Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过吸入来管理药剂的吸入器,并且特别地涉及一种用于保持喷嘴盖的带。
背景技术
通过喷嘴从气雾剂罐传送计量药剂的吸入器已经公知一些时间了。这些吸入器的种类很多,并且可以包括单个整体模制件或可以由多个模制零件组成。由于塑料强度高、轻,可以容易地模制并且是卫生的,所以吸入器通常由塑料制成。用户通常将所述吸入器携带在他们的袋或包中,而这样的环境通常很脏和有灰尘的。公知方式是设置盖来封闭吸入器的喷嘴,从而阻止进入灰尘和污物。如果不采用某些方式将所述盖保持在吸入器上,所述盖可能轻易地丢失。可以通过由橡胶材料制造的柔韧带来连接盖。由于吸入器的其它部分由塑料制造,所以这使制造工艺复杂。其它连接带的方式使眼睛感到不愉快。吸入器通常涂有颜色,以辨认被输送的药剂,并且保证盖和带的颜色相同是有用的。还有用的是,确保盖和带与吸入器的轮廓相符以防止污物粘附在间隙内,并且吸入器能够在基部上直立。当带与吸入器的基部轮廓相符时,吸入器也可以直立在底座上,从而使其能够以下述方位存储,即在竖立时使用时,如同公知形式的增压罐提供准确剂量那样,能够使剂量准确。

具体实施方式
许多形式的吸入器1是公知的,这些吸入器中的一部分吸入器由罐来提供剂量的药剂,药物在压力下连同适合的发射剂一起存储在所述罐中。在这样的吸入器中,药物经由用户吸气的吸口瓶嘴排出。药物通常从吸口瓶嘴上的喷嘴排出,并且所述喷嘴通常很小,从而容易被诸如污物和灰尘等物质阻塞。因而公知形式的吸入器通常包括可设置在吸口瓶嘴中或其上的盖,以封闭所述吸口瓶嘴并且防止所述污物和灰尘的侵入。如果所述盖与吸入器的吸口瓶嘴或主体分离,其可能被放错地方,从而不能实现其目的。公知形式的吸入器1通过带或细绳将所述盖连接到吸入器的吸口瓶嘴或主体上。公知形式的带由橡胶或类似材料制成,但是因各种原因,吸入器的主体通常由塑料制成,所以这可能涉及到制造的困难。必须提供至少一个额外的制造步骤,从而加大了成本。
现有问题是设法保证,在带的材料是没有足够伸展柔韧性塑料从而能够拉紧在吸入器上时,任何连接带紧密地位于吸入器靠近喷嘴的部分的轮廓之下或与吸入器靠近喷嘴的部分的轮廓相符。
在本发明优选形式中,盖2由滑动装置4连接到带3上。因此其可以在至点之间来回滑回。可以移动的量应该足以确保盖2停在能完全覆盖喷嘴5的位置,但是也可以滑离体部7,以使得带能够向下转动,离开吸入器1的主体7的底座6。在本发明优选形式中,带3可以被转动,以使得其可以覆盖或抵靠在吸入器的主体7的后面。在本发明最优选的形式中,带并不与主体的后壁轮廓相符。然而在本发明其它形式中,后壁可以具有凹痕10,其使带能够停靠在并且甚至可以锁定在其中。这可以使带3和盖2还能够完全远离喷嘴5,从而确保用户可以自由地吸气,即使他们不恰当地没有用他们的手握住带和盖。
在本发明形式中,将盖2连接到带3上的滑动装置4可以采用这种形式,即,不破坏它们中的一个或另一个时,它们不能被分开。在另其他的形式中,例如,通过向凸耳施加压力可以将它们分开。不希望用户以因任何缘故移走或更换盖2。然而也可以提供这样的装置,当盖2被毁坏,从而采用常规方式不能使用时,用户能够拆下盖2并且应急地获得药物。这可以是本发明的可替代形式的额外优点。
本发明所涉及到的本领域技术人员会理解,本发明可以应用到许多不同的吸入器上。所述吸入器可以包括剂量或驱动计数器,从而显示从罐中分配出来的药剂数量,或者显示在罐中以及吸入器中所剩余剂量的数量,原因是,罐满时存在于罐内的药物数量是公知的。这是重要的信息,因为,这使得用户能够确保他们在其吸入器中有足够剩余的剂量药物,并且他们能确保何时应该再装满罐或更换吸入器。
吸入器有时被涂有颜色,从而显示在其内所含有的药物,或表示吸入器的制造公司。吸入器内不同数量的药剂也可以由不同的颜色方案来表示。从而有助于由相同材料制造带和吸入器的主体。在本发明的其它的不太优选形式中,可以由与吸入器主体的底座相同的材料制造所述带。然而,所述带和吸入器主体的底座被一起模制在主体的剩余部分上。
本发明提供一种具有一体带的吸入器,所述带将盖连接在吸入器体部上。
因而本发明的第一方面包括一种吸入器1,该吸收器用于在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂,所述吸收器包括体部7和盖2,所述体部包括吸口瓶嘴5,通过所述吸口瓶嘴5,对药物进行分配,盖2可以设置在基本上封闭吸口瓶嘴5的位置,其中,所述的盖2由带3连接到体部7上,该带3从所述体部7上可以转动,所述盖2设置成在所述带3上滑动,以使得在所述带3转动之前,所述盖2必须移动离开所述吸口瓶嘴5。

优选地,所述吸入器5由塑料材料制成,所述带和所述体部模制成一体。

Claims (8)
1、一种在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器(1),所述吸入器包括体部(7)和盖(2),所述体部包括吸口瓶嘴(5),通过所述吸口瓶嘴(5),对所述药物进行分配,所述盖(2)可以设置在基本上封闭所述吸口瓶嘴(5)的位置,其中,从所述体部(7)可转动的带(3)将所述盖(2)连接到所述体部(7)上,所述盖(2)设置成在所述带(3)上滑动,以使得在带(3)转动之前,所述盖(2)必须移动离开所述吸口瓶嘴(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器,其中,所述吸口瓶嘴(5)从所述体部突出。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器,其中,所述盖(2)既封闭所述吸口瓶嘴(5)又覆盖在所述吸口瓶嘴(5)的突出部之上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任何一项所述的在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器,其中,所述吸入器1由塑料材料制成,所述带3和所述体部7模制成一体。
5根据权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器,其中,所述带(3)位于所述体部之下并且与其轮廓大致相符。
6根据权利要求1至5中任何一项所述的在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器,其中,所述容器被增压。
7根据权利要求1至6中任何一项所述的在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器,其中,所述吸入器是计量药剂吸入器。
8根据权利要求1至7中任何一项所述的在用户启动下从容器内分配药剂的吸入器,其中,通过凸耳将所述盖(2)连接到所述带(3)上。
