Abstract

本发明涉及一种电机械传动装置的牙刷。本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高质量刷牙的电动牙刷的头部，这是由于带刷毛的呈“U”形弯曲薄板在平行承载柄的平面内自由转动实现的。用于电机械牙刷的该发明的牙刷头部包括：承载柄；“U”形板，所述“U”形板在其内表面上设有刷毛并固定到所述柄；第二“U”形板，所述第二“U”形板与所述第一“U”形板相似，并相对第一板以镜像的方式设置。U形板的底座通过穿透一定形状的槽的轴沿着所述轴的垂直方向连接到承载柄末端压平处。

电动牙刷的清洁头部
技术领域
本发明涉及带有电机械传动的牙刷。
背景技术
已知一种美国专利(№.6381734，国际分类号为A46B13/02，优先权日为2002年5月7日)中介绍的电动牙刷的头部和另一种美国专利(№.6401288，国际分类号为A46B13/02，优先权日为2002年6月11日)中介绍的机械牙刷头部。这两者都有一个牙刷柄，其一端部一分为二，在分为两部分的承载柄的每一部分末端，分别牢牢地固定住一个刷子。在牙刷柄被分成两部分的末端上，刷子安置得使刷子上的毛的方向面对面并彼此间呈70-80度的角。
这些牙刷头部的缺点在于刷牙质量不很高，因为人们很难凭感觉以最佳的方式用手在口腔中调整好牙刷，以便使毛的刷牙面的位置最大限度地与齿排方向重合。这与刷子不可能在安装有刷子的承载柄的平面上转动有关。因此，刷子沿齿排方向不是最佳的安装，当它们沿齿排移动时，不能保证刷牙的质量，在使用牙刷沿齿排移动时还会产生不舒服的感觉。
按技术实质和所解决问题方面最接近本发明的方案是“CD”或“GD”型电动牙刷SG-8001，是由中国宁海麦鼎模型和塑料有限公司(Ninghai Maidigg Modeland Plastics Co Ltd)制造的(中国，http://www.maidigg.com)。该牙刷的头部是按美国专利(№.5171066，1992年12月15日公布)制造的。这个牙刷的头部有一个承载柄，其端部一分为二，在分为两部分的承载柄的末端牢牢地固定住一个呈“U”形的薄板，在其内表面固定住牙刷毛，并且，整个牙刷头部的大小做得使它可自由地进入到人的口腔内，套在一个齿排上，完全包住2至3个牙齿的表面。
该已知牙刷头的缺点在于刷牙的质量不很高。因为实际上人们不可能凭感觉以最好的方式确定牙刷在口腔中的位置，以便使牙刷毛的平面位置最大限度地与牙齿表面方向相重合，这与呈“U”形薄板牢牢地固定在承载柄末端有关。因此，牙刷头部不能在固定住牙刷头部的承载柄的平面上转动，会在使用牙刷沿齿排移动时引起不方便，而且还要求使用者有特殊的技巧以及由于牙刷头部纵向轴相对齿排发生了扭曲和毛对牙床产生过大的压力，在刷牙时增大牙床的受损性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高质量刷牙的电动牙刷的头部，这是由于有毛的呈“U”形弯曲薄板在平行承载柄的平面内可自由转动而实现的。
此外，本发明电动牙刷头部的结构提高了刷牙的效率。
实现该目的的方案是：由承载柄和固定在其末端的带毛的呈“U”形弯曲薄板(毛在其内表面)组成的电动牙刷头部，装有类似于第一个呈“U”形弯曲薄板且相对它成镜象对称位置的第二个呈“U”形弯曲薄板的底座用一根通过承载柄末端压平处的特定形状槽、并垂直承载柄纵向轴线的轴连接。
优选的是把牙刷的毛排列在两个呈“U”形弯曲薄板内表面上的可更换衬板上。
为了把带刷毛的可更换衬板固定在呈“U”形弯曲薄板内表面上，衬板的外表面可形成插入呈“U”形弯曲薄板侧面中特制的紧固孔中的凸缘。
优选的是承载柄末端压平处的特定形状槽做成外端开口的键孔形式。
经过特定形状槽的开口外端插入连接呈“U”形弯曲薄板底座的轴。
刷牙时呈“U”形弯曲薄板在平行承载柄的平面内自由转动，由于有连接呈“U”形弯曲薄板的、通过承载柄末端压平处的特定形状槽的轴，它就可定位两个“U”形弯曲薄板，因而也定位沿齿排的、有毛的可更换衬板。呈“U”形弯曲薄板本身随齿排方向转动，从而保证最正确、高质量的刷牙效果。
上、下颌牙齿同时刷，保证了刷牙过程的高效率。
把承载柄末端压平处做成外端开口的键孔形式的特定形状槽保证了容易地装配牙刷头，方便地更换有轴的呈“U”形弯曲薄板。

具体实施方式
电动牙刷的头部(图1)是由在其末端有压平处2的承载柄1和通过轴4连接的两个呈“U”形弯曲薄板3组成，轴4插入承载柄1的压平处2的特定形状槽5内。在呈“U”形弯曲薄板3的内表面固定住带毛的可更换衬板6，为了固定住它们，在其外表面上有插入呈“U”形弯曲薄板3侧面上孔8的凸缘7。在图2，箭头表示刷牙时牙刷头部可能的运动方向。
电动牙刷头部以如下的方式工作：
牙刷头部与牙刷柄连接，放到口腔中时使相互对峙的上、下牙齿的齿冠同时处在毛的中间。接通电传动装置的电源。在刷牙过程中，根据电传动装置类型，牙刷头部可进行图2上示出的任一运动：横向运动；摆动；往复运动；“徘徊”式运动或同时进行所有运动。这些运动传到正在刷齿冠表面的毛上，从而刷去牙上的一层污物。横向运动和摆动对刷牙齿中间地方是最有效的。在沿牙排慢慢移动牙刷头时，两个呈“U”形弯曲的薄板3及相应的带毛的可更换衬板6按照齿排轴定位，这是由特定形状槽5中的轴4自由转动来保证的。
因此，两个呈“U”形弯曲薄板3通过轴4牢牢地相连，它们自己随齿排方向转动，不要求使用者有意识地去做这个动作。这不仅保证了刷牙的高质量，而且使用起来方便、简单和舒服，且不损牙床。
原则上，重要的是利用结构上的特点，牙刷头部自动保证了最正确的刷牙方法，不要求使用者在刷牙时学会专门的技巧。
生产试验
在10个自愿者身上进行了电动牙刷头的试验，其中8个人牙床受损程度有了改进，他们都在一个月内每天早、晚2至3分钟使用了本发明的牙刷头刷牙。
试验表明，人们都喜欢刷牙过程本身简单、柔和，牙刷未引起牙床有任何微小的出血。他们都指出，牙齿缝隙刷得非常干净，牙床有一种愉快的按摩感觉。
因此，本发明的牙刷头部的结构因带毛的“U”形弯曲薄板在平行承载柄的平面内自由转动，从而保证了高质量地刷牙。
上、下齿冠的牙同时刷而保证了整个刷牙过程的高效率。

Claims (5)

1.一种电动牙刷的头部，由承载柄和固定在它末端内表面上的带毛的呈“U”形弯曲薄板构成，其特征在于：结构中采用了第二个类似于第一个呈“U”形弯曲薄板并与它成镜象位置的“U”形弯曲薄板，而且，这两个“U”形弯曲薄板的底座通过一根经承载柄末端压平处的特定形状槽并垂直承载柄纵向轴线的轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的头部，其特征在于：牙刷毛位于固定在呈“U”形弯曲薄板内表面上的可更换衬板上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷的头部，其特征在于：在可更换衬板外表面上有紧固凸缘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的头部，其特征在于：呈“U”形弯曲薄板的侧面有紧固孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的头部，其特征在于：承载柄末端压平处的特定形状槽做成外端开口的键孔。
