Abstract

本发明涉及分配包装，更具体地但并不排他地涉及那些用于罐装产品例如食品和饮料的分配包装。
背景技术
通常，罐装食品/饮料产品在由纸板或瓦楞纸板制成的浅盘内提供，所述盘具有塑料薄膜的热缩塑料包装。多个这种热缩塑料包装的盘经常相互上下叠放在超市货架上。所述盘通常以其最宽的表面叠放，这被认为是缺乏空间利用率，特别是在仅有一个盘处于货架上时。另外，热缩塑料包装不利于弥补产品差异。
在我们的同时待审的国际专利申请PCT/GB2003/003351中提供了一种用于被布置成至少两层的物品的纸箱，所述纸箱具有顶板、底板、一对相对布置的侧板以及一对相对布置的端部板构件，分隔垫设置在相邻的物品层之间并在一个端部相对于端部板构件固定，侧板中的一个具有邻近所述一个端部的可移除部分以在纸箱平放在所述一个端部板构件上时限定出用于取出物品的滚出孔。在一些实施方式中，一个或多个切口从可移除部分延伸到相邻的端部的一半。便利地是所述切口中的两个分别沿着在所述一个侧板与顶板及底板之间的折叠线延伸，并且还有横向切口设置在远离可移除部分的切口或每个切口的端部。
发明内容
根据本发明提供一种用于被布置成至少两层的物品的纸板纸箱，所述纸箱具有顶板、底板、一对相对布置的侧板、一对相对布置的端部板构件以及设置在相邻的物品层之间并在一个端部相对于所述端部板构件固定的分隔垫，所述侧板之一具有邻近所述一个端部的可移除部分以通过主弱化线限定出滚出孔，所述滚出孔用于在所述纸箱直立在所述一个端部板构件上时取出物品，所述可移除部分具有延伸到所述顶板和底板中的延伸部，其中，次弱化线从每个所述延伸部分别延伸到所述顶板和底板的邻近的端部边缘。
优选地是，每个端部板构件包括一对相对布置的主端部折片，所述主端部折片分别与所述顶板和底板铰接式连接。在优选的设置中，每条次弱化线邻近所述延伸部的起点比所述弱化线在所述端部边缘的端部更靠近侧部边缘。在一些实施方式中，每条次弱化线在形状上是蛇形的。
另一个优选特征是每条次弱化线连续设置到邻近的主端部折片中。便利地是每条次弱化线的连续部分朝向所述侧部边缘向回弯折并且终止于横向T形切口，而且所述T形切口的垂直部分大体上与所述侧部边缘平行，并且所述T形切口的横向部分大体上与所述端部边缘平行。
理想地是每条次弱化线包括具有多个易破的保持桥(retainingbridge)的切口。
优选地是所述分隔垫相对于另一个端部板构件固定。在优选实施方式中，所述分隔垫在所述固定的端部或每个固定的端部具有向下折叠的粘合板。优选的设置是所述顶部端折片被最后向下折叠，并且被粘合固定在所有与其关联的端部板构件的与其关联的端部折片上并被粘合固定在与其关联的向下折叠的粘合板上。
理想地是单个的直胶线实现所述顶部端折片与其它端折片以及粘合板的所述粘合连接。在一种这样的实施方式中，所述底部端折片具有中央突出区域，使得所述直胶线依次设置在所述侧部端折片之一、粘合板、底部端折片的中央区域、粘合板以及另一个侧部端折片上。
通常，所述顶板、底板、两个侧板和两个端部板构件基本上是矩形的，但也能够设置成其它形式。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了一对用于形成纸箱12的纸板毛坯件10、11，所述纸箱12在图7中被示出处于直立在一个端部上的被组装状态。组装的各个步骤在图2-6中以透视方式被图示。
主毛坯件10被用于形成基本纸箱形状，并且提供与被相对地布置的侧板14、15铰接式连接的顶板13。侧板15又与底板16铰接式连接，该底板16与粘合折片17铰接式连接。通过将粘合折片17粘合在邻近侧板14的自由边缘18的区域上而使主毛坯件10形成为大致套筒形状。
侧部端折片19、20在毛坯件10的每个端部分别与侧板14、15铰接式连接。顶部端折片21在每个端部与顶板13铰接式连接，同样地，底部端折片22在毛坯件10的每个端部与底板16铰接式连接。每个底部端折片22具有中央区域23，该中央区域23突出超过底部端折片22的相邻的自由边缘24，而其理由将在下文阐明。
侧板15还包括由主弱化线25例如穿孔限定出的可移除部分33。可移除部分33以26部分地延伸到底板16中并且以27部分地延伸到顶板13中。侧板15的小部分28将在可移除部分33被移除后保留下来，由此作为止挡壁。滚出部件的其它形式和形状也能够替换所示的这一实施例。
第二毛坯件11，即分隔垫包括在尺寸及形状上与主毛坯件10的顶板和底板13、16相对应的矩形主板29。向下折叠的粘合板30铰接式连接在主板29的每个端部。
为了组装纸箱12，将主毛坯件10的粘合折片17固定在侧板14上，并且主毛坯件10是打开的，以便形成端部敞开的套筒。然后，将一层罐31插入到该套筒内，以使它们的端部如图2所示那样平放在底板16上。随后，如图3所示那样，第二毛坯件11被插入从而位于该层罐31的顶部。第二层罐31随后被插入到套筒内，从而位于分隔垫11的主板29的顶部，粘合板30在套筒的两个端部都被向下折叠而抵靠在下层罐31上，如图4所示那样。而后，位于每个端部的侧部端折片19、20被折入，并且底部端折片22被向上折叠，在每个端部处，如图5所示那样，单个的直胶线32被施加在侧部端折片19、20及粘合板30上且被施加在底部端折片22的中央区域23上。随后，位于每个端部的顶部端折片21被向下折叠成与胶线32接触，以便与粘合板30、底部端折片22以及侧部端折片19、20粘合式固定。
因此，纸箱12如图6所示那样被完全组装，并且所有的板都可以展示产品和推广信息、广告、标志、竞赛细节等。在商店里，纸箱12能够以它的靠近可移除部分33的端部被放置在货架上，该可移除部分33面向顾客。这在图7中示出。因此，侧板15尤其适于展示广告标志和其它信息。可移除部分33随后被移除，以使顾客能够通过所得到的如图8所示那样的滚出分配孔取出罐31。止挡壁28防止罐31从纸箱12内滚出。
与常规的罐用热缩塑料包装盘相比，纸箱12能够在货架上占用相对较小的水平空间，并且能够例如在侧板15上提供充分的广告/信息区域。
在图9中示出了以上所没有描述的细节。观察图9中详细示出的毛坯件，侧板15与顶板13以及底板16之间的折叠线分别由数字40和41表示。邻近止挡壁28的主弱化线25穿过折叠线40和41。
次弱化线42从限定出可移除部分33的延伸部26和27的主弱化线25起延伸，使得在顶板13中存在一条次弱化线42并在底板16中也存在一条次弱化线42。每条次弱化线42在形式上是蛇形的，并且从位于可移除部分在使用时朝向铰接式连接顶部端折片21/底部端折片22的顶/底板的端部边缘的最低点附近的一点开始延伸。次弱化线在端部折叠线上的端部43比邻接主弱化线25的端部距离折叠线40/41更远。
这使得下部前拐角区域和止挡壁28在次弱化线42破开后大体上绕连接端部43的线略微向前转动。这样便于更容易地取出罐，但在罐已被取出后纸箱恢复到其初始形状。
图9中所示出的更优选的特征是：在端折片21、22中，一个较短的倾斜切口44从刚刚离开每条次弱化线42的端部43的区域向折叠线40/41延伸。T形切口45位于每个倾斜切口44的端部，其横向部分46平行于端部折叠线并且其垂直部分47平行于折叠线40/41。同时，切口45的横向部分46分别延伸到顶部端折片21/底部端折片22的自由边缘48。这一特征有助于下部拐角区域在使用中的移动并有助于在这一移动过程中的应力分配。
将会认识到不仅是圆柱形罐，其它产品也可以通过这种方式被包装，尽管圆柱形物品特别适合于所述纸箱。此外，所述纸箱能够被更改成容纳多于两层的罐，每层通过分隔垫隔开，所述分隔垫至少固定在靠近滚出孔的端部板构件上，优选是固定在两个端部板构件上。还可以很容易想到其它组装成品纸箱的方法。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于被布置成至少两层的物品的纸板纸箱，所述纸箱具有顶板、底板、一对相对设置的侧板、一对相对设置的端部板构件以及分隔垫，所述分隔垫设置在相邻的物品层之间并在一个端部相对于所述端部板构件被固定，所述侧板之一具有邻近所述一个端部的可移除部分，以便通过主弱化线限定出滚出孔，所述滚出孔用于在所述纸箱直立在所述一个端部板构件上时取出物品，所述可移除部分具有延伸到所述顶板和底板中的延伸部，其中，次弱化线分别从每个延伸部延伸到所述顶板和底板的邻近的端部边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的纸箱，其中，每个端部板构件包括一对相对设置的主端部折片，所述主端部折片分别与所述顶板和底板铰接式连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的纸箱，其中，每条次弱化线邻近所述延伸部的起点比所述弱化线在所述端部边缘的端部更靠近侧部边缘。
4.如权利要求3所述的纸箱，其中，每条次弱化线在形状上是蛇形的。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的纸箱，其中，每条次弱化线连续设置到邻近的主端部折片中。
6.如权利要求5所述的纸箱，其中，每条次弱化线的连续部分朝向所述侧部边缘向回弯折并且在横向T形切口终止。
7.如权利要求6所述的纸箱，其中，所述T形切口的垂直部分大体上与所述侧部边缘平行，并且所述T形切口的横向部分大体上与所述端部边缘平行。
8.如权利要求1-7中任意一项所述的纸箱，其中，每条次弱化线包括具有多个易破的保持桥的切口。
9.如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的纸箱，其中，所述分隔垫相对于另一个端部板构件被固定。
10.如权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的纸箱，其中，所述分隔垫在所述固定的端部或每个固定的端部具有向下折叠的粘合板。
11.如权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的纸箱，其中，所述顶部端折片被最后向下折叠，并且被粘合式固定在所有与其关联的端部板构件的与其关联的端部折片上以及被粘合式固定在与其关联的向下折叠的粘合板上。
12.如权利要求11所述的纸箱，其中，单个的直胶线实现所述顶部端折片与其它端部折片以及粘合板的所述粘合连接。
