Abstract

                    技术领域
本发明通常涉及一种数字广播接收终端,具体地说,涉及一种在输出数字广播数据的同时捕获广播图像并发送捕获的图像的方法。
                    背景技术
通常,数字广播是一种通过代替传统模拟广播向用户提供高图像质量、高声音质量和较好的服务的广播服务,并且被分为卫星数字广播和地面数字广播。
卫星数字广播具有移动服务的主要目标,并允许用户使用便携式接收器(移动电话和个人数字助理(PDA))或车载接收器随时随地观看多个频道的多媒体广播。
地面数字广播源自数字音频广播(DAB),并采用当前未使用的甚高频(VHF)12频道提供用于移动接收的多媒体广播,并使用多个频道复合地发送TV广播、无线电广播以及数据广播。虽然现有地面广播商中的每一个运行单个模拟频道,但数字广播商中的每一个可运行多个数字频道。使用多个频道的服务被称为“信号群(ensemble)”。
在地面数字广播中,可使用单个VHF频道发送三个信号群,信号群可提供单个视频频道、两个音频频道以及单个数据频道。地面数字广播目标在于免费广播,主要考虑其在车辆中的运用。在韩国,包括韩国广播系统(KBS)、Munhwa广播公司(MBC)、首尔广播系统(SBS)、Christian广播系统(CBS)、Yonhap电视新闻(YTN)以及向SkyLife提供音频频道的数字SkyNet的总共八家广播商正准备地面数字广播的商业化。
近来,随着数字广播即使和移动通信技术的发展,人们对甚至在移动的同时也观看数字广播的数字广播服务很感兴趣。具体地说,人们对使用移动终端的数字多媒体广播(DMB)很感兴趣。
如果在输出数字广播的同时用户可执行另一期望的操作,则在接口侧有很多优点。具体地说,对于保持单向广播服务的连续性来说,在输出数字广播的同时不中断广播的输出的多任务概念被认为是很重要的。
然而,当前,在输出数字广播的同时,可发送短消息或接收/发送呼叫,但不能捕获图像并实时发送捕获的图像。
因此,如果提供在输出数字广播的同时捕获图像并实时发送捕获的图像的方法,则预计可满足用户想要在观看数字广播的同时将具体的演员、体育广播中的刺激场景或电视剧中的精彩场面通知其它人的需求。
                    发明内容
本发明的目的在于基本解决至少上述问题和/或缺点,并至少提供以下优点。因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种发送数字广播接收终端中的捕获的图像的方法,通过该方法用户可在输出数字广播的同时捕获期望的广播屏幕镜头并发送捕获的图像
根据本发明的一方面,提供一种发送数字广播接收终端中的捕获的图像的方法,该方法包括:响应于用户的数字广播输出请求,将正接收数字广播数据输出为视频和音频数据;如果在输出数字广播数据的同时按下预定的键,则捕获正输出视频数据的广播屏幕;以及将捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像发送到根据用户的发送请求而请求的目的地。

以下,将参照附图来说明本发明的优选实施例。在附图中,即使在不同附图中描述相同或相似的部件,也由相同的标号来表示相同或相似的部件。在下面的描述中,由于公知功能或结构在不必要的细节上可能使本发明模糊,因此将不对其进行描述。

参照图1,数字广播接收终端100包括数字广播接收单元110、传输流(TS)解复用器120、存储器130、音频数据解码器140、视频数据解码器150、扬声器160、显示单元165、射频(RF)单元170、键输入单元180和控制器190。
控制器190控制数字广播接收单元110接收预定的数字广播数据并将接收的数字广播数据发送到TS解复用器120。
TS解复用器120通过复用接收的数字广播数据将接收的数字广播数据划分为音频数据流和视频数据流。解调器(未示出)将数字广播数据解调为数字数据流。
存储器130存储控制根据本发明的数字广播接收终端100的操作所需的各种信息。控制器190控制存储器130存储在输出数字广播数据的同时捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像。存储器130还可使用记录功能存储数字广播数据。
音频数据解码器140从TS解复用器120接收音频数据流,将接收的音频数据流解码为模拟音频信号,并将解码的模拟音频信号输出到扬声器160。
视频数据解码器150从TS解复用器120接收视频数据流,将接收的视频数据流解码为模拟视频信号,并将解码的模拟视频信号输出到显示单元165。扬声器160和显示单元165形成数字广播接收终端100中的输出单元。
显示单元165输出由数字广播接收终端100生成的各种显示数据,优选的是,显示单元165包括充分支持数字广播数据的分辨率的液晶显示器(LCD)。如果以触摸屏方法实现LCD,则显示单元165还可运行为输入单元。
控制器190控制RF单元170发送/接收语音数据,字符数据、图像数据和控制数据。为此,RF单元170包括:RF发送器(未示出),上转换将要发送的信号的频率并放大频率上转换的信号;以及RF接收器(未示出),对接收的信号进行低噪放大,并下转换低噪放大的信号的频率。RF单元170可包括调制解调器(未示出),所述调制解调器包括:发送器(未示出),对将要发送的信号进行编码和调制;以及接收器(未示出),对接收的信号进行解码和解调。

在步骤S255,控制器190确定是否由用户输入目的地。如果输入目的地,则在步骤S260,控制器190将捕获的静止图像发送到目的地。优选的是,控制器190通过支持高速数据传输服务的1x Evolution-Data Only(EV-DO)信道发送捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像。此外,优选的是,控制器190在正输出视频数据的广播屏幕上预定的位置以条形格式显示表示发送处理状态的发送进行速率。
图4示出用于解释根据本发明的数字广播接收终端100的操作的屏幕。参照图4,图4示出数字广播接收终端100正输出预定频道(例如7频道)的数字广播节目的屏幕400。
在图4中,如果由用户按下为广播屏幕捕获而设置的键,则数字广播接收终端100捕获当前输出的屏幕镜头400并将捕获的屏幕镜头400显示为静止图像420。
用户可通过按下“OK”键或“取消”键存储或删除显示的静止图像420,当将静止图像420发送到预定的目的地时,可用条形格式指示发送进行速率440。
此外,当存储显示的静止图像420时,数字广播接收终端100可生成并显示输入窗口460,从而可输入捕获的静止图像的存储信息。可在输入窗口460中输入频道号、广播节目名称和广播的内容。
虽然在本发明的描述中将静止图像作为具体实施例示出,但本发明可应用于运动图像或音频数据。在此情况下,在以预览或预听形式确定是否存储运动图像或音频数据的步骤之后,其后可执行如上所述的相同的步骤。
如上所述,根据本发明,可在输出数字广播的同时实时捕获用户期望的图像,并可发送捕获的图像。因此,用户可在观看数字广播的同时容易地将具体的演员、体育广播中的刺激场景,或电视剧中的精彩场景通知其它人。
虽然已参照其特定优选实施例示出和描述了本发明,但本领域技术人员应理解,在不脱离由所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可对其在形式和细节上进行各种改变。

Claims (10)

1、一种发送数字广播接收终端中的捕获的图像的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
响应于用户的数字广播输出请求,将正接收的数字广播数据输出作为视频和音频数据;
如果在输出数字广播数据的同时按下预定的键,则捕获在其上正输出视频数据的广播屏幕镜头;以及
将捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像发送到根据用户的发送请求而请求的目的地。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,预定的键是用于捕获在其上正输出视频数据的广播屏幕的预设的键。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,目的地包括接收终端的电话号码或电子邮件地址。
4、如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括步骤:通过在其上正输出视频数据的广播屏幕上预定的位置覆盖捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像来显示静止图像。
5、如权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在显示步骤中,将捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像转换为位图文件并显示该静止图像。
6、如权利要求4所述的方法,还包括步骤:
如果由用户输入显示的静止图像的存储请求,则请求输入显示的静止图像的存储信息;
如果输入存储信息,则通过将显示的静止图像与输入的存储信息匹配来存储显示的静止图像;以及
输出用于确定是否发送存储的静止图像的消息。
7、如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,存储信息包括频道号、节目名称、以及捕获静止图像的广播的内容。
8、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在发送步骤中,通过支持高速数据传输服务的1x Evolution-Data Only(EV-DO)信道来发送捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像。
9、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,发送步骤包括步骤:
如果由用户输入捕获的广播屏幕镜头的发送请求,则请求用户输入用于发送捕获的广播屏幕镜头的静止图像的目的地;以及
如果输入目的地,则将静止图像发送到目的地。
10、如权利要求9所述的方法,其中,发送步骤包括:当发送静止图像时,在其上正输出视频数据的广播屏幕上预定的位置显示指示发送进行状态的发送进行速率。
