Abstract
本发明公开了一种上网状态控制方法及系统,本发明中,接入设备在计费系统开始计费后,保持与用户终端的连接;计费系统向接入设备发送携带可用业务量信息的第一消息;接入设备再根据第一消息更新本地会话属性,控制与用户终端的连接。使用本发明,运营商可以主动控制用户在线;在必要的情况下可以主动掐断用户;用户在线过程中运营商可以变更用户可用时长,使用户在余额即将用完时的充值在不下线情况下生效,实现不间断在线;可以分周期预留费用,使一卡多用成为现实。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种上网状态控制方法及系统,特别涉及一种使用预付费上网过程中,动态控制上网状态的方法及系统。
背景技术
随着Internet(因特网)业务量的增加,互联网宽带数据业务也在不断地发展,过去的那种用户开通宽带接入必须由运营商重新布线的运营方式已经过去,取而代之的是新兴的宽带小区,即宽带用户的天然形成,用户不再需要运营商单独布线,只需开通端口,用户使用一个宽带账号即可实现上网功能,真正实现了即插即用的上网。
为了丰富用户上网的方式,满足不同类型用户的使用习惯,同时也减少了运营商的运营风险,预付费账号逐渐以其方便、实时计费的优势成为用户首选的上网方式。
目前在宽带组网上,大都采用认证、授权、计费服务器(AAA Server,Authentication、Authorization and Accounting Server)作为Radius服务器(RadiusServer)与窄带/宽带接入设备(NAS/BAS,Network Access System/BroadbandAccess System)通过标准Radius(RFC2865、RFC2866)相互联,完成用户的认证、授权和计费;但由于在标准Radius协议中,AAA仅作为协议消息的接受方,接收NAS/BAS的请求,并进行响应;完成用户认证、授权和计费,并只能在认证成功响应中下发用户可用的业务量(可用时长或可用流量),计费过程Radius计费响应仅用于响应NAS/BAS上报的计费消息;因此用户上网过程中下线只有NAS/BAS才能控制(用户主动下线、可用量为0下线),AAA或运营商无法主动掐断用户或延长用户授权可用业务量;因此如果用户在线过程中的充值也无法无间断使用。
图1为在Radius协议技术下的网络结构示意图,现有技术在标准Radius上实现时,组网的结构图如图所示,在网络中包括用户终端101、接入设备NAS/BAS102、计费系统AAA103、网络Internet,其中在AAA与NAS/BAS是通过Radius协议进行通信的。
图2为在Radius协议技术下的网络工作流示意图,如图所示,网络的工作流程中主要包括如下步骤:
步骤201、用户终端向接入设备发送点到点的链路层协议(PPP,Point-to-Point Protocol)请求;
步骤202、接入设备向AAA计费系统发送认证请求;
步骤203、AAA进行鉴权;
步骤204、AAA进行预算;
步骤205、AAA向接入设备发送认证响应;

其中,在现有技术中,存在以下几个特点:1、用户认证过程中,AAA需要根据余额及资费预算可用业务量(可用时长或可用流量);2、在用户授权过程中还需要把可用业务量下发给NAS/BAS,NAS/BAS根据接收到的可用业务量来控制用户使用;3、用户在线过程中中间计费和结束计费仅对用户已使用的业务量进行结算,无法重新下发可用业务量;4、用户有两种情况下可以下线,一是用户主动下线(用户断开连接),另一是授权的可用业务量用完。
由上述现有技术的实施流程以及他们工作中的限制,我们不难看出现有技术存在以下不足:
1、用户终端在线过程中AAA无法主动掐断用户终端;
2、用户终端在线过程中AAA无法延长授权时的可用业务量,用户也不能实现在线过程中充值余额,以便用户能进行充值达到不间断在线的目的;
3、由于认证时AAA需要根据用户余额预算可用时长,并冻结用户余额以保证上网时间段内的服务已经付费,因此用户同时只能有一个应用,无法一卡多用。
综上所述,现有技术由于在标准Radius协议中,AAA仅作为协议消息的接收方,被动接收NAS/BAS的请求,并进行响应,使得AAA不能灵活主动的控制用户终端的上网状态。
发明内容
本发明提供一种上网状态控制方法及系统,用以解决现有技术中在Radius协议下,存在AAA不能灵活主动控制用户终端上网状态的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明方法包括如下步骤:
A、接入设备在计费系统开始计费后,保持与用户终端的连接;
B、所述计费系统向所述接入设备发送携带可用业务量信息的第一消息;
C、所述接入设备根据所述第一消息更新本地会话属性,控制与所述用户终端的连接。
较佳地,步骤C中,所述接入设备更新本地会话属性是更新本地会话的可用时长信息、和/或用户带宽、和/或比特流总量。
较佳地,所述第一消息是COA(Change of Attribute,动态修改用户在线属性)消息。
较佳地,当所述COA消息为可用业务量为零的COA消息时,所述步骤C中所述接入设备更新本地会话属性中的可用业务量为零,断开与所述用户终端的连接。
较佳地,当所述COA消息为新可用业务量的COA消息时,所述步骤C中所述接入设备更新本地会话属性为新可用业务量,调整与所述用户终端的连接时长。
较佳地,所述步骤A中,所述接入设备根据计费系统的第二消息保持与所述用户终端的不间断连接;
所述步骤C中,所述计费系统根据用户终端的可用业务总量按比例向所述接入设备发送第一消息。

本发明还提供了一种上网状态控制系统,包括接入设备、与所述接入设备相连的计费系统及用户终端;所述接入设备,在计费系统开始计费后,保持与用户终端的连接,
所述计费系统包括第一消息发送装置,用于向所述接入设备发送携带可用业务量信息的第一消息;
所述接入设备根据所述第一消息更新本地会话属性,控制与所述用户终端的连接。
较佳地,所述接入设备包括属性更新装置,用于更新本地会话的可用时长信息、和/或用户带宽、和/或比特流总量。

本发明有益效果如下:
由于本发明在标准Radius协议的基础上,在AAA与BAS/NAS之间建立了一套信息发送控制机制,使得AAA能够在接到外部命令时,向BAS/NAS主动发送新的可用业务量消息,BAS/NAS则根据新的业务量来修改本地连接的属性,如带宽、上网时长、比特流总量等属性,通过对属性的修改来控制用户的上网连接,从而克服了现有技术中AAA不能主动控制BAS/NAS而带来的不足。
同时本发明进一步提供了一种方案,在AAA和BAS/NAS上再支持一个扩展的Radius协议RFC规范COA,AAA利用COA消息可以主动向NAS/BAS发送控制消息,来达到控制用户会话属性信息的变更。因此,采用这个扩展协议达到AAA可以主动控制在线用户的功能,通过AAA主动控制用户在线,达到动态修改用户在线信息。
因此,使用本发明达到了:
1、运营商可以主动控制用户在线,在必要的情况下可以主动掐断用户;
2、用户在线过程中运营商可以变更用户可用时长,使用户在余额即将用完时的充值在不下线情况下生效,实现不间断在线;
3、由于AAA可控制用户在线可用业务量,因此可以分周期预留费用,使一卡多用成为现实。
同时,在利用COA消息来进行控制的情况下,还由于COA消息是一个标准规范,使得本发明具有很好的兼容性、可扩展性、开放性,容易在各种AAA与接入设备之间得以实现。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的是在对AAA接收到外部的命令时,比如在需要对用户连接进行掐断,或者接收到用户对帐户进行充值的消息等等情况时,便可以从外部对AAA进行命令,从而使得AAA主动向BAS/NAS发送第一消息,在BAS/NAS接到这个消息时,根据这个消息内容对本地的会话属性进行调整,从而达到及时控制BAS/NAS与用户终端之间连接的目的。BAS/NAS对于属性的修改,是对可用业务量的修改,可用业务量一般是可用在线时长、比特流总量、以及带宽等等,容易得知,通过对这些参数的控制就能够控制上网的状态,包括切断连接、保持连接、更新连接等等状态。比如根据比特流总量进行控制时,当可用的量为0时就进行截断,从而就控制了上网的状态;再比如通过上网时长来进行控制时,当可用时间为0就进行截断连接,而当不为0时则保持连接;同时在知道可用的流量时结合带宽的控制也能够达到上网状态的控制。
下面结合实施例来说明本发明如何具体实施。
图3是本发明上网时长控制方法的实施流程示意图,如图所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤301、接入设备在计费系统开始计费后,保持与用户终端的连接;
步骤302、计费系统向接入设备发送携带可用业务量信息的第一消息;
步骤303、接入设备根据第一消息更新本地会话属性,控制与用户终端的连接。
在实现发送第一消息来对接入设备进行控制时,优选实施例中可以选用一些标准的协议消息来达到目的,下面以选用COA消息作为第一消息为优选实施例对本发明的实施进行阐述,但显然本发明也不仅限于只用能用COA消息作为第一消息来实现发明目的。
在现有技术标准Radius协议的基础上,AAA和BAS/NAS再支持一个扩展的Radius协议COA;利用COA消息来作为AAA对BAS/NAS进行控制的第一消息。COA消息是现有的标准协议消息,其主要功能动态修改用户在线属性,用于在线修改用户带宽、可用时长等上网属性。接入设备可以根据AAA发送的COA消息进行用户控制,接入设备在接收COA消息后,取出时长信息更新到本地会话。
采用这个扩展协议可以达到AAA可以主动向NAS/BAS发送控制消息,完成用户会话信息的变更,从而达到主动控制用户在线、动态修改用户在线信息、实现延长用户在线、一卡多用户、主动掐断用户的功能。由于COA消息是一个标准协议消息,使得本实施例具有很好的开放性与可扩展性,同时也易于得到各种BAS/NAS与AAA设备的支持。

本实施例中,如果运营商希望掐断用户,则由AAA下发一个可用业务量为0的COA消息给接入设备NAS/BAS,当NAS/BAS接收到可用业务量为0的COA消息后,会向AAA发一个COA响应,再次发送结束计费消息,并掐断用户,AAA接收到NAS/BAS发送的结束计费消息,则对用户进行结算,并终止用户上网。

本实施例中,如果用户在线发现余额不足,则可在线充值,对AAA发送充值请求消息,用户充值后AAA直接把充值金额累加到用户余额中,并重取用户余额进行预算;AAA把新的可使用业务量通过COA消息下发给NAS/BAS,NAS/BAS变更用户的可用业务量,达到在线延长用户可用业务量目的;NAS/BAS接收到新的可用业务量的COA消息后,会向AAA发一个COA响应,并调整用户的可用业务量。

本实施例中,在用户认证过程中,AAA不需要预留全部余额,预留过程放在计费阶段,并分段预留;用户授权过程中需要把不控制可用业务量(或把可用业务量置为最大值)的第二消息发给NAS/BAS,NAS和BAS不需要控制用户的可用业务量;在用户计费开始后,AAA对用户余额进行分段(允许配置)预留,并只预留用户余额的一部分;AAA并通过COA下发分段预留余额可用业务量给NAS/BAS,NAS/BAS根据下发的可用业务量控制用户使用;AAA在每次中间计费消息时检查可用业务量,如果可用业务量不足一个计费周期时(上报中间计费消息的间隔),则重新进行预留,并再次通过COA下发给NAS/BAS;由于用户一个会话不冻结用户全部余额,只根据周期预留冻结余额的一部分,因此可以多个会话同时预留,而互相不影响;同时也可以保证用户余额足够的情况下用户所有会话同时在线。
基于同样的发明构思与原理,本发明还提供了一种上网时长控制系统,下面结合附图来对本系统的具体实施进行说明。
图7是本发明上网时长控制系统结构示意图,如图所示,在系统中包括:
接入设备NAS/BAS702、与接入设备相连的用户终端701、计费系统AAA703,在计费系统中包括第一消息发送装置7031、第二消息发送装置7032,优选实施例中第一消息发送装置可以选用COA消息发送装置,在COA消息发送装置中含有第一COA消息发送单元70311、第二COA消息发送单元70312。其中:
第一消息发送装置7031,在计费系统703收到外部命令时,向接入设备702发送第一消息;用户设备702根据所接收到的第一消息内容控制与用户终端701的连接。
下面对在第一消息发送装置7031中所包括的发送可用业务量为零的COA消息的第一COA消息发送单元70311、发送新可用业务量的COA消息的第二COA消息发送单元70312进行说明。
当接入设备经用户终端发出连接请求后,得到AAA的鉴权、费用预算、响应后,与用户终端保持连接,接入设备当接收到业务量为零的COA消息时,就断开与用户终端的连接;当接收到新可用业务量的COA消息时,根据消息中的新可用业务量保持与用户终端的连接时长。
因为有了第一COA消息发送单元,如果运营商希望掐断用户,则由AAA下发一个可用业务量为0的COA消息给接入设备NAS/BAS,当NAS/BAS接收到可用业务量为0的COA消息后,会向AAA发一个COA响应,再次发送结束计费消息,并掐断用户,AAA接收到NAS/BAS发送的结束计费消息,则对用户进行结算,并终止用户上网。
如果用户在线发现余额不足,则可在线充值,对AAA发送充值请求消息,用户充值后AAA直接把充值金额累加到用户余额中,并重取用户余额进行预算;AAA通过第二COA消息发送单元把新的可使用业务量通过COA消息下发给NAS/BAS,NAS/BAS变更用户的可用业务量,达到在线延长用户可用业务量目的;NAS/BAS接收到新的可用业务量的COA消息后,会向AAA发一个COA响应,并调整用户的可用业务量。
在计费系统中还可以按总业务量分段分配新可用业务量。它的作用是,在用户认证过程中,能使AAA不需要预留全部余额,预留过程放在计费阶段,并分段预留;用户授权过程中通过第二消息发送装置把不控制可用业务量(或把可用业务量置为最大值)的消息发给NAS/BAS,NAS和BAS不需要控制用户的可用业务量;在用户计费开始后,AAA对用户余额进行分段(允许配置)预留,并只预留用户余额的一部分;AAA通过第二COA消息发送单元下发分段预留余额可用业务量给NAS/BAS,NAS/BAS根据下发的可用业务量控制用户使用;AAA在每次中间计费消息时检查可用业务量,如果可用业务量不足一个计费周期时(上报中间计费消息的间隔),则重新进行预留,并再次通过第二COA消息发送单元下发COA消息给NAS/BAS;由于用户一个会话不冻结用户全部余额,只根据周期预留冻结余额的一部分,因此可以多个会话同时预留,而互相不影响;同时也可以保证用户余额足够的情况下用户所有会话同时在线。
从发明实施例可以看出本发明解决了标准Radius协议下AAA无法主动控制NAS/BAS的问题,将它们结合后不但可以实现运营商主动掐断用户、还可以实现用户在线充值不间断使用,在线生效、也可以实现一个用户同时多个会话,即一卡多用。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (13)
1、一种上网状态控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
A、接入设备在计费系统开始计费后,保持与用户终端的连接;
B、所述计费系统向所述接入设备发送携带可用业务量信息的第一消息;
C、所述接入设备根据所述第一消息更新本地会话属性,控制与所述用户终端的连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤C中,所述接入设备更新本地会话属性是更新本地会话的可用时长信息、和/或用户带宽、和/或比特流总量。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息是动态修改用户在线属性消息COA消息。
4、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述COA消息为可用业务量为零的COA消息时,所述步骤C中所述接入设备更新本地会话属性中的可用业务量为零,断开与所述用户终端的连接。
5、如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述COA消息为新可用业务量的COA消息时,所述步骤C中所述接入设备更新本地会话属性为新可用业务量,调整与所述用户终端的连接时长。
6、如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤A中,所述接入设备根据计费系统的第二消息保持与所述用户终端的不间断连接;
所述步骤C中,所述计费系统根据用户终端的可用业务总量按比例向所述接入设备发送第一消息。
7、如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二消息是无限上网时长信息。
8、一种上网状态控制系统,包括接入设备、与所述接入设备相连的计费系统及用户终端;所述接入设备,在计费系统开始计费后,保持与用户终端的连接,其特征在于,
所述计费系统包括第一消息发送装置,用于向所述接入设备发送携带可用业务量信息的第一消息;
所述接入设备根据所述第一消息更新本地会话属性,控制与所述用户终端的连接。
9、如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述接入设备包括属性更新装置,用于更新本地会话的可用时长信息、和/或用户带宽、和/或比特流总量。
10、如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一消息发送装置是COA消息发送装置。
11、如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述COA消息发送装置包括第一COA消息发送单元,用于发送可用业务量为零的COA消息;
所述接入设备在接收到所述第一COA消息发送单元发送的消息后,更新本地会话属性为可用业务量为零,断开与所述用户终端的连接。
12、如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述COA消息发送装置进一步包括第二COA消息发送单元,用于发送新可用业务量的COA消息;
所述接入设备在接收到所述第二COA消息发送单元发送的消息后,更新本地会话属性为新可用业务量,调整与所述用户终端的连接时长。
13、如权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述计费系统进一步包括第二消息发送装置,用于在所述接入设备在收到用户终端连接请求后,向所述接入设备反馈用户终端无限上网时长的信息;
所述计费系统第一消息发送装置根据用户终端的可用业务总量按比例向所述接入设备发送第一消息。
