Abstract

管嘴包括相互连接的三个主要部件：吸入板10、管嘴本体11和轴支架12。吸入板有细长的吸入开口13，该吸入开口13对着要清洁的表面，并相对于管嘴的运动方向沿横向方向延伸。吸入开口13通过空气通道而与管形出口14连通，该管形出口14布置在吸入板的上部。吸入板10还设有两个枢轴15，这两个枢轴15在吸入板的上部中心部分处在各侧横向向外延伸，这样，枢轴15大致平行于吸入开口。

管嘴以如下方式工作。当管嘴用于硬地板时，轮子24、25支承管嘴，这样，管嘴本体11的底部板21以及具有吸入开口13的吸入板10的底部部分布置成稍微高于地板。这意味着在吸入开口和地板之间产生狭槽，空气通过该狭槽高速吸入。由于在出口14中的高压(低真空)，轭铁18的弹簧力超过波纹管20中的吸力，这意味着条形元件16处于它的抵靠地板的底部位置。这意味着防止空气从管嘴的后侧进入吸入开口，且吸力将集中在管嘴的前部和侧部。
当操作人员使得管嘴在柔软材料例如地毯上运动时，轮子24、25将下沉至材料中。因此，吸入板将与柔性材料啮合，空气将通过材料吸入，以便拾取灰尘颗粒。因为这时吸入口被局部阻挡，因此出口中的压力将减小(高真空)，从而导致波纹管20中的压力减小，这样，条形元件16升高并与地板材料脱开。这意味着操作人员必须传送给管嘴和将由处于底部位置的条形元件产生的水平阻力将自动消除。当管嘴沿向前方向运动时，吸入板10由于与地板材料的摩擦啮合而绕枢轴15稍微往回倾斜，这样，在吸入开口前面的平滑区域在材料上滑动。这甚至更减小了操作人员使管嘴运动所需的水平力。当管嘴沿向后方向运动时，吸入板将朝着管嘴的前部倾斜，在吸入开口的后外侧的平滑区域将与地板啮合，因此具有与前述相同的结果。

Claims (11)

6.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的真空吸尘器管嘴，其特征在于：当吸入开口的平面大致平行于要清洁的表面时，布置在吸入开口(13)的前面的吸入板(10)区域向上、向前倾斜，而布置在吸入开口(13)的后面的相应表面向上、向后倾斜。

9.根据权利要求7或8所述的真空吸尘器管嘴，其特征在于：当沿管嘴的向前运动方向看时，密封条(16)布置在吸入开口(13)的后面。
