述步骤B中,在开机后,启用手机的防盗功能之前还包括步骤B210:判断手机机身是否合法。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A10进一步包括以下步骤:
A101、初始化;
A102、对MD5验证码后的数据作MD5输出并赋值;
A103、获取手机机身号;
A104、对手机机身号作MD5输出;
A105、取手机机身号的MD5码前64位作第一层DES加密的密钥;
A106、取手机机身号的MD5码后64位作第二层DES加密的密钥;
A107、将所述两层加密的数据写入单独的存储区中。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B210进一步包括以下步骤:
B211、从单独的存储区读数据,若失败,则关机结束,若成功,则执行步骤B212;
B212、获取手机机身号;
B213、对手机机身号作MD5输出;
B214、取MD5码的后64位作第二层解密;
B215、取MD5码的前64位作第一层解密;
B216、判断结构长度是否一致,若不一致,则关机结束,若一致,则执行步骤B217;
B217、对MD5验证码后的数据作MD5输出;
B218、比较MD5输出码和MD5验证码,若不同,则执行步骤B3,若相同,则返回验证通过,启动正常通讯功能。
10.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:当所述步骤C为所述报警号码的用户远程控制存储在被盗手机中的用户信息的回传时,所述步骤C进一步包括以下步骤:
C11、启动防盗程序,其进一步包括以下步骤:
C111、报警号码的用户向手机发送调用防盗程序的信息;
C112、手机接收到所述信息后,判断此信息是调用防盗程序的信息,且是由报警号码发送的,则开始调用防盗程序;
C21、防盗程序把用户信息传送到防盗服务器;
C31、根据身份信息下载用户信息到手机,备份手机的用户信息。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于:步骤C31所述的身份信息为手机机身号,所述步骤C21进一步包括以下步骤:
C211、防盗程序拨号并且连接到防盗服务器后,调用底层提供的获取手机机身号的接口,然后把手机机身号发送到防盗服务器;
C212、防盗服务器接收到手机机身号后,判断是否存在以手机机身号命名的文件夹,若不存在,则创建以手机机身号命名的文件夹,然后执行步骤C213,若存在,则直接执行步骤C213;
C213、防盗服务器给手机回传信息,手机收到防盗服务器的回传信息以后,防盗程序把要上传的用户信息压缩;
C214、压缩完成后,防盗程序把用户信息发送给防盗服务器,防盗服务器将用户信息存储在以手机机身号命名的文件夹中。
